Overall, it's pretty good. The room facilities are quite new, and it's clean with not many people around. The overall environment is quite nice, and breakfast is decent too. Parking is convenient, and there are plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. The price is reasonable, though it gets a bit more expensive on weekends. The air conditioning works well, and the staff are friendly and provide excellent service.

Despite the user's negative experience with some people and the restaurant, the room itself was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean, making for a very pleasant stay. The hotel's quiet environment ensured a peaceful night's sleep without disturbances. Its location is excellent, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. The front desk staff provided professional and attentive service through their small window, not only helping us check in quickly but also thoughtfully offering welcome drinks. This is a highly cost-effective place to stay, and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Hangzhou. Highly recommended! 👍

The room facilities are pretty standard, and some are a bit dated. If you're looking for a high-quality living environment, you might be disappointed. However, if convenience to attractions is your top priority, this is an excellent choice.

The front desk was very helpful and welcoming. Even upgraded my room. Especially the manager, I didn't get his name, but he was at the front desk in black. Location was super good, room was clean, and it was worth the $! Would definitely visit here if I come Hangzhou again! 5/5!!

This was my second stay here, and the front desk staff, especially the young man, was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is ideally located in the Hubin Road business district, just a stone's throw from West Lake. The surrounding area has excellent amenities, with bubble tea, coffee shops, Zhi Wei Guan, and Hangzhou Restaurant all within a three-minute walk, making it easy to sort out all your meals. It's also very close to the West Lake Foreign Affairs Company's boat pier.

Whenever I'm in Hangzhou, this is my go-to hotel. The location is incredibly convenient, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. Intime in77 is right outside the hotel, and West Lake is just across the street! The environment is beautiful and comfortable. The rooms aren't huge, but they're clean, tidy, and quiet. The service is excellent; the front desk staff, especially the young man, was kind, polite, and humble. I had another very satisfying stay!

Definitely a hotel I would book again. The location is fantastic - right on the lake, surrounded by shopping centres and streets lined with stalls. Food choices are plenty. The hotel staff are kind and helpful - always ready with a greeting, a smile and offer to help if needed. The hotel offers a range of extras such as car bookings and tours if you need them. They even offer a wheelchair to use, you just need to let them know in advance and leave a refundable deposit. We booked the connected room. The room was themed and well equiped with children's amenities. It was clean and spacious, and the attendant always made sure we always had water and clean towels. There is a coffee machine at the lift area which provides good coffee and free for guests to use. We had a lovely view of the lake, but understand that this may not available for every room.

I've stayed here many times, and this time I booked a scenic family room with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking West Lake. The room provides a good supply of bottled water, and there are free drinks in the fridge. Even though we don't drink sodas, it shows the hotel's generosity. The location is incredibly convenient, surrounded by Hubin Yintai, making dining and shopping extremely easy. It's right by West Lake, so strolling along the lake is also very convenient. Public buses and the subway are also nearby, making it effortless to get to various attractions. Still highly recommended!

I have to say, the location of this hotel is exceptional. It's practically next door to Intime City and the West Lake scenic area. We only had to walk a hundred meters to fulfill any or all of our needs for 'living, leisure, shopping, and entertainment.' The hotel is also surrounded by many Hangzhou specialty restaurants and old shops, making it a place full of delightful surprises. What made this stay even more special was that I brought my children to stay in a West Lake connecting room, which held even more surprises. From the floor-to-ceiling windows of the master bedroom, we could directly enjoy the stunning West Lake views. All we had to do was brew a pot of tea, sip it, and watch the shimmering lake, with boats gracefully passing by, witnessing sunrises and sunsets. It was so peaceful and serene; life couldn't get any more pleasant. As the saying goes, 'a great recluse hides in the city,' and this hotel truly embodies that feeling of quiet tranquility and detachment while being right in the heart of the city. It left us wanting more. I hope to bring my family back next time, to once again stay at 'Renhe,' brew tea and chat late into the night, and immerse ourselves in the beautiful West Lake scenery.

Extremely close to West Lake and Hubin, and also very near Longxiang Bridge subway station (Exit C). I found it very convenient. The room was clean and quiet.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, right by West Lake and near Hangzhou Restaurant. Opening the curtains to the stunning West Lake view from the room was a pleasant surprise. The room facilities were quite new and clean, and the complimentary tea was delicious. The front desk staff were warm and attentive. It was very convenient and easy to store our luggage the next day and explore the surroundings.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a stone's throw from West Lake, and the surrounding area is lively. There's no breakfast available as the restaurant is under renovation. We walked to the Grand Hyatt for their breakfast buffet instead. The hotel service was quite good; as an established brand under the Huanglong Group, the quality of service is reliable. We chose this hotel for a New Year's Eve play, and it's the closest one to the Dongpo Grand Theater. It offers great value for money. There's coffee and bottled water in the hallway, and a mini-bar with drinks. The only downside was that the spare duvet had some yellow stains. It was cold at night, and I wanted to use it, but after seeing the stains, I gave up. It was already midnight, so I didn't bother calling the front desk.

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of in77 as soon as you step out. West Lake is just a 2-minute walk away. The room is spacious enough, and there are plenty of great food options nearby. Highly recommended!
