完全是超出預期的一次民宿旅行，酒店在保留了古色古香的基礎上融入了很多現代化的設施，但又不顯得突兀，非常的和諧又便利。民宿預留了大量的公共空間，一樓有室內和室外的沙發、長桌、茶几，方便朋友或不認識的驢友聚在一起喝茶聊天。二樓還有榻榻米閲讀空間和單獨的一間會客廳，無論是帶孩子閲讀還是獨處聽雨真的是超值。房間的設施也非常完善，甚至還有地暖、電熱毛巾架和衞洗麗，完全超出預期。還有一點，酒店的早餐也很棒，有店員現包的小餛飩和本地年糕，每天不一樣驚喜不斷。老闆也是個性情中人，和他聊聊天，他還會要來本地米酒和鴨脖鴨胗，喝酒聊天聽雨，還不愜意，非常值得再來常來。周邊的景點也不錯，比較原生態沒做好開發的古鎮，還有原生態開發不足的免費龍門山森林公園，就是爬山的山路不那麼好走，建議帶好登山鞋和手杖，也是一段出乎意料的徒步之旅。如果愛跑步還可以去旁邊水庫邊的步道，一圈一公里略多，路過幾個老墳還能增加配速，跑出個人PB。總的來説是一趟超出預期，驚喜不斷的鄉村之旅，期待下次放空之旅。

暮春初夏，來富陽龍門體驗漸漸遠去的古鎮生活。。。曼居酒店鬧中取靜，位置非常好，出門幾步是市井煙火，回到酒店又是清凈世界。前台小姐姐善解人意，幫我們三間房，安排在集賢樓一樓，圍着庭院和廳堂，是個小四合院離杭州1小時車程，拖家帶口也不累，適合週末放鬆。非常棒的體驗，下次來古鎮還會住曼居！

這是我住過的最好的民宿！民宿的條件雖然不能跟五星級酒店比，但是遇見小溪的裝修很好、很溫馨、很乾凈，床上用品也很舒適，玩得太嗨了忘了拍房間的照片。這個民宿總共衹有4個套房，我們訂了二樓的安靜親子套房，裏面有2個卧室，2張大床，我們4個大人加2個小小孩也住進去了。2個卧室外麪有個大陽台，白天可以喝喝茶，看看外麪的田園、青山；晚上我們看到了城市裡看不到的滿天星辰；晨起看着對麪山中的雲霧，大口呼吸這裏的新鮮空氣，真的讓人神清氣爽。特別值得一提的是民宿的老闆娘，非常和善、溫暖，有求必應。來到民宿就跟到自己親戚家裡做客一樣，我三歲多的兒子一過來就被老闆娘征服了，哈哈。老闆娘還給我們介紹哪裡有好玩的、好吃的，哪裡吃飯實惠。早餐也很好吃，醬黃瓜就着白粥味道簡直絕了，我兒子一口氣吃了4個饅頭。這個民宿的位置也很好，對麪山腳下就是壺源溪，溪邊很多地方都可以搭天幕、野營，車子可以開到前麪的壩上，河壩下麪有個泳池可以玩水，水深衹到成人的腰部，我們自己還帶了皮划艇在泳池下麪的深水區玩。民宿門口走下去有一片很淺的河灘，老闆娘說晚上可以抓蝦，到了晚上我們借了頭燈，燈光照到蝦頭上，兩隻蝦眼會發光，很容易找，一會功夫就抓了10幾隻，晚上摸魚抓蝦的體驗太好了。我老婆原本不喜歡住民宿，比較挑剔，但是這家民宿她也很喜歡，是個可以來很多次的地方，哪怕不玩水，坐在陽台上看看風景放鬆放鬆也是很好的。

This was a really great stay. The hotel itself was super clean and nice, but really the owners made the trip worthwhile. They were incredibly generous and helpful, both with helping us figure out how to go hiking, how to find food, where to go. The breakfasts were delicious and healthy and fresh, and they were very friendly and polite and helpful. I was very happy to find this place.

