2015年來過時隔九年再次入住，沒有太多的改變，景色很好，在半山腰，無邊際泳池是賣點，晚餐點了套餐味道也不錯，還有兵乓，麻將，桌球，卡拉ok等娛樂休閑項目，管家入住前就加了微信，有啥需求一個微信都能解決，就是房間設施還有待提高，總體感覺還可以的。

澄境民宿特別好!!!服務非常貼心周到~民宿在半山腰溪水邊，住宿環境優美寧靜，空氣很清新，夏天温度涼爽能比山下温度低好幾度，民宿院內有蹦床鞦韆等小的娛樂設施不算太多哈不要以玩這個為主。上下山行動不方便，蔡師傅和老闆娘還特意開車過來在指定位置接送我們，已經是義務服務之外的驚喜了!老闆娘還很會提供情緒價值，經常在大廳陪客人聊天，還會詢問客人有沒有旅遊計劃可以幫忙規劃路線等等。民宿可提供飯菜早中晚標準一人100可以調整菜量，飯菜都是家常菜葷素搭配合理配着湯喝吃的很香哈哈哈哈~總之來這裡會是一次很好的旅行體驗~

住了那麼多民宿，難得碰到讓我這麼滿意的民宿，不論從衞生，服務，環境，各方面都做的非常好，酒店的設計的很有特點，很多位置情侶或者網紅拍照很容易出片。第二天的早飯讓我特別驚艷到，因為入住的當天就我們一間房，房東特別為我們準備了十幾個品種的配菜，在民宿裏真的很難遇到，為房東點贊！最後給個小小的建議，最好能把電吹風換成戴森或者徠芬的，房間內那個功率太小，頭髮長點的女孩子吹起來太麻煩了😂

民宿非常好，在紅楓指南村，所有房間都看得到山，離初心田觀景平台步行2分鐘。公共環境很好很乾凈，有書有咖啡，能搓麻將打牌看投影電影。定的親子房，兩張大床，睡3個大人很寬敞，晚上在陽台上吹着涼風看星星很享受。在民宿吃了兩頓中飯一頓晚飯，菜品不重樣而且都非常好吃。如果下次去臨安，一定會再選這家。

下次還要來的臨安民宿，性價比加服務給力
一共打六星⭐性價比先説，因為入住之後又好奇地看了攜程，國慶居然和平時一樣的價位，沒有加價，真的好良心，加一星。
老闆老闆娘顏值十分在線，男帥女靚，老闆還十分健談熱心，老闆娘各種熱心，我們自己帶了紅酒，不好意思的讓幫忙開酒，老闆娘居然提前幫忙醒酒加配套紅酒杯，氛圍感營造到位。加一星。
我們住了兩晚，以前也有過民宿經歷，對服務沒有太高要求，結果早飯之後發現，床鋪新鋪，垃圾全部清理乾淨，備品補齊，阿姨很熱情很勤快，阿姨也很好看的。
當時預訂的時候，換了好幾個，看中的就是這間民宿的設計感，十分年輕，也有童趣。如果是夏天來，孩子一定炸了。十一國慶變天，下了足足兩天雨，居然不無聊，看飛鳥吃柿子樹，看小溪裏的蛤蟆，享受丹桂飄香，喝酒泡澡，十分愜意。
再誇一句餐飲，吃了兩晚，不重複一道菜，硬菜十分給力，土雞甲魚鱔魚牛肉輪番上，土燒魚頭，牛肉筍乾，白切雞紅燒肉，個頂個本地local風，杭州吃不到，自帶酒水抵抗不住他們的土燒酒，連續兩晚不喝土燒不吃飯系列。
總之，期待夏天二刷，看評論説二刷我本來還不信來着。結果來了兩天，發現咋沒人勸我寫點評呢

這個必須算一個寶藏民宿！原本還有不少擔心，從將軍關過去路不是很方便，但是過一個村口後有一種世外桃源的感覺。青山綠水，民宿後院下樓就有溯溪可以撈魚撈蝦。橋洞下還有小朋友喜歡的鞦韆，我是十分喜歡的這一份寧靜。她家晚餐也是色香味俱，孩子們是狂狂一陣炫。漂亮的老闆娘和客氣的老闆，簡單聊上兩句覺得她家有些北方人的好爽性格，哈哈！我們決定下回繼續來體驗挖筍！

The two bedside table lights can’t be individually controlled. When one is switched on, the other switch on as well. It’s inconvenient when one wishes to sleep and the other wishes to read.
The window (on the window panel) can’t be closed. The traffic noise can be heard constantly.
The room is warm. So in order to sleep, the heater must be switched off. Then the cold seeps into the room and it becomes too cold.
The highest few floors (of the hotel) are commercial offices. Hotel guests not only have to share the lift with them, but also we the hotel staff. I suspect that there aren’t any cargo or staff elevators. This is extremely inconvenient when you wish to use the elevators during office peak hours.
Breakfast is on the 15th floor. The food is average but soy milk is nice.
The toilet bowl is heated and auto-flush. Nice. There’s also a user-friendly control panel which works well.
The shower cubicle has two floor traps. So the water flow is fast. Very good.

