I recently stayed at La Siesta Classic Hang Thung for one night, and honestly, it wasn't enough! Hotel Property: 1. The hotel's location is great. It's right in the middle of Hanoi's Old Quarter, so you can easily walk to Hoan Kiem Lake and enjoy the lively atmosphere. 2. What's cool is that the hotel is only two months old and it looks amazing. The rooms are a good size, and the modern design is Instagram-worthy. It's pretty impressive they even squeezed in a pool in the middle of the tight Old Quarter spaces. Service 1. We got to the hotel really early from Sapa, and our rooms weren't ready, but Mr. VP at the front desk was super nice. He went out of his way to arrange a shower for us. It was a real help to get us cleaned up from the long train ride. 2. I accidentally booked a room for 3 persons when there was only 2 of us. Mr.VP immediately noticed it and upgraded us to a junior suite without us knowing. That was a pleasant surprise and definitely made our day. The Not-So-Great Stuff: There were a couple of small issues that could have made the overall experience even better. 1. We asked for more water and ice around 9 pm, but they never brought it. Eventually, we went out and buy water, and reminded the front desk to send some ice to the room. But even after reminding the front desk personally, no ice came all night. 2. Food at breakfast was good, but the service could he better. When we wanted to sit by the window, the server insisted that we sit at another table. She rolled her eyes at me when I told her that we prefer to sit by the window. She then cleared our table quite unwillingly. She just changed the cutlery but did not replace the used placemats. We didn't bother her after that as she seemed annoyed. But despite these minor hiccups, I'd definitely recommend La Siesta Classic Hang Thung to anyone looking for a great stay in Hanoi. It's a lovely place with pretty and clean rooms and lovely front desk staff.

酒店客房一共就四十七間房的樣子，設計師Bill Bensley 把歌劇元素融入到了酒店的每一處細節，一層演出區轉角將開放式酒吧與舞台分開，後台則是全日制餐廳。璀璨的方格網吊頂以及歌劇舞枱佈景，彩排舞台、化粧間、復古禮服、還有幾十件法國殖民時期的老物件一應俱全。每個樓層都有藝術家、設計師、音樂家等各自主題，甚至每間客房都有對應主題的大師和不同風格的戲劇場景。整體來説是一家中型酒店，一眼驚艷，服務細節符合價位，備品選用也是大瓶裝，中規中矩，mini bar非酒精類免費，每天一續。the living room免費下午茶，晚上免費各類酒，小吃全包，從性價比角度來説還是值得的，周邊屬於絕對的富人區，各種奢侈品店鋪林立，晚上有入夜儀式，開夜床後送了眼罩和小禮物，數據線會幫你用皮扣扣起來，小細節還是拉滿。 河內嘉佩樂今年B1層的光輝Koki日料獲得1星 ，衹有14個座位，提供類似 Omekase 的set，價格比較貴（晚上基本套餐 5500000/人，8500000/人），2月14日提前郵件預訂6點半晚餐，到了基本滿座。菜單是固定的選擇不多，出品都很不錯。 我們選擇的基本套餐，一是兩種囗味的蛤蜊鐵板燒，二是車海蝦鐵板燒配香草醬汁，三是招牌八重山牛肉，牛鼻子認證真的很無語，四是製作了20分鐘的koki招牌蒜香雞肉炒飯，最後的甜品在旁邊的休息廳進餐，是抹茶冰淇淋大福和日式熱甜甜圈的組合。最後香檳和飲用水單獨收了2000000萬，感謝日本大叔主廚，真的帥氣。 河內嘉佩樂早餐在一樓大堂吧旁全日餐廳 Backstage。 Backstage 餐廳最大程度上還原了歌劇院元素，打造了一個通透而華麗的金色大廳，掛滿了歌劇院服飾作為裝飾，鮮花是黃色蝴蝶蘭，菜單是 “Diva’s menu”。 嘉佩樂的早餐從來不會讓人失望，幾乎都是單點，單點菜單簡直眼花繚亂，第一頁便是越南特色河粉，被我們的地導評為河內前三的河粉食物，還有其他傳統美食例如法包三明治等。西式方面，早餐有進口法國的新鮮生蠔和煙燻三文魚華夫餅誠意十足，各式蛋類尤其是班尼迪克蛋做的出神入化，可麗餅，華夫餅也很好吃。 大廚在越南本地享譽盛名，足不出户已經可以在酒店內吃到非常nice，此行已經很滿足了。