在這住了兩個晚上，特地帶孩子來玩水風景是真好，這家民宿維護的很新，前後都無遮擋，房間大多是落地窗的，視野很好，尤其露台，晚上吃着西瓜看着星星，夜晚很涼爽，有些房型是可以躺着看山水的，民宿很乾凈，離下去玩水的口也很近，門口就是珍珠壩，往前一點點就是龍鱗壩。走到燒烤店和飯店，還有咖啡店都差不多2分鐘左右路程。如果不是自駕遊，坐高鐵的話，富陽站，諸暨站，桐廬站都可以到達。另外也住過其他民宿，但老闆夫妻給人感覺更像是去朋友家做客，有自釀的果酒，冰鎮爽口的西瓜，來招待客人，介紹吃的飯店味道也很好。我們不是自駕遊，返程老闆也可幫忙聯繫送我們到火車站（車費自理哈）這邊的早餐品類也很豐富，而且味道很好，尤其老闆娘的自製小菜配粥個個好吃，（住了兩天小菜還都不一樣）做的南瓜絲餅也是一絕還和朋友説這早飯比五星級酒店的自助早餐都吃了讓人舒服，下次再來富陽玩水，絕對還選這家。

本來想住附近的維也納，房間滿了。所以網上找了這家。看着還是蠻乾淨的。這個價格在小鎮上應該也不算便宜了。但是乾淨也算了。但是這個收按金真的是無力吐槽，現在還有需要收按金的酒店？你説房間內有消費的東西，不送免費的水也算了，但能把要消費的東西收走嗎？雙標房，還有小童不宜的東西，適合嗎？帶着小朋友真的不方便。又不是情侶房，你放那些東西，再放兩瓶水，作為你需要收按金的理由，200是小事，後面也退了。但這個行為讓人反感，本來攜程訂就是免按金的。不要再説什麼這是規定什麼的了，建議老闆聽聽客人意見，好好改改吧！

PPengguna TetamuLovely hotel in the middle of West Creek/ Xixi National Wetlands Park in Hangzhou. The hotel and service offerings are excellent, located in a very secluded spot away from the hustle and bustle, great for relaxation and enjoying the serene and tranquil surroundings. There is a small lake in the middle of the hotel, which I understand is owned and managed by the hotel. The views are wonderful and better than going to the famed West Lake (way too touristy and crowded). I think this hotel has a lot going for it, even though it’s not a known brand. I would say some things for improvement are as follows: Must, must open a spa. AmanFayun, Banyan Tree, Anh Luh and Four Seasons all have spa’s and they’re at roughly the same price point. This wasn’t a deal breaker for me, but for some people this would put them off from booking here. Gym. This place needs an on-site gym for obsessed exercise freaks like me (and other health obsessives that want to go to an all-inclusive resort). Also, with the yummy high calorie food offerings in the restaurant, I would like to work those calories off and not worry about getting home fatter than when I left! Restaurant – Excellent service from the wonderful manager, who I forgot to ask her name and all her staff. Very good manners from all the staff, very quiet voices, barely can hear them speak amongst themselves. However there needs to be more of an international offering for people that visit from outside China (US/ Europe, India/ South East Asia/ Gulf countries, who all would probably stay here in the future). There should be another restaurant that offers international fayre, as well as the traditional Chinese restaurant, so both sets of visitors are catered for, and more choice is always good for people that stay longer than 3 days. And vegetarian/ vegan options would be very appreciated. The “Savoir resort” is not mentioned on Didi maps or on Baidu maps, and the Chinese name bears absolutely no resemblance to the English name 杭州所见 – 西溪度假酒店. Foreign people may have problems finding this location on their maps/ getting here without help (the less help that is required, the better). The two top-end rooms (6999 yuan a night and 15,000 yuan a night) cannot be booked on 携程（Ctrip） or Trip.com. I think there should be 5 – 10 pictures on the site showing these rooms as bookable. I take a long time researching a hotel before booking, so the more information available, the better. The boat trip in the hotel is way better than the boat trip offered outside the hotel. I really enjoyed it, but I don’t think many people use it, which is a shame of a great resource. The fact this hotel has its own private lake is something that makes it stand out from the other hotels. PS , I cannot upload my videos of the boat trip inside the hotel's lake because the file is too big :'(