DDONGHOONFuchun mountain resort is strongly recommended for foreigners like our family. Peaceful Lake with awesome landscape made our family to feel refreshing. Chinese traditional style hotel room is quite cozy. Complementary service like taking a picture by photographer is to be made a reservation when check in, otherwise fully booked in case of weekend.

PPengguna TetamuLovely hotel in the middle of West Creek/ Xixi National Wetlands Park in Hangzhou. The hotel and service offerings are excellent, located in a very secluded spot away from the hustle and bustle, great for relaxation and enjoying the serene and tranquil surroundings. There is a small lake in the middle of the hotel, which I understand is owned and managed by the hotel. The views are wonderful and better than going to the famed West Lake (way too touristy and crowded). I think this hotel has a lot going for it, even though it’s not a known brand.
I would say some things for improvement are as follows:
Must, must open a spa. AmanFayun, Banyan Tree, Anh Luh and Four Seasons all have spa’s and they’re at roughly the same price point. This wasn’t a deal breaker for me, but for some people this would put them off from booking here.
Gym. This place needs an on-site gym for obsessed exercise freaks like me (and other health obsessives that want to go to an all-inclusive resort). Also, with the yummy high calorie food offerings in the restaurant, I would like to work those calories off and not worry about getting home fatter than when I left!
Restaurant – Excellent service from the wonderful manager, who I forgot to ask her name and all her staff. Very good manners from all the staff, very quiet voices, barely can hear them speak amongst themselves. However there needs to be more of an international offering for people that visit from outside China (US/ Europe, India/ South East Asia/ Gulf countries, who all would probably stay here in the future). There should be another restaurant that offers international fayre, as well as the traditional Chinese restaurant, so both sets of visitors are catered for, and more choice is always good for people that stay longer than 3 days. And vegetarian/ vegan options would be very appreciated.
The “Savoir resort” is not mentioned on Didi maps or on Baidu maps, and the Chinese name bears absolutely no resemblance to the English name 杭州所见 – 西溪度假酒店. Foreign people may have problems finding this location on their maps/ getting here without help (the less help that is required, the better).
The two top-end rooms (6999 yuan a night and 15,000 yuan a night) cannot be booked on
携程 （Ctrip） or Trip.com. I think there should be 5 – 10 pictures on the site showing these rooms as bookable. I take a long time researching a hotel before booking, so the more information available, the better.
The boat trip in the hotel is way better than the boat trip offered outside the hotel. I really enjoyed it, but I don’t think many people use it, which is a shame of a great resource. The fact this hotel has its own private lake is something that makes it stand out from the other hotels.

AAnna in ChinaIt was my first trip to Hangzhou. I wanted to celebrate my husband’s birthday here and it was totally impromptu. What I was looking for: 1) a closer location to the West lake - to walk there, not to ride; 2) a balcony or courtyard; 3) and/or at least a beautiful view and surroundings; 4) as we love tea and really interested in Chinese tea culture, some tea plantation nearby could be a plus! Not many hotels seemed to meet my requirements and those which fit were way beyond our budget.
Xunzhenshe hotel looked very pretty but their description was not very clear. Anyway, considering that I was booking our room just a day (!) before our arrival on Friday night, Xunzhenshe seemed to be my only choice with just two rooms left. To be honest, I didn’t expect much when we arrived. However, from the beginning the service was outstanding with a personal approach. At the hotel they greeted us as we were VIPs. Celia, an English-speaking lady, who contacted me after my booking, was extremely helpful. She gave us few recommendations about Hangzhou and the area nearby. She showed us the tea plantation just next to the hotel and a room where farmers were drying tea leaves - it was quite short but interesting introduction to the hotel environment.
The hotel itself is owned and managed by a former architect. The building was built based on construction principles of the Song dynasty. As I understand, all ground floor units have their own courtyard. There is a parking lot, a tea room and a restaurant at the hotel. We were given a non-smoking one-bedroom apartment in a quieter part of the hotel and could enjoy our morning tea in our small but elegant courtyard. The apartment was clean with all necessary amenities. There was a kitchen and a dining room with a huge table (we didn’t use this room though). The breakfast buffet was included in the rate, however they offered mostly Chinese food (no problem for us as we love it). Our dinner and breakfast food were delicious!
Also, we so much appreciate totally unexpected birthday presents to my husband. Upon arrival he found a little gift with a touching handwritten birthday message and then birthday noodles were served at the restaurant. So, it was very unique and memorable celebration!
After all, I was really happy with my hotel’s choice.
To conclude what we loved the most about this hotel:
1. Attentive and caring service
2. Nature and beautiful surroundings
3. Very good location: just next to the West lake park and bridges. Walkable distance to the famous night show Impression and Su Causeway. Not far away to Leifeng pagoda and Longjing and Meijiawu villages.
4. Good Chinese restaurant with a terrace just next to the tea plantation
5. Amazing tea
Me and my husband had a great time in Xunzhenshe. Highly recommend it to those who love places with soul.

