Hotel Hangzhou dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

Semua kakitangan hotel sangat baik! Sarapan pagi pula sangat pelbagai dan sedap. Bilik pun selesa dan cozy. Cuma saya harap jenis bantal boleh ditingkatkan lagi, kalau ada bantal memori lagi bagus. Jarak ke tempat tarikan pelancong agak biasa, tapi teksi senang didapati betul-betul di hadapan hotel. Pilihan makanan penghantaran (delivery) sangat banyak, boleh pesan dari pelbagai restoran di sekitar pusat beli-belah in77.

Elegant building and interior design. Every piece of furnitures in the room reflects a sophisticated taste and sensibility. This hotel is a hidden gem for people who appreciate beautiful things. There are many functional details and smart features that made the stay delightful. There is nothing better than a restorative & powerful hot shower after a whole day of walking and climbing stairs. The carpet is beautiful and as luxious on your steps as in Puli or Upper House in Shanghai. I particularly love the awning window that opens to the gentle muffled noise of the street. Lanshe hotel is part of the reason I enjoyed my time in Hangzhou despite the rain that happened to pass through during the visit.

Fuchun mountain resort is strongly recommended for foreigners like our family. Peaceful Lake with awesome landscape made our family to feel refreshing. Chinese traditional style hotel room is quite cozy. Complementary service like taking a picture by photographer is to be made a reservation when check in, otherwise fully booked in case of weekend.

This was our second stay at the hotel and it was just as nice as we remembered.  The staff are very friendly and helpful, the hotel and rooms are very clean and there are lots of lovely views and relaxing activities to do.  The food at breakfast and at the evening buffet was delicious and we enjoyed National Day fireworks in the evening.  The outdoor pool was very clean and relaxing to use and the jacuzzi was very warm.  My daughter loves the play area and we had fun in the arcade.  We really enjoyed our stay.

Kelebihannya adalah lokasinya sangat dekat dengan Tasik Barat dan Kerry Centre. Di pintu masuknya pula, terdapat basikal kongsi, basikal keluarga, dan basikal elektrik kongsi. Kakitangan di kaunter hadapan juga sangat membantu dan prihatin. Kelemahannya ialah hotel ini agak lama dan usang. Biliknya tidak besar, dan saya menginap di bilik menghadap jalan, jadi penebat bunyinya tidak begitu baik. Tambahan pula, seawal pagi, tetamu di bilik sebelah dan tingkat atas membuat pelbagai jenis bunyi bising, dan kami juga boleh mendengar orang bercakap di koridor. Lebih teruk lagi, ada kanak-kanak melompat-lompat di tingkat atas!!! Selain itu, saya perlu meluahkan rasa tidak puas hati saya tentang sarapan pagi hotel. Hanya penyepit pakai buang yang tinggal. Aduhai, ringkasnya, memang sukar untuk digambarkan betapa teruknya! Semestinya, kaunter hadapan juga membantu saya mendapatkan bayaran balik, dan sikap perkhidmatan mereka sangat baik. Malah, mereka memberikan hadiah sebagai pampasan. Aspek ini telah diuruskan dengan sangat baik.

服務到位，事事有迴應，乾淨衞生，床特別舒服，我還特地看了床墊子品牌，準備也買一個，另外特別值得表揚的是昨天下午值班的前台工作人員那個女孩（我沒問姓名），我下去洗衣服的時候，正好兩個洗衣機都在使用中，她主動説幫我把衣服放進洗衣機洗，然後還幫我把洗好的衣服放進乾衣機烘乾，值得表揚👍[強][強]

I visited with family and we really enjoyed our stay. We booked a two room villa and the booking came with four free classes: tea ceremony, sound bath, forest walk and yoga. We only joined the tea ceremony and sound bath but really enjoyed both. For food, the hotel restaurant served vegan food so we found a restaurant near the hotel; the food was good and it was only a 5 minute drive from the hotel. The hotel room itself was spacious and the amenities were of good quality. The bed was very comfortable and we all had a good night sleep. Location is perfectly fine if you drive, but I imagine it would be a bit difficult to get to by public transport.

Hotel was good. Breakfast included was delicious. Staff was helpful. However, just one thing you have to know there was no ”cold” air conditioning in the room not because it was broken, it was not installed. When I called front desk, I was informed the air-conditioning unit only had one mode of operation i.e. heat. I got an electric fan for my duration of stay. Thank God it was March not hot in the room. When we closed the windows at night, the electric fan definitely helped a lot.

每次來西湖就是為了清修放鬆，這是多年來一直選擇的落腳地。雖然改名了，整體品質變化不大。地理位置很好，避開湖畔喧鬧的人流，南天竺或外雞籠山站下走進村落深處、穿過片片龍井茶園和香樟樹便是，夜間風吹葉聲，早起蟲鳴聲，真正鬧中取靜。無論向西去往上天竺、靈隱、獅峯山、九溪，還是向東去往茅家埠、外西湖，公交和打車都非常方便，徒步也可吃得消。國有資產，建造較早，設定稍顯老，但相比較地理位置和房間寬敞面積，性價比非常高，畢竟不是來特種兵，每次都是要住很多天的。改名後雖然中晚餐不提供了，但五分鐘走到村頭，就是若干家杭州本地口碑超高的餐廳。遠離喧囂，枕山而居，是杭州慢生活度假的絕佳之選。

Great hotel stay with my kids. A lot of variety for breakfast. My stay was made exceptional thanks to the wonderful service from Li Bin: Nova, Xiao Qi. He was professional, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. Their genuine care and consistent attentiveness created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I truly appreciate their efforts and would highly recommend this hotel because of staff like them. Thank you for making my experience memorable!