AAnna in ChinaIt was my first trip to Hangzhou. I wanted to celebrate my husband’s birthday here and it was totally impromptu. What I was looking for: 1) a closer location to the West lake - to walk there, not to ride; 2) a balcony or courtyard; 3) and/or at least a beautiful view and surroundings; 4) as we love tea and really interested in Chinese tea culture, some tea plantation nearby could be a plus! Not many hotels seemed to meet my requirements and those which fit were way beyond our budget. Xunzhenshe hotel looked very pretty but their description was not very clear. Anyway, considering that I was booking our room just a day (!) before our arrival on Friday night, Xunzhenshe seemed to be my only choice with just two rooms left. To be honest, I didn’t expect much when we arrived. However, from the beginning the service was outstanding with a personal approach. At the hotel they greeted us as we were VIPs. Celia, an English-speaking lady, who contacted me after my booking, was extremely helpful. She gave us few recommendations about Hangzhou and the area nearby. She showed us the tea plantation just next to the hotel and a room where farmers were drying tea leaves - it was quite short but interesting introduction to the hotel environment. The hotel itself is owned and managed by a former architect. The building was built based on construction principles of the Song dynasty. As I understand, all ground floor units have their own courtyard. There is a parking lot, a tea room and a restaurant at the hotel. We were given a non-smoking one-bedroom apartment in a quieter part of the hotel and could enjoy our morning tea in our small but elegant courtyard. The apartment was clean with all necessary amenities. There was a kitchen and a dining room with a huge table (we didn’t use this room though). The breakfast buffet was included in the rate, however they offered mostly Chinese food (no problem for us as we love it). Our dinner and breakfast food were delicious! Also, we so much appreciate totally unexpected birthday presents to my husband. Upon arrival he found a little gift with a touching handwritten birthday message and then birthday noodles were served at the restaurant. So, it was very unique and memorable celebration! After all, I was really happy with my hotel’s choice. To conclude what we loved the most about this hotel: 1. Attentive and caring service 2. Nature and beautiful surroundings 3. Very good location: just next to the West lake park and bridges. Walkable distance to the famous night show Impression and Su Causeway. Not far away to Leifeng pagoda and Longjing and Meijiawu villages. 4. Good Chinese restaurant with a terrace just next to the tea plantation 5. Amazing tea Me and my husband had a great time in Xunzhenshe. Highly recommend it to those who love places with soul.

