Hotel berhampiran Longshang Village Cultural Hall, Hangzhou

Excellent stay at this hotel, English speaking staff, outstanding International buffet and breakfast. Free upgraded room, early check-in and late check-out was not a problem. The indoor swimming pool with jacuzzi (not working but still a pleasant warm change to the slightly chilly pool). Sauna in the men’s changing room, steam in the ladies. Our children enjoyed the May holiday activities on offer too. We’ll be back.

中轉杭州一晚 到酒店差不多晚上快10點 到達前台 懷遠 幫忙升級了房間 還準備了茶水 另外一位女性工作人員也幫忙拿紙巾 酒店房間位於五層 整體房間設施比較新 配套的物品也很不錯 從傢俱 到備品 mini吧 還有無線充電都非常不錯 健身房 餐廳 洗衣服位於6層 適合各種出行的人羣 早餐的品類也比較多 滿足用餐需求 吃完早餐8:30左右就離店了 下次可以多住幾晚 順便去趟西溪濕地

亞朵的設施和環境都還不錯，離阿里巴巴比較近，打車幾分鐘，周邊吃飯很方便，早餐比較豐富，晚上還有免費的粥，不過小米粥不如北方嗎好吃，不稠，渣渣的。

這家真的對寵物很友好 辦理入住時就贈送了寵物火腿腸 狗狗便便清潔袋等物品 還有一份狗狗早餐贈送。另外還考慮到西溪濕地蚊蟲多 提供了驅蚊水 雖然後麪天氣變涼也沒用到 房間裏有電蚊香開着 給害怕蚊子侵擾的我們滿滿安全感 也説明瞭酒店的細心 之前住過上海豫園花間堂 開始關注花間堂 可惜的是上海的花間堂不能攜寵 後來發現花間堂旗下很多酒店可以帶狗狗同住 因為不想住民宿 可以帶寵物同遊的酒店又屈指可數 而在可以攜寵同遊的這種星級級別的酒店裡花間堂無疑是國內的翹楚了 可以感覺到這家酒店的創始人也是一個熱愛動物非常有愛心的人 酒店的服務人員（前台服務人員和客房管家等等）都熱情周到細緻耐心 酒店的位置在西溪濕地 林木繁茂 環境舒適解壓 非常適於週末與家人小憩休息和遛狗 老公説枕頭不夠舒服吧 像全季亞朵還有富陽野生動物園旁邊的一家寵物友好酒店（名字我不記得了）都有提供那種“乳膠”枕枕頭（不知道是不是乳膠的 但是很舒服 有幾家酒店專門有自己的枕頭出售）還有就是衞生間通風不太好 幸好不會傳到房間裏 還是五星好評推薦

The hotel have complete amenities, especially they have laundry and dryer machine, so we can do laundry for free! They also provide the detergent without extra cost. Really recommended!

Lovely hotel in the middle of West Creek/ Xixi National Wetlands Park in Hangzhou. The hotel and service offerings are excellent, located in a very secluded spot away from the hustle and bustle, great for relaxation and enjoying the serene and tranquil surroundings. There is a small lake in the middle of the hotel, which I understand is owned and managed by the hotel. The views are wonderful and better than going to the famed West Lake (way too touristy and crowded). I think this hotel has a lot going for it, even though it’s not a known brand. I would say some things for improvement are as follows: Must, must open a spa. AmanFayun, Banyan Tree, Anh Luh and Four Seasons all have spa’s and they’re at roughly the same price point. This wasn’t a deal breaker for me, but for some people this would put them off from booking here. Gym. This place needs an on-site gym for obsessed exercise freaks like me (and other health obsessives that want to go to an all-inclusive resort). Also, with the yummy high calorie food offerings in the restaurant, I would like to work those calories off and not worry about getting home fatter than when I left! Restaurant – Excellent service from the wonderful manager, who I forgot to ask her name and all her staff. Very good manners from all the staff, very quiet voices, barely can hear them speak amongst themselves. However there needs to be more of an international offering for people that visit from outside China (US/ Europe, India/ South East Asia/ Gulf countries, who all would probably stay here in the future). There should be another restaurant that offers international fayre, as well as the traditional Chinese restaurant, so both sets of visitors are catered for, and more choice is always good for people that stay longer than 3 days. And vegetarian/ vegan options would be very appreciated. The “Savoir resort” is not mentioned on Didi maps or on Baidu maps, and the Chinese name bears absolutely no resemblance to the English name 杭州所见 – 西溪度假酒店. Foreign people may have problems finding this location on their maps/ getting here without help (the less help that is required, the better). The two top-end rooms (6999 yuan a night and 15,000 yuan a night) cannot be booked on 携程 （Ctrip） or Trip.com. I think there should be 5 – 10 pictures on the site showing these rooms as bookable. I take a long time researching a hotel before booking, so the more information available, the better. The boat trip in the hotel is way better than the boat trip offered outside the hotel. I really enjoyed it, but I don’t think many people use it, which is a shame of a great resource. The fact this hotel has its own private lake is something that makes it stand out from the other hotels. PS , I cannot upload my videos of the boat trip inside the hotel's lake because the file is too big :'(

Harga sangat berpatutan selepas membuat tempahan awal selepas pembelian berkumpulan. Mereka menyesuaikan bilik berkembar untuk kami mengikut keperluan kami dan melanjutkan penginapan kami pada harga yang dirundingkan. Ia hebat! Biliknya besar dan selesa. Kecuali kebersihan paip bilik air dan tingkap yang perlu diperbaiki, semua yang lain agak memuaskan. Terdapat kopi kapsul percuma di dalam bilik. Sarapan di hotel juga kaya, tetapi pelbagai tudung tidak begitu berkesan Ketika membuat telur dadar Seluruh restoran berbau asap minyak. Saya harap ini dapat diperbaiki. Hotel ini jauh dari stesen kereta api bawah tanah, jadi lebih mudah untuk menaiki teksi.

It was a fantastic stay at Banyan tree at Hangzhou. This was my second time here and the staffs here were super friendly. Loved the ambience and gardening, although the amenities are a little bit dated

The room I stayed at was upgraded to a loft by the friendly front desk guy. The very roomy space and high ceiling was very pleasant and comfortable. I think I’ll be staying here more often.
