Location is quiet and peaceful, near a cave and steps up through the local mountain. Owner is very nice and accommodating, she upgraded our room for free and brought icy cold watermelon to the room on arrival. Very refreshing on these hot summer days! The room was clean, bed and pillows soft and comfortable although a mini-fridge would have been perfect to keep drinks cool. The bathroom is also only separated by a curtain so fine for singles but perhaps more intimate than some couples may want…! My little dog enjoyed his stay too!

I’ve stayed in many hotels and apartments in Asia, and I am used to small spaces, but this room was SMALL, especially as I am 172 cm, I could barely (if at all) stand up straight in the room. The room was also very old, the wall around the air conditioner was warped and peeling (picture attached). Additionally, when I woke up the first morning, I realized there were spiders everywhere (also pictures attached). I promptly canceled my booking and moved to a different hotel, and they (through Trip.com’s help) refunded me for the remaining days. The hotel itself is cute, the breakfast was good, and it’s in a great location. Maybe if I had had a different room things would have been different.

清明過後錯峯出行來到美麗的西子湖畔的觀湖酒店這裏離河坊步行古街很近，出門幾百米就能看到很多有名景點，還有胡雪巖故居就在旁邊幾百米，離西湖公園景區步行或騎共享單車也就幾分鐘路程，而且出門就有美食一條街吃飯很方便，住這裏遊玩太方便了，而且這裏的服務很周到，房間也很乾凈整潔，住的很舒服，這麼好寸土寸金地理位置這個價錢在附近很難找到，下回來還住他家。

入住該酒店我感覺很好、很舒服。 首先地理位置好。在延安南路，酒店與幾處景點都比較近，與特色街河坊街和吳山廣場及七號線地鐵口衹有200多米，去西湖及雷鋒塔景點步行也在10分鐘左右。二是酒店比較新。是2024年新開業的，房間温馨，色彩協調，住的很是舒心。三是設施設備真好，有大屏電視、有智能馬桶、智能化門鎖使用起來非常方便。四是前台服務員服務態度好，很有禮貌，進入該店服務員會主動幫我介紹一些情況，入住時還主動幫我提行李箱、拿東西，多要幾份備用拖鞋也會及時送上房間。五是停車也非常方便。前台服務員會主動幫我聯繫車輛停車位。六是一樓大廳還有100多平方米的休閑位置，在大廳處辦辦公、聊聊天或品品咖啡、品品茶也不失為一種享受。總之，這次住該店我選擇是選對了，下次休閑或需住宿時一定再選這家畫舍酒店，因為與一牆之隔的五星灣和漢庭相比價格明顯低許多，這個地段和價位性價比超級划算，強烈推薦！

I love the place. It is very near to the metro station that link directly to the railway station I was taking. Long the street, there are many shops where I walk walk around and shopping. Further down maybe 10mins walk, there are many shops selling snacks and souvenir stuff. It gets very lively at night. Can walk down even further to get to 大马弄 dama lane for breakfast. There is this 煎饺 stir fried dumplings very nice (泮芳春煎饺) get there early as it will get very crowded. There is another deep fried fish slice is very nice too (大马弄蒋师傅酥鱼) nice too. Overall the hotel is quite good. And if you order delivery, they have this robot to delivery to your room. 👍

酒店位置很好找，打了個車就直接到門口了，服務人員已經在門口等着我了，幫我拿行李，服務真很好，熱情且專業，整個酒店有點隱世高級的感覺，次日早餐更是驚艷，擺盤好看，味道也不錯；感覺是挺細節控的酒店，下一站雲南，再去體驗體驗！

I stay at one bed dorm without window room, size 2x5m as showed in trip.com apps. At first this dormitory hotel gave a good impression: its hv many toilets and bathroom, all in quite clean condition, because always have standby cleaning service on shift. But at my last day stay, i don’t know what happen, the aircon in my room not cool at all, even i’d report through hotel’s wechat account, Their amneties is perfect: many hairdryer in bathroom, don’t forget to bring your own bath slippers when staying here. There provide coin washing machine, and there are infuse water, hot/cold water, microwave and refrigerator in the lounge. The only thing that bother me is the carpet inside the lift to hotel is very dirty, but maybe it’s because they share lift with Xintian art&craft garden building.