Deluxe Zimmer entspricht eher dem eines superior Zimmers. Die Bilder sind online falsch. Straßenlärm kommt etwas durch die Fenster. Reinigungspersonal spricht kein Englisch. I was here with my family for about a week, we were sceptical at first as this is a new establishment. But the moment we arrived at their lobby the staffs proved that we have made a worthy decision. Especially Anne from management, she was very welcoming and informative which helped start a great beginning to our holiday in Hanoi. Rooms are absolutely clean and well organised. Furthermore internet connection was impressive, fast and smooth, only mentioning this as it has been quite a problem with our stay at many hotels in the past. This place is located right in the center of everything, walking distance to Old Quarter, Ho Guom lake, eating streets, markets, etc. Heaps more positive things about this hotel that you should come and experience for yourself. Definitely will be staying here again the next time I’m in Hanoi. Thank you Grand Cititel team for looking after us!

Good location! Hotel is located within walking distance to Old Quarter😊 Was served by Ms Yen and her team & their service was top-notch! Ms Yen showed us the two types of rooms available and let us choose after. She also shared about the tours to Ninh Binh & Ha Long Bay and helped us book them respectively. It saved me so much of time and money, if I had book from another vendor. Their breakfast spread is beautiful and filling. Their chef and team are very eager in helping us out with our bags to helping us pack our breakfast when we had to head out as early as 6:30am. Ms Yen was always contactable via WhatsApp and was one of the reasons I got to try really tasty Cha Ca Thang Long as well! I’m glad to have chosen this hotel and will highly recommend it to anyone who is planning on visiting Hanoi!

Impressive entrance with a short walk to anything you might want/need in Hanoi. Check-in was a breeze when we arrived mid-afternoon. The lobby on Level 1 and restaurant on level 2 are opulent and well-served with competent and English fluent staff. The room I had was well presented, very clean and well-serviced. Great pillows!! Small, but functional bathroom with a great two-way shower. Money can be exchanged at reception at around market rate. The breakfast on level 2 has something for everyone. Vietnamese, western and excellent pastries. Fresh fruit and a great noodle bar. The wait staff and chefs are expert and can create pretty much anything on request. The room service menu is spartan but reasonably priced and well presented and delivered hot. Pasta, pizza, burgers and (of course) Pho. For those not familiar with Vietnamese coffee, fasten your seatbelt before trying. This beverage will wake the deepest sleeper in seconds. Concierge services are effective and non-intrusive. There is a mini-supermarket about 100 metres from the front door where you can find that razor you forgot amongst other necessities. This hotel is brilliantly located near the lake, which is a great location for a stroll. Within a five minute walk you can find pretty much anything that you can think of. There is a roof top bar and pool on level 10 and, to be honest, this was a little disappointing. The pool works, but the surrounds are a little tired and could do with an upgrade. Not a showstopper by any means. The lifts work, the electricity is 100% available and the wifi is fast and consistent. The laundry service is fast and reasonably priced. If you want to outsource laundry, there are several services available close by for USD$1.50 per kilo. My team of 3 stayed here for 12 days and very much enjoyed the facilities and hospitality. I would stay here again any day of the week!!

Pros: The staff was extremely kind and accommodating and willing to help with any and everything if mentioned to them. It’s a fab location with Hoan Kiem lake well within walking distance, yet not right in the middle of the hectic old quarter so it’s possible to get a good night’s sleep (our room didn’t have a window, so unsure if this is true for rooms with window). Beds were changed every day and also clean towels daily however other amenities like toilet paper, shampoo, bodywash etc weren’t topped up during our stay. Cons: We arrived after the advertised check in time and our room wasn’t ready which wasn’t ideal after 17 hours of flights, however also understandable that sometimes other guests check out late. I think because of this they rushed to get the room ready which meant it wasn’t completely clean e.g hair on the floor, fingerprints on the mirrors/glass. Our TV didn’t work, the wifi was very slow during our stay, and the shower ran cold for the first 2 days which to be fair was fine considering how hot it was. Booking.com still states that breakfast is available here but nothing was mentioned to us about breakfast, and it’s worth noting that the photos used by the property definitely aren’t accurate. The property is nice, but not like the photos. Our room was windowless which I cant remember whether this was mentioned when booking. We didn’t complain as we 1) were very tired from the travelling, and 2) felt that it was a case of you get what you pay for (budget room/hotel). However I felt considering the high score the property has on booking.com and on here, it was important to leave a more accurate image of the property. Overall I would recommend for budget travellers, but keep in mind that you get what you pay for

Exit hotel left, then left again, cross road and it’s on left, 14th floor of Bendicer Hotel & Spa. 360 degree views of the city.