YYYFUNThe hotel location is quite convenient, it's just a 6-10mins walking distance to the nearest metro station (subway), 16-20mins driving distance to Xiaoshan airport.
There are restaurants, convenience stores, supermarket, and pharmacies within walking distance.
It contains complete facilities with a restaurant for breakfast, a self-serve laundry, and a fitness room.
The double room is spacious, clean and hygienic, with all the necessary items in the room like a hair dryer, a kettle, a fridge, cups, free mineral waters and coffee.
The staffs at the front desk are nice, friendly and helpful, very good in service.
The only problem is that on the last day of my stay, there was a sudden problem with the light in the room. It would automatically go out every 10 mins+, and it would go out completely until the room is completely dark. I would either turn it on manually or call Xiaodu to turn on the light. But this is not only inconvenient but also scary, especially when I'm in the bathroom and suddenly the light went totally off. At first I thought I would check out in a few hours and just bear with it, but then it was too terrifying so I asked the front desk to change my room. Later on, I was told that the entire 9th and 10th floors had this problem and the rooms on these 2 floors were not rented out. (Does that mean I was the only one ”communicating” with the light in the room at the end of the corridor on the 10th floor alone that night? Why didn't you tell me earlier!) Hopefully, it's fixed before renting out the room again, and please make some arrangements for your customers if the similar issue happens again, especially I reported the issue in the afternoon and your engineer came and inspected the problem, you should have known that the issue couldn't be fixed, you can't imagine how scary it was. Anyway, the staffs were still acting quite fast when I finally changed my mind to request to change the room, a guy came and moved my luggage to the 8th floor as per my request.

我住的双人房舒适宽敞、干净卫生，房间内所有必需品一应俱全，如吹风机、电水壶、冰箱、杯子，还有免费矿泉水和咖啡。
前台的小哥哥和小姐姐们都很亲切友善，服务态度很好。
美中不足的是，在我入住的最后一天，房间的灯突然出了问题，每隔10几分钟就会自动熄灭一次，而且是整个熄灭导致房内漆黑一片。我要嘛就手动打开，或是呼叫小度把灯打开。但这样不仅不方便而且也很可怕，尤其是我在卫生间的时候，突然之间就伸手不见五指。我原本想说还有几个小时就退房就忍一忍，但后来实在可怕还是让前台给我换了房。后来才知道原来9楼10楼都有这样的问题，已经不外租了。（那就是说当晚只有我一个人在10楼？还是在走廊尾部的房间里独自跟灯光在“沟通”？怎么不提早说啊！真把我吓得够呛……）希望问题解决之后才把房间租出去。而且以后如果有类似的事情发生请立即为你们的房客作出安排，尤其我下午已经提出问题，工程师师傅下午就来修理你们就已经知道修不好的情况下，你们无法想象当时的情况有多可怕。不过还好当我改变主意要换房的时候，前台还是行动蛮快的，也按我的要求帮我把行李搬运下8楼。

1. Location – Perfect for Exploring Hangzhou
The location of the hotel is undoubtedly one of its biggest advantages. Situated just a few minutes' walk from the famous West Lake, it is incredibly convenient for those wanting to explore one of China’s most scenic attractions. The proximity to West Lake makes it easy to take early morning or evening walks along the picturesque waterfront, which I found very calming. Additionally, the hotel is close to several popular shopping streets, including Hubin Road, where you can find both luxury brands and local shops. There are also plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby, giving guests many dining options beyond the hotel itself.
2. Warm and Efficient Check-in Process
From the moment I entered the hotel, I was greeted warmly by the staff. The lobby is spacious, elegant, and well-lit, giving off a luxurious yet comfortable vibe. Check-in was smooth and quick, with the front desk staff offering a welcome drink upon arrival. I appreciated their professionalism—they spoke fluent English and were well-prepared to answer all my questions about nearby attractions and transportation options. The dishes were authentic and flavorful—definitely a highlight of my trip. I recommend trying the local specialty, Dongpo Pork, which was cooked to perfection.
