Semua kakitangan hotel sangat baik! Sarapan pagi pula sangat pelbagai dan sedap. Bilik pun selesa dan cozy. Cuma saya harap jenis bantal boleh ditingkatkan lagi, kalau ada bantal memori lagi bagus. Jarak ke tempat tarikan pelancong agak biasa, tapi teksi senang didapati betul-betul di hadapan hotel. Pilihan makanan penghantaran (delivery) sangat banyak, boleh pesan dari pelbagai restoran di sekitar pusat beli-belah in77.

We are recommended by friend to book this hotel. The hotel is located only 3 bus stop away from Xihu (西湖）West lake，very good location not far from shopping street as well. Cozy lobby with very friendly receptionist who even guide us to set up Alipay and how use Alipay to pay for the bus fare to West lake. Our room is very spacious, clean and comfortable. The overall stay is a happy and welcoming. We will definitely recommend our family and friends to book this hotel if they are travelling to Hangzhou.

Our party of 3 adults spent 3 nights at the Fuchun Mountain Golf Resort in early 12/2024.  We came to Fuchun to see the scenaries that had inspired the famous 富春山居圖 painting.  We booked 2 basic rooms (Linyin Garden View), but received free upgrades (Guizhou Lake View) at check in.  I must admit our initial feelings as we arrived was one of creeping doubt, because the Fuyang city streets we had driven through (we drove in from the Hangzhou Xihu area) were very industrial, just giant factories one after another and the immediate area outside the property was just a bunch of small suburban farm homes and shops.  Furthermore, as our car pulled up to the front lobby entrance, no one greeted us.  Not a soul was in sight.  Our driver had to poke his head inside and announce guests are here and service is needed.  From there on, however, things only got better and better.  So, yes, this was a quiet property.  There wasn’t a lot of staff standing about.  But, there was enough personnel to provide all the basic services expected.  And I found they were very friendly, quick to respond, and efficient.  During our 3.5 days here, we explored and enjoyed this beautiful hotel inside and out.  The hotel itself (the main building) was simply grand.  Its design and decor was a perfect balance of East Meets West, modernized traditional, understated elegance.  The layout was a bit of a labyrinth.  There were wings, corridors, and stairs you can go down to find restaurants, spa/gym/pool, conference rooms, sitting nooks, a small boat dock, and even an impressive collection of embroidery art on display.  Our rooms were large and airy, spotless, the ceiling was high, and the windows opened onto the lake.  The bathroom was spacious with a double sink and lots of counter space.  Beds and pillows were very comfortable, definitely in line with 5 star international standards.  Outside, there was a man-made lake with 2 groups of swans (or were they white geese?).  They crisscrossed the lake during the day and slept below our windows at night.  There was also a little children’s playground (with a pair of ducks) and what looked like a small amphitheater.  Several short paths allowed us to walk the sizable grounds.  Early one morning, we followed one across a little brook to the edge of the tea terrace.  Another morning, we strolled down a road flanked by bamboo that led to the beautiful villas that stood apart from the main hotel.  Everywhere, the atmosphere was tranquil and the views spectacular.  We ate most of our meals at the hotel since we were unfamiliar with the area and didn’t really want to go out looking (this was the end of a 2 week trip).  We tried both of the restaurants on-site (the Chinese and the Western/Fusion) and thought they were fine overall, since food/ingredients were fresh and of good quality.  Taste and craft were okay, not great but acceptable.  In truth, we were probably not too demanding at this point, as we had already gorged out during our previous stay in the HZ/Xihu area.  In summary, our family really liked the Fuchun Mountain Golf Resort.  We were very comfortable during our short stay.  We really appreciated the quiet calmness of the place as well as the warm service provided by the entire staff.  We would love to return.  It was an easy car ride from the HZ city area, and it was easy to hire cars to nearby and more distant attractions.  Lastly, for those interested in the 富春山居圖, there is a replica of the painting (both parts and to scale) displayed downstairs in the spa :)

