The location is good, friendly staff, the studio was clean. My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay, we are happy that we had the chance to cook our breakfast. We'll come back again on the first occasion.

The hotel also has a restaurant serving Vietnamese and Japanese cuisine. 4. Service: The staff is frequently praised for their helpfulness and proficiency in multiple languages, including English, Japanese, and Chinese. The housekeeping service is noted for its thoroughness and attentiveness, although they were not able to understand basic English word and it becomes little difficult at times. 5. This great hostel is in a great location in the old quarter alongside a busy road. The staff are really good and the check in process is simple and easy. The 6 dorm bed was clean and comfortable and we got some great nights sleeps. There is a bed light, a free locker big enough to store huge backpacks, and a curtain for each bed for privacy. The bathrooms are clean, the showers are hot and powerful, and there is shampoo and shower gel available too. You are also given a free towel at check in. Wi-Fi is great, and there are some relaxing common areas which are great for reading and planning activities etc. Laundry is available at the hostel and they can turn it around in 24 hours (cheapest) or even quicker (pay more). Overall I would absolutely recommend staying here as this hostel really is brilliant.

I had less than 24 hours in Hanoi therefore location was crucial. This place is perfect. On a quiet little street in the heart of everything which couldn't be more perfect. Lily is amazing! So so helpful. Room was perfect with super comfy bed. So clean and cosy. Shower was lovely and hot too. At such a cheap price, insane!!! What more can you ask for!! Xx

Great little boutique hotel. We upgraded to a Honeymoon room to have a bit more room and windows. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly- shout out to Mr Hoang and Miss Anne who were fabulous and their trainee who had little English but always a big smile on his face. We found it to be very clean and in a great location, everything was a short walk away- the lake, night market, prison and train and beer streets. They arranged our airport pick up for not much more than a taxi would have been. Breakfast included was pretty basic but I think adequate for the price. We were happy to have an egg cooked or some toast or sometimes go out to one of the many cafes for a traditional coffee and croissant as it’s so cheap. Definitely recommend.

I and some friends stayed here few years ago and we come back this year as we love this hotel a lot. Everyone works for this hotel is very helpful and hospitality. They supported us a lot during the time we stayed here with them. Hotel is clean and we love everything and of course also the breakfast. We will definitely come back and also introduce to more of our friends. Thanks again for making my trip !

Location is in the center of touristy places, room is big, clean, has balcony. Breakfast is ok, got some public space to sit, many solo travelers. Reception very friendly, polite and helpful.

旅館非常別緻，一進入大廳就能欣賞到原木傢俱，年輕的女員工滿臉笑容，男員工也會請我們喝熱茶；雖然入住辦理較久，但是女員工很細心的解說入住需知；樓層的走廊很美，進入房間更驚喜，房間又大又乾淨，有許多窗戶，光線充足，有桌有椅，床舖舒服，電視有YouTube，浴室的設備很好，住得很舒服；最感動的是在退房當天，年輕又帥的的兩位櫃台男生協助我們注意小巴是否抵達旅館，還去旅館外面的馬路上，幫我們等小巴，真的是五星級的服務；員工們都很有禮貌！旅館唯一可惜的是：早餐只有一碗河粉、一些西瓜和一杯飲料！

My recent stay at Marina Hotel was generally satisfying. Its location proved ideal for exploring the Old Quarter on foot, despite some street noise, which is common in this area. While the hotel maintained satisfactory cleanliness with daily room cleaning, our accommodations showed signs of wear, slightly detracting from the experience. The reception staff's fluency in English. Overall, Marina Hotel presents a decent option for visitors to the Old Quarter.

Hanoi is a great destination for anyone interested in far East. Its history, beautiful nature, and wonderful people offer travelers a wonderful experience. Our hotel made the experience far more enjoyable and memorable. La Siesta is in a great location to get a good sense of daily life in Hanoi. I suggest getting a room with balcony if you can. The breakfast is elaborate with many options to choose from and rooms are quite clean. There is also a good size heated pool though I would have liked it a bit warmer. But the best part of our stay at the hotel, was the staff. Everyone was so welcoming and greeted us with a smile every time. If we needed to find a place to see, they would take time to look and share their suggestion. For us, with no prepackaged travel plan, this was great. They arranged some of the activities for us and they all turned out great. The food tour is a must with a knowledgeable tour guide. The hotel arranged the entire thing. I would certainly go back.