YYYFUNThe hotel location is quite convenient, it's just a 6-10mins walking distance to the nearest metro station (subway), 16-20mins driving distance to Xiaoshan airport. There are restaurants, convenience stores, supermarket, and pharmacies within walking distance. It contains complete facilities with a restaurant for breakfast, a self-serve laundry, and a fitness room. The double room is spacious, clean and hygienic, with all the necessary items in the room like a hair dryer, a kettle, a fridge, cups, free mineral waters and coffee. The staffs at the front desk are nice, friendly and helpful, very good in service. The only problem is that on the last day of my stay, there was a sudden problem with the light in the room. It would automatically go out every 10 mins+, and it would go out completely until the room is completely dark. I would either turn it on manually or call Xiaodu to turn on the light. But this is not only inconvenient but also scary, especially when I'm in the bathroom and suddenly the light went totally off. At first I thought I would check out in a few hours and just bear with it, but then it was too terrifying so I asked the front desk to change my room. Later on, I was told that the entire 9th and 10th floors had this problem and the rooms on these 2 floors were not rented out. (Does that mean I was the only one ”communicating” with the light in the room at the end of the corridor on the 10th floor alone that night? Why didn't you tell me earlier!) Anyway, the staffs were still acting quite fast when I finally changed my mind to request to change the room, a guy came and moved my luggage to the 8th floor as per my request. 酒店位置便利，步行6-10分钟可到最近的地铁站，16-20分钟车程可到萧山机场。小吃店、餐馆、便利店、超市和药店都是在步行距离内。酒店设施齐全，设有餐厅（只提供早餐）、自助洗衣房和健身房。我住的双人房舒适宽敞、干净卫生，房间内所有必需品一应俱全，如吹风机、电水壶、冰箱、杯子，还有免费矿泉水和咖啡。前台的小哥哥和小姐姐们都很亲切友善，服务态度很好。美中不足的是，在我入住的最后一天，房间的灯突然出了问题，每隔10几分钟就会自动熄灭一次，而且是整个熄灭导致房内漆黑一片。我要嘛就手动打开，或是呼叫小度把灯打开。但这样不仅不方便而且也很可怕，尤其是我在卫生间的时候，突然之间就伸手不见五指。我原本想说还有几个小时就退房就忍一忍，但后来实在可怕还是让前台给我换了房。后来才知道原来9楼10楼都有这样的问题，已经不外租了。（那就是说当晚只有我一个人在10楼？还是在走廊尾部的房间里独自跟灯光在“沟通”？怎么不提早说啊！真把我吓得够呛……）希望问题解决之后才把房间租出去。而且以后如果有类似的事情发生请立即为你们的房客作出安排，尤其我下午已经提出问题，工程师师傅下午就来修理你们就已经知道修不好的情况下，你们无法想象当时的情况有多可怕。不过还好当我改变主意要换房的时候，前台还是行动蛮快的，也按我的要求帮我把行李搬运下8楼。

LljjjRoom: The room is quite okay, not too small but not too big. We can open two 24-inch suitcases in the room. Air Conditioning: The air conditioning is the central type. You can adjust the fan, but the temperature doesn't seem adjustable. At first, we had to wait quite a long time to feel the cold air. Amenities: Every day, they refill two bottles of mineral water for us. They also provide new slippers, a toothbrush, toothpaste, and shampoo daily. Towels can also be changed every day. There are about 4-5 sockets in the room. The sockets are designed for international use, so you can use them without a universal adapter. We found out on the day we checked out that the drinks inside the fridge were free of charge (there was a sticker on the fridge stating this), but it was too late for us to enjoy them. You should check this before consuming any items. Shower and toilet: The toilet and bathing area are separated. The water pressure is strong, but there is only one hook inside the shower room, and it is quite high up (which might not be convenient if you want to bring your clothes inside to change). The toilet is a smart toilet with different functions like auto flush. However, the doors for the toilet and bathing area are semi-transparent (you can see inside, though not clearly). If you are staying with someone you are not familiar with, it might be awkward. Refer to the attached pictures for the toilet and shower area. Between the toilet and shower, they also use the same semi-transparent glass. Please take note if you are concerned about this issue. Breakfast: The room we booked included breakfast. The breakfast options are quite varied, from Asian to Western styles. However, there is a peak period during the morning breakfast hours when you might not find seats. Check with the reception about the breakfast peak period so you can avoid it and enjoy your breakfast. Transport: Although the metro seems quite near, it still takes about 15 minutes to walk to the hotel (we're not sure if we took the wrong exit or if there is a better option). Laundry: They offer a free laundry service. You can use the washing machines and dryers for free. There are three washing machines and three dryers. WiFi: They provide free WiFi, but if you don't have a local (China) phone number, you won't be able to connect to it. However, you can get help from the reception; they can assist you in connecting to the WiFi.

JJaymest WongA very new hotel. Very clean and bed also very comfortable. About 10-15mins walk from the metro station. There are a lots of food around and also can walk to West Lake around 15-20mins. If want to go other attractions places it is very easy to take the public busses around. Toilet very clean. Cleaning lady and man always on standby to clean. The room might be a bit small but everything is there. Bed is very comfy and soft. The centralised aircond system is very good so you have good ventilation although you are taking the bunk bed type. The common area also very big. Only 1 cons is the wall maybe a bit thin, if there are people who kinda selfish talking loud at the corridor you will have to bear with it and if happen your next door neighbour is snoring you might heard about it but all this can be settle by the earplug. Overall its very good and nice hostel with the price.

