I did not have a great time at this hotel, unfortunately. While the rooms do look like the photos in general, there are a lot of stains on the floors, walls and sheets.
Despite the look of the building, there's no elevator, though the stairs are manage-able and the staff offered to take the bag upstairs. The room is windowless, which is fine, it keeps out traffic noise, but the "clean oxygen" is a big white box with a super loud fan on the wall. It automatically stops at 10 in the evening, which quiets it down, but it also stops your supply of fresh air (they do provide a co2 meter on your night-stand and it was within healthy ranges all night). It was 25 degrees outside, but the AC was locked in heating mode only, making the room quite warm.
The walls are paper-thin, when the neighbors took a shower at midnight, it felt like I was there with them, and not in a fun way.
The location is good, close the the airport, south railway station, and the city. There's plenty of food around, especially near the metro station and staff was nice.
If they clean the rooms and get new sheets, it could be a nice experience, but right now the photos from this site, and the price set an expectation that is not met in reality.
