來杭州看演唱會選擇住在這裏……離大蓮花比較近，地鐵距離三站。而且酒店門口就是地鐵站，很方便。畢竟是在蕭山，喜歡逛市區的還是有點不方便。 設施： 空調很好，製冷很快。電視能投屏，而且電視很大。看着很舒服。床也很舒服，枕頭還分為兩種，挺貼心。就是房間稍微小了點。 衞生： 衞生還不錯，畢竟酒店很新，維護的還好。 早餐一般，種類不多，希望能改進一下。

酒店位置挺好，地鐵站出來就是，加錢升級了一個帶窗户的房型，很床也很舒服，睡的很好。 去西湖邊，或者去機場，下樓坐地鐵，很方便。

酒店位置很好找，靠近地鐵，在建設三路D口，非常方便！然後離杭州南站也很近，我們去紹興玩了一天從杭州南站坐火車衹需要28分鐘！酒店水是自取不限量的，然後還有各種糖果🍬，前台收房卡的小狗也超超超級可愛！房間環境也很不錯，打掃的很乾凈，前台服務態度什麼的也是我住過同價位裏排前面的！不太喜歡寫評價，但還是忍不住這次想給個好評🥹

The hotel location is quite convenient, it's just a 6-10mins walking distance to the nearest metro station (subway), 16-20mins driving distance to Xiaoshan airport. There are restaurants, convenience stores, supermarket, and pharmacies within walking distance. It contains complete facilities with a restaurant for breakfast, a self-serve laundry, and a fitness room. The double room is spacious, clean and hygienic, with all the necessary items in the room like a hair dryer, a kettle, a fridge, cups, free mineral waters and coffee. The staffs at the front desk are nice, friendly and helpful, very good in service. The only problem is that on the last day of my stay, there was a sudden problem with the light in the room. It would automatically go out every 10 mins+, and it would go out completely until the room is completely dark. I would either turn it on manually or call Xiaodu to turn on the light. But this is not only inconvenient but also scary, especially when I'm in the bathroom and suddenly the light went totally off. At first I thought I would check out in a few hours and just bear with it, but then it was too terrifying so I asked the front desk to change my room. Later on, I was told that the entire 9th and 10th floors had this problem and the rooms on these 2 floors were not rented out. (Does that mean I was the only one ”communicating” with the light in the room at the end of the corridor on the 10th floor alone that night? Why didn't you tell me earlier!) Hopefully, it's fixed before renting out the room again, and please make some arrangements for your customers if the similar issue happens again, especially I reported the issue in the afternoon and your engineer came and inspected the problem, you should have known that the issue couldn't be fixed, you can't imagine how scary it was. Anyway, the staffs were still acting quite fast when I finally changed my mind to request to change the room, a guy came and moved my luggage to the 8th floor as per my request. 酒店位置便利，步行6-10分钟可到最近的地铁站，16-20分钟车程可到萧山机场。 小吃店、餐馆、便利店、超市和药店都是在步行距离内。 酒店设施齐全，设有餐厅（只提供早餐）、自助洗衣房和健身房。 我住的双人房舒适宽敞、干净卫生，房间内所有必需品一应俱全，如吹风机、电水壶、冰箱、杯子，还有免费矿泉水和咖啡。 前台的小哥哥和小姐姐们都很亲切友善，服务态度很好。 美中不足的是，在我入住的最后一天，房间的灯突然出了问题，每隔10几分钟就会自动熄灭一次，而且是整个熄灭导致房内漆黑一片。我要嘛就手动打开，或是呼叫小度把灯打开。但这样不仅不方便而且也很可怕，尤其是我在卫生间的时候，突然之间就伸手不见五指。我原本想说还有几个小时就退房就忍一忍，但后来实在可怕还是让前台给我换了房。后来才知道原来9楼10楼都有这样的问题，已经不外租了。（那就是说当晚只有我一个人在10楼？还是在走廊尾部的房间里独自跟灯光在“沟通”？怎么不提早说啊！真把我吓得够呛……）希望问题解决之后才把房间租出去。而且以后如果有类似的事情发生请立即为你们的房客作出安排，尤其我下午已经提出问题，工程师师傅下午就来修理你们就已经知道修不好的情况下，你们无法想象当时的情况有多可怕。不过还好当我改变主意要换房的时候，前台还是行动蛮快的，也按我的要求帮我把行李搬运下8楼。