Overall, this was a good stay with some truly special aspects, but also a few areas that could be improved. The hotel is quite remote, which makes it feel very private and peaceful, surrounded by nature such as the lake, forest, and mountains. Even though we visited other viewpoints around Qiandao Lake, this location felt more special because of its quiet and secluded setting. The hotel itself feels like a destination, with scenic viewpoints, a garden with a lake, a cave, and even trekking trails to explore. The garden area includes a swan lake, which is a nice idea. However, the swans are kept in a very small netted space. It does not look great visually and feels restrictive for the animals, which took away from the experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed that was not too soft or too hard. Sound insulation was excellent, which made for great sleep. I also requested a firmer pillow, and it was provided quickly. The lake view room upgrade was a highlight. The view was stunning and made it hard to leave the room. If you stay here, I would strongly recommend booking a lake view room. The layout was nice, with both a balcony and a window view. The thick frame dividing the view slightly affected the overall feel, but it was not a major issue. The bathtub was also a nice addition. Cleaning was good overall. The AC did not work very well during the hot midday hours, although it was fine at other times of the day. Facilities such as the gym, yoga room, pool, and game room were nice additions. However, they felt quite standard for a five-star hotel, and I have experienced better quality in similar properties. One great feature was the free Tesla charging, but this was not communicated at all. We only discovered it by chance, which is a missed opportunity as it is a strong benefit. Breakfast was acceptable but not at the expected level. The coffee and bakery were the weakest parts. Ordering is done via QR code instead of in person, which felt a bit impersonal for a luxury hotel atmosphere. Service during breakfast also felt a bit off, as staff seemed focused on their tasks and were not very proactive in guiding or prioritizing guests, which made the experience feel less warm and not the kindest. Service was generally kind and friendly, but inconsistent at times. Some staff could benefit from additional training, as not everyone followed typical five-star service standards such as greeting guests or offering priority. Another disappointment was the welcome fruit, which was included in our package but not provided on arrival. After we asked, a staff member came carrying items for multiple rooms in a bag and handed us just one apple and one peach. This felt unprofessional although something very small. Another point worth noting is that the hotel was originally booked as an InterContinental, but about 1-2 weeks before arrival it was no longer part of the brand (somehow on Trip.com it still says intercontinental). Not sure if this impacted the experience, but overall it did feel slightly below what you might expect from that level, even though the stay itself was still enjoyable. The hotel also offers free Tesla charging, which is a great feature. However, this was not communicated at all during or before our stay, and we only discovered it by chance. This feels like a missed opportunity, as it is a strong benefit that could add significant value for guests I did not try lunch or dinner, so I cannot comment on those. Overall, this is a very peaceful and unique stay with amazing natural surroundings and a beautiful lake view. However, some service and operational details need improvement to truly match a luxury standard.

