Good location, good tap water it’s good flow So convenient and very close to MTR

Generally comfortable in all way. The staff is super friendly. And the location is perfect with the MRT station. And the robot in service is excellent for food delivery. Will come again...

Pros: Spacious room with a beautiful tea set. Good location near major sites and right at the subway’s exit. There were also various food options and convenience stores. Washer and dryer were clean and easy to use. Cool robots that’ll do food delivery. Cons: Strange room layout with the basin far away from the toilet. Not enough desk space and only 1 bedside table. Bathroom was lacking conditioner and lotion. Cleanliness - there was a little bug in the room and a tea leaf in the pot (from the previous guest…?) when I first checked-in 😵💫 We booked 2 rooms but was given 1 without window - which wasn’t stated at the time of booking 😵💫 One of our rooms was at the end of the corridor and it was noisy as you can hear the constant buzzing of the carpark!! Overall the hotel was okay for a short stay but pretty pricey for this quality.

We love Hangzhou so much that we extended our stay for an additional night. More eating and silk shopping 😄

The hotel was very near a metro station, in fact it’s literally just opposite. It is very convenient, and within walking distance to the Wulin night market and even the West Lake. My room was clean and comfortable with daily cleaning service. There were common washing machines and dryers available too. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend!

Great location as it is very close to Subway station, the hotel is clean and quiet as what you can expect from JI hotel.

My go to hotel whenever I visit Hangzhou. 1 min walk from FengQi station. Great staff, very clean room, clean bed, will surely stay again if I visit Hangzhou

Walking distance to shopping streets and even West Lake. The night market is also nearby.

Pretty hotel Only first level rooms come with window But there’s drainage smell in the room Came in winter so the centralised aircon became heater, need to open window for cool air but it’s quite noisy outside Staff at reception is helpful to help us order food since we do not have a local number to register for the food delivery app Upon check out, staff gave us only 2 gifts. Have to request for 4 gifts as there are 4 pax. She was quite reluctant at first. Overall, we like the hotel but will try out other outlets.

Very close to Fengqi metro station, but a little bit off the main shopping with malls. There’s still a number of shops and food options nearby. Walls are thin. Good value overall.

Room size is big and advance with usb port for hp changing. Clean and nice smell of the room.