來杭州找朋友來玩的，之前住過美豪感覺各項體驗都挺好的，所以出來看到這裡有美豪就決定繼續住美豪。入住的時候感覺到這裏挺安靜的，位置對於我的出行也都很方便，樓下有便利店吃飯的也都有特別方便。辦理入住的時候還是跟之前美豪一樣會有專門的客服管家茶水毛巾服務介紹一些享受的增值小物品，這個是美豪的服務特色。這家酒店大堂裝修的和其他的美豪是不一樣的，比較歐美風格，給人感覺很高大上。 進到房間裏面的配套很齊全完善，洗護8件套用着也很舒服的，房間前台給我説今天房間比較空給我做了一個免費升級體驗，升級的房間一個人住的很舒服剛剛好。辦入住前台還提醒我這幾天應該會有雨，我們房間衣櫃是有一把雨傘的出門記得帶一下，雖然是個小小的提醒讓人感受到的都是滿滿的細節。隨便收拾了一下和小姐妹約好的去吃一些特色的小吃，想的去武林夜市或者是垃圾街看着評論都很不錯的，最終選擇去武林夜市，**之前刷到過有一些明星去打卡推薦很不錯，又加上離西湖挺近的。去到了哪裡挺熱鬧的，小吃都很不錯，誰想發生了一個小意外我和小姐妹都沒帶雨傘，突然下起了傾盆大雨，之前就聽説過杭州的雨來的快也去的快，沒想到雨神那麼照顧我，結果我倆被淋成落雞湯，最後找個地方決定打車回酒店。 回到酒店洗了一個熱水澡躺在了床上睡了一會，醒來的時候胃也不舒服還拉肚子頭也有點熱可能就是，可能是淋雨加上吃的小吃不乾淨導致的，最後致電前台電話説明瞭情況，前台説有退熱貼，感冒葯他們看看自己有沒有到時候一起送一下，後面給我送到了房間還拿着一杯白開水。關經理把我點的葯送上來時，還給我準備了一晚粥，白煮蛋和鹹菜。感受到了生病時候家人的温暖。雖熱身體不舒服，但讓我體會到美豪的隱形服務，覺得還是很值得的，之前也有看網上有客人評論過，還是有一點不敢相信，因為這樣的想法也是合情合理，沒有人會無緣無故的對你好，但是美豪是可以做到的，真有什麼客户需要的會及時給你温暖伸出援手，美豪讓我又刷新了一個深度的瞭解，讓我成為忠實粉絲，以後出來必選美豪，正應了辦理入住的一句話，您好！女士旅途辛苦了，請用茶，歡迎回家！

We had a very small stay in the hotel, but I can say that it was too difficult to find the hotel, especially because the name is different, in trip.com has one name, but the real one is different, also is very inconvenient to find the reception is you arrive at night. However, I have to admit that the level of English of the employees was incredible, I thought I was in the middle of King Cross in London because I couldn't understand anything or maybe they to me🤷🏽♂️. The room was very cozy and the bed very comfortable, all the welcome amenities were very good. The bed is strong and comfortable, but I don't need four pillows for next time. Also, thanks for my British pengyou in reception for the room, we thought it doesn't exist for a moment, because it's out of the normal corridor and we were lucky because it was located on the top of the breakfast saloon and we could listen at 6am how the employees start preparing our breakfast and to smell the amazing olor of fried noodles and french fries. It was an incredible details. In general, we spent a very good night.

The hotel is modern and clean but it lacks facilities that one would expect from a 5-star hotel. No bar in the hotel. Gym opens from 10am to 9:30pm which is not suitable as it closes too early to go in the evening and opens too late to go in the morning. Swimming pool has also unsuitable opening times. Otherwise, the staff was friendly and spoke english well. Rooms were spacious and clean

Room was nice and spacious, general hygiene of the rooms are decent. Only downside wades that our room was very strong smell of smoke, something we noticed about the building in general. If that doesn't affect you then I would recommend due it's value and location

My overall stay was good. My son enjoyed the activities on the premises and I absolutely enjoyed the hot springs.