KKate08This is the second time I decided to stay at Holiday Inn Express Hangzhou Westlake. The location is amazing, and so is the tour. I decided to buy a half-day tour (4 hours). The price is reasonable, and the driver is amazing. He took us to visit the top tourist destinations and also took us to a good restaurant that was delicious and not expensive at all. There was a staff member at the front desk named Sam. He is amazing. Throughout our 3 days and 2 nights stay, he helped us a lot and also guided us on our visits. While staying at the hotel, he was one of the staff members who could speak English. I would say that I received excellent service from him, and all of my friends loved him very much. You have such a great asset in him.

YYellow叶美It was a nice stay. Location is good, right in Coral Gables downtown. I would say that there are no kettles in the room but you can ask for it and they will send you one. The room charges won’t go against deposit, instead you have the pay and after you do the check out they will release the deposit back to you. For Chinese travelers this might seem odd.

MMukulDear Trip Manager , Make sure hotel’s top management reads this message . I had checked out around 1.50 pm on 1st then gone to watch hockey match and after match directly drove to Shanghai. After Shanghai around 8.45 pm released I left my & families passport in locker of the wardrobe , locker was left open therefore no password required to open . I immediately called hotel’s front desk first spoke to lady she told exact locatio n of three passports. I waited for 20 minutes then called again this fine spoke to another person “ Wu” , he was more responsive and told he will check and assured to call back but he didn’t call back . I called after about 20 minutes he told he found a gold chain . This my gold chain I asked him again did he find passport he told “ no , think else was found “. Actually he didn’t send anybody to room to check . He lied ! . I told him to check again as I told him exact place of my passport. He said he will get it checked . I waited again for about 20 minutes again and called again spoke to him this time he told that another guest has checked in and therefore they cannot as guest is not in room . He told me to wait until guest comes back . Hotel’s housekeeping staff had found my chain in afternoon while cleaning and gave it front desk . Actually hotel should have called me on mobile immediately but wondering why this such kind of negligence . Absolutely disappointed. We kept on calling a few time until 1.15 am , my wife called atleast 10-15 times . Front desk staff kept on saying cannot enter room as guest hasn’t comeback . Meanwhile I had contacted via your app to three agents they said they will come back in one hour but nobody did …..!!! I had called around 1.15 am to hotel and told them I have no option to call police . Then Wu told he wait for 10 minutes , he called back and told to call police . I called 110 gave full information to police and with 10 minutes local police station called back to verify and after about 10-15 minutes I called Police again they said front desk has found my passports . If front desk had not authority to enter thek should have given option to call police and then they could enter room to search . Untrained unprofessional staff made me suffer for 4 & half ours . I will tell this story to all and will tell to all to never stay in this hotel ever …. Thanks

XXishuianbian優點：地理位置是真方便，距離南宋宮遺址博物館和河坊街很近；入住期間剛好趕上清明節前，價位合理，性價比很高；萬科金色成品整棟都是公寓，一樓大廳隨時有保安，感覺安全係數很高；附近有便利店水果店和順豐快遞的小中轉點，公寓樓裏是可以送外賣和快遞的；有個小廚房可電磁爐做點飯還有冰箱可放需要冷藏或冷凍的食品；周圍公交地鐵共享單車打車都很方便。房主回覆及時，友善耐心，期間房間內wifi需要修理，房主也積極幫我們聯繫師傅上門維修；大晚上十點多還回復我如何使用投影儀，很感謝🙏 缺點：毛巾不乾淨，衞生間洗髮露不知道是什麼東東，用的時候頭髮粘在一起很難梳開，這在現在的民宿和酒店裡比較少見。麻煩的是熱水供應不足，熱水基本二十幾分鍾就差不多了，再用需要等上一陣子。衞生間門是瓢的，關不上。總之，除了衞生間需要睜一眼閉一眼之外，其他都還蠻好的，主打性價比高且實用。