Hotel is very well located to the West Lake. Approx 15 mins walk. It is close to the night market and also a number of food halls. There is a coffee shop right downstairs on the right hand side of the hotel which makes great coffee. There is also 7/11 shop. Metro is also downstairs less than a min walk away. First impression checking in wasn’t great - English on checking in was difficult. Probably due to slight language barrier felt not as warmly welcomed as other hotels. I expect hotels that receive foreigners should have basic level check in. They also were very particular on how who should go into each of the three rooms but I said it we will sort this out between us. After that it was fine we went to our rooms. Rooms are quite outdated and could do with a bit of an upgrade especially with handles coming loose. Rooms come with bath robes, tooth brush, toothpaste, combs, Ted Baker toiletries (shampoo, conditioner and shower gel) and slippers. They also provide water bottles daily and there are ones you can take free as you head out towards the lift which is a nice touch. The hotel housekeeping staff were the best despite language barrier they were very polite, courteous and professional. Very helpful as well. There was a housekeeping lady who came to help us with wifi as we did not have a China mobile number and she also knew we had three rooms booked. She helped with two of the rooms and asked if the other room needed help but they didn’t. There isn’t much of a place where guest can relax as they come back to the hotel. There is a small space on the left hand side as you enter the hotel which has a football table, toy dispenser machines, limited seating area. For anyone who wants good location to West Lake I would say this is it. However I think there are better hotels out there. Closeness to food and restaurants is a bonus. Rooms are clean but could do with an upgrade. It’s weird to have a window in the shower room that is directly onto the room as doesn’t give much privacy if all lights on. Overall 8/10

剛剛結束了在四季酒店的愉快入住，迫不及待地想要和大家分享這次非凡的體驗。從預訂開始，酒店就展現出了他們的專業與熱情，確認郵件迅速且詳細，讓我對即將到來的旅程充滿了期待。 抵達酒店時，已是傍晚時分，但前枱燈光温暖而明亮，前台小姐姐Claire微笑着迎接我們，那種被重視的感覺真好。辦理入住手續高效順暢，還貼心地為我們準備了歡迎飲品，小小舉動卻讓人倍感温馨。 房間位於酒店的高層，一推開門，就被眼前的景象驚艷到了——巨大的落地窗將城市的夜景盡收眼底，燈火闌珊，美不勝收。房間佈置得既現代又不失温馨，床品柔軟舒適，讓人一夜好眠。特別要提的是，浴室的設計非常人性化，洗浴用品的品質也很高，讓人在忙碌一天後能夠徹底放鬆。 早餐是此次入住的一大亮點。餐廳環境優雅，食物種類繁多，從傳統的中式早點到西式麪包、煎蛋，應有盡有。我特別喜歡他們的鮮榨果汁，新鮮可口，為早晨注入了滿滿的活力。 晚上去了中餐廳 Gavin的服務特別讓我印象深刻，專業 親切 推薦的菜都很好吃。 此外，酒店的健身中心和游泳池也是不容錯過的。健身器材齊全，游泳池水質清澈，還有專業的救生員在場，讓人在鍛鍊的同時也能享受安全。 地理位置也是選擇這家酒店的重要原因之一。它位於市中心，周邊有地鐵站、購物中心，還有幾家口碑極佳的餐廳，無論是出行還是用餐都非常方便。 最後，必須提到的是酒店的服務團隊。無論是前台、客房服務還是餐廳工作人員，每個人都那麼友好、專業，總是面帶微笑，讓人感到賓至如歸。 總之，這次在四季酒店的入住體驗超乎了我的所有期待。無論是環境、設施、服務還是位置，都無可挑剔。我已經開始計劃下次再來這裏度假了，也強烈推薦給正在尋找高品質住宿的朋友們。
