RenHe Hotel is not only situated right beside popular West Lake, and right at the start of the Pedestrian Shopping Street with lots of food to choose from. Booked a family room, which is very spacious and clean too. Definitely worth the price. A window view of the West Lake for your reference. Counter staff (ie Xiao Zhou) has been very polite and helpful. The hotel staff are generally proactive and professional. Only setback will be that the hotel outsourced the breakfast, which is below average standards. Frankly, I rather order MeiTuan which is more worthy. With that, this hotel is equipped with Delivery Robot to deliver the food delivery to your doorstep. In retrospect, my family (especially my boys) and I really enjoyed our stay here. Hangzhou has beautiful weather most of the time. We will be back again to RenHe Hotel Hangzhou.

Very good locations, just next to the Xihu and IN77, perfect location. I orders 2 rooms which two of them combined together. It’s a very ideal hotel for family. Additionally, the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Very great experience. Clean and neat. Good customer service. Worth staying. Right in front is westlake and behind is the main shopping district.

Very clean n new looking, with beautiful view of tree lined streets from the window. Unfortunately oneof the rooms had lingering smell of smoke but we decided not to change rooms. Very convenient location, with the west lake just a stone’s throw away.

I have a wonderful stay with my kids here. Location & service are awesome , room might be slightly old school but west lake is just few steps out from the hotel. The only concern is due to the popularity of west lake, the road around the hotel might be block and our taxi might hard to get in, however, the reception is very helpful by helping to take my luggage aside the road once I called and told them about the situation.

WE EXTENDED OUR STAY, needless to say more… This hotel is on TOP of our staying list throughout the whole two weeks holiday in China. So so spacious for four of us. The room has two separate areas, each has it own bathrooms. Nice view over seeing the lake. It is right next to 西湖 and all the shopping malls…. Even close to 河坊街 and etc… Breakfast can only considered acceptable though. Just the location and the room, i would return for it. highly recommended

This hotel is really close to the West Lake, absolutely prime location. Moreover, it’s located around the shopping mall area. Really convenient to find things around the hotel. It’s also very close to metro station. The room is clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend this hotel for someone who will visit Hangzhou for the first time.

Great hotel, very convenient and near to metro station

First hotel in China and i can say that the hotel is amazing. The night receptionist 陈先生 did his very best in helping us. The first day we have trouble using the washer and he helped us to figure out what happen. And there was this incident that our taobao parcels went missing, he even put extra effort to contact the delivery guy and handover to the next morning reception to follow up on the case. We received the parcel just before checked out. (P.s. it’s the delivery guy’s fault, he delivered the wrong parcel) A full salute to him!! Hotel is fully equipped with drinking waters to let us stay hydrated. The room and bathroom is clean, location is also good which is just next to Xihu. Once again, thanks to 陈先生 who helped us a lot. Really enjoyed our stay here, will definitely choose this hotel again!

Great location, just few steps to the West Lake, shopping centers, nite market, restaurants. The hotel have car service for 299 yuans for around 4 hours. The driver will drive you to special sightseeings like Lingyin pagoda, Liuhe tower temple, Longjing Tea fields. So convenient and suitalble for people who do not have much time but want to know the city.

The best location and friendly staff. Really enjoyed my staying there, value for money. Highly recommended!!!

Very very good location hotel. Xihu is just behind of the hotel. Shopping area in 77 are located just beside the hotel. A lots of shops to eat. 杭州酒家restaurant is located on the roght side of the hotel.

A very good location to westlake. Good service and spacious room. Room come with very detailed features eg umbrella.