Hotel ini terletak sangat dekat dengan pintu keluar C6 stesen MRT Fengxianqiao, berhampiran dengan Intime In77 dan Tasik Barat, menjadikan pengangkutan sangat mudah. Saiz bilik kecil, ruang kosong hanya cukup untuk dua bagasi dibuka secara mendatar. Sesuai untuk penginapan seorang, tetapi agak sempit untuk dua orang. Tingkap kaca dua lapis, jadi kurang bising. Penebat bunyi dinding biasa-biasa saja, namun tidak mengganggu tidur saya. Soket elektrik agak sedikit. Terdapat satu di tepi katil yang sudah digunakan untuk pembesar suara pintar Xiao Ai milik hotel; dan satu lagi di bawah sofa bersebelahan, yang jauh dari katil. Terdapat TV Xiaomi dan penghawa dingin pusat yang bertiup terus ke arah kepala. Cadaran katil bersih dan tidak berbau. Mungkin ada dua orang yang bergilir-gilir membersihkan bilik; salah seorang lebih teliti dan akan membantu melipat pakaian. Di tingkat B2 terdapat 2 mesin basuh dan 2 mesin pengering. Agak menyusahkan untuk menunggu cucian pada waktu malam. Mungkin boleh maklumkan kepada penyambut tetamu pada waktu siang untuk bantuan mencuci, tapi saya tidak mencubanya. Di tingkat B2 juga terdapat dua treadmill untuk bersenam. Pilihan sarapan pagi pelbagai. Saya tidak memesan sarapan, cuma menjenguk sahaja. Jika ingin membuat penghantaran pos, disarankan untuk menyalin alamat lengkap dan terperinci, bukan hanya menulis nama hotel, kerana mesin di pusat pengasingan tidak dapat mengecamnya. Tidak boleh meletak kereta di hadapan hotel. Untuk menaiki teksi, perlu berjalan ke tempat lain. Secara keseluruhan, hotel ini agak baik.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 滿分5分，杭州出行性價比首選，強烈推薦給家庭出遊人羣 這次帶爸媽入住書香世家酒店（杭州武林廣場店），整體體驗完全超出預期，綜合下來是一家靠貼心服務取勝的酒店，非常適合追求高性價比的遊客。 我們預訂的三人房，佈局很合理，一張大床搭配一個飄窗，空間通透開闊。入住當天前台小姐姐十分貼心，想給一個大大的好評！可惜沒有問小姐姐的名字，總之十分專業且友好。因為是三人住，一人需睡在飄窗梳化床上。服務員主動幫忙鋪好了床鋪。中途我們外出遊玩換下來的衣物，另一位小姐姐（姓應，這次特地問了名字）主動幫忙清洗烘乾，整理乾淨後放在前台等候我們取回，細節真的讓人暖心。因為行程臨時調整，我們申請延遲退房到下午兩點，前台沒有任何推諉，爽快幫我們安排妥當，服務靈活又人性化。 在杭州徒步遊玩磨破了腳，向前台詢問創可貼，工作人員第一時間拿來給我，細碎小事處處體現用心。 酒店主打的書香氛圍感做得特別到位，整體中式雅緻裝潢，沒有商業化的浮躁感。大廳入口專門設定書法台，我父親每天等候或是出門前，都會在這邊提筆練字，長輩格外喜歡這種安靜雅緻的環境，整趟住下來有種賓至如歸的鬆弛感。 房間隔音效果在線，關上窗幾乎聽不到街道車流噪音，夜間休息十分安穩。 地理位置是超大加分項，地處武林廣場核心地段，鬧中取靜，出行去哪都便捷順暢：不堵車的情況下打車15分鐘內直達西湖；去往靈隱寺、浙大等熱門景點打車路程適中；前往杭州火車站打車僅20分鐘左右。酒店周邊配套豐富，步行三五分鐘就能到墅園書法公園，早起長輩散步遛彎剛剛好，散步回來正好趕上自助早餐。 客觀説兩處小不足，僅作參考：客房地毯使用痕跡較重，略陳舊；自助早餐品類不算特別豐富。但完全不影響整體入住感受，工作人員全程的真誠用心，足以抵消這點小缺憾。 整體總結：服務水準遠超同價位酒店，人文氛圍濃厚，交通區位無可挑剔，帶長輩、家庭出遊優先選這家，下次來杭州還會覆住！

Hotel was good. Breakfast included was delicious. Staff was helpful. However, just one thing you have to know there was no ”cold” air conditioning in the room not because it was broken, it was not installed. When I called front desk, I was informed the air-conditioning unit only had one mode of operation i.e. heat. I got an electric fan for my duration of stay. Thank God it was March not hot in the room. When we closed the windows at night, the electric fan definitely helped a lot.

I visited with family and we really enjoyed our stay. We booked a two room villa and the booking came with four free classes: tea ceremony, sound bath, forest walk and yoga. We only joined the tea ceremony and sound bath but really enjoyed both. For food, the hotel restaurant served vegan food so we found a restaurant near the hotel; the food was good and it was only a 5 minute drive from the hotel. The hotel room itself was spacious and the amenities were of good quality. The bed was very comfortable and we all had a good night sleep. Location is perfectly fine if you drive, but I imagine it would be a bit difficult to get to by public transport.

Our stay at Landison Longjing Resort Hangzhou was so memorable and absolutely magnificent that highlights remain sharp, vivid, and immensely uplifting. As tea lovers, it would have been lovely enough to be back in deciduous forests with bursting red maples and bright yellow Ginko trees accentuating autumn colors surrounding the beautifully manicured Longjing (Dragon Well) tea plantations that rest quietly within the hills of the peaceful landscape so very close to the resort—next to and just across the street, in fact! However, our trip’s joys skyrocketed with our stay at the Landison. The staff was totally fantastic! Exceptional service in every way. Working with a phone translator Tracy, Brandy, Wen Yi (I hope his name is spelled correctly!), and Chris provided patient, attentive, and thorough care, concern, and heartwarming attention as they fully considered and answered our many daily questions on where to go, what to do, how to get there and back. (We were thrilled to use the excellent public transportation in and around Hangzhou. The hotel is just meters from the bus stop of two main lines. These buses provided easy connections to other main lines linking us to much of the rest of the city) Staff also guided us where to buy excellent tea, which turned out to be right there at the hotel, as well as from other lovely teashops nearby! Landison’s breakfast menu, included in our booking, remained the same throughout our stay and never disappointed. Every day we enjoyed a large selection of beautiful, delicious food that included fresh fruit, vegetables, egg dishes of differing styles, rice, dim sum, pastries, and our go-to each day: a piping hot bowl of noodles, prepared to order by the chef standing behind the varied selection of noodles and fixings! There was so much fresh, delicious, interesting, vegetarian cuisine we can’t account for the entire extensive buffet. The dining staff was totally incredible with their refined, careful, complete attention. Dining Room Manager Xu became our dear, memorable friend, offering us sweet, caring personal attention and comfort throughout our visit. We couldn’t help feeling disappointed when we didn’t see her the day before we were to leave. When we returned to the hotel for the evening and saw her through a dining room window, we popped into the area to say hello and a magical connection manifested that only world travel can provide, when the distance between two vastly different cultures disappears under the glow of human kindness, warmth, and connection. She provided such outstanding delight for us that our hearts hurt when we had to say goodbye to her. When she translated on her mobile phone, “looking forward to seeing you again,” we smiled broadly and added a very hopeful nod in agreement. Extra lovely perks included nightly delivery of a delicate, nourishing white mushroom soup to keep us warm and help us sleep, a specialty of the establishment. It was tasty and nurturing every day! The housekeeping staff was amiable and friendly, mutually acknowledging and appreciating the human relationship!  In addition, the parking area staff offered cheerful, welcoming, and happy engagement with us throughout our stay. Our extraordinary stay at the Landison is the kind of experience that highlights the vast benefits of world travel where the barriers of worldly concerns and tensions can fade away or even disappear into the significant and transformative mix and engagement with a time and place different from where we come from or know habitually. Where one realizes that, although time and place may differ considerably and provide many positive catalysts for meaningful change, the human heart and mind are inextricably linked together by way of mutual desires for happiness, well-being, safety, expression, and connection, however that may unfold in its immeasurable arrangements. From the moment I arrived, I knew this was going to be a great stay. Jay at the front desk greeted me warmly and kindly arranged a complimentary upgrade to a spacious room on a high floor. He assured me I could reach out to him directly if I needed anything during my stay — a level of personal care that really sets a hotel apart. During my stay, I needed extra bottled water and happened to meet Cate from housekeeping in the hallway. She understood my request immediately, and to my surprise, returned in no time with not just one but three bottles of water. It was such a thoughtful and efficient gesture. On my departure day, Jay once again came through by smoothly arranging a late checkout, which made my travel plans so much more relaxed. Thank you to Jay and Cate for their outstanding hospitality. I will definitely choose Wyndham Grand Plaza Royale Hangzhou again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for impeccable service and a comfortable stay.