Wow! What a great introduction to Hanoi and Vietnam! If you’re looking for an affordable but nice hotel in the heart of Hanoi, look no further! Ja Cosmo was a great place to stay, the location was incredible and the service couldn’t have been more helpful!! Brian, Richard, and Sophia took such great care of us, offered us constant recommendations that all turned out to be great, and took care of certain bookings/reservations for us. Laundry service was quick and super convenient. Everything was in walking distance. The room was great for the value, the enclosed balcony was a perfect place to end the night, and the AC worked amazingly. Even a couple days after we checked out and had a few hours left in Hanoi before flying to Ho Chi Minh, they were still taking care of us! Definitely recommend staying here, we will be back!!

cet hôtel est reste ouvert en période de covid 19 cela aurais pu être quelque chose de remarquable sauf que cela a été” un véritable enfer un accueil froid distant avec un personnel ne voulant en aucun nous recevoir on se demande alors pourquoi il sont resté ouvert nous avons été cherche a manger dans un petit restaurant de rue qui nous a accueilli avec gentillesse et bienveillance juste a cote de l hôtel un petit déjeuner inexistant (a peine de quoi se tartiner des tranches de pain ) et seulement après être venu chercher la personne pour qu il puisse nous servir un minimum le beurre sorti du frigo ne pouvais être tartine j ai demande a la personne a l accueil de nous mettre un drap dans le lit et c est nous le soir qui avons notre lit je peux comprendre le fait que la période soit complique qu il y ai une peur mais alors pourquoi recevoir des touristes qui suit les règles de sécurité sanitaire (nous portion un masque et nous utilisions le gel mis a notre disposition) je ne recommande en aucun cas cet établissement nous avons traverse le vietnam durant le covid 19 c est la seule fois que j ai eu le sentiment d être un pestiféré même dans les rues les plus étroites d hanoi je n ai pas eu le sentiment d un tel rejet

On the 10th of October 2023, we checked into the hotel and checked out on the 13th of October 2023. Our reservations were made through *********** (Which we had to cancel as instructed by the hotel staff) for one deluxe room and one balcony room. Unfortunately, our three-night stay at this establishment was perhaps the only disappointing experience during our entire trip to Vietnam, as each night presented new issues. Firstly, don't believe in the pictures you see and keep your hopes high. While the rooms are decent, the photos available on the booking websites appear to be taken with wide-angle lenses, which may set unrealistic expectations. Prior to our check-in, we maintained ongoing communication with one of the staff members, Kevin. However, he failed to convey the information that one of the reserved rooms would not be available on our first day of the stay. It was only during the check-in process that we were informed of this situation. Initially, he proposed that we stay in a nearby hotel of their arrangement for the first night instead of the deluxe room that we had initially booked. He assured us that for the subsequent two nights, we would be upgraded to the balcony room. Regrettably, the room in the adjacent hotel was below standard, I have attached a photo for reference. The air conditioning unit lacked a cover and emitted a constant, loud noise. When we reported this issue, the response we received was that the cooling function was adequate, so the noise was deemed acceptable. Upon returning to Labevie Hotel the following day, we were given a deluxe room, not the promised upgrade to the balcony room which we had to accept. However, at midnight, the air conditioning unit in this room also malfunctioned. We informed the reception, but due to language barriers, it was challenging to convey the issue effectively. A staff member attempted to repair the air conditioning unit, which subsequently malfunctioned once more after his departure. Later on, a fan was provided for the remainder of the night. The hotel next morning offered a refund or a discount in acknowledgment of these mishaps. The final day of our stay proved to be disastrous. The offered refund or discount was completely declined. Instead, they proposed to provide us with an airport drop-off service. Upon check-out, we instructed the hotel staff to bring our luggage from our room and keep it at the reception as our flight was scheduled for late at night as we would be outside at that time. As we returned to the hotel prior to our flight, we discovered that one of our backpacks, containing a work laptop, was missing. When we reported this, the hotel staff denied the existence of the backpack and were uncooperative in allowing us to review the entire CCTV footage. They treated us as if we were lying and even requested us to open our other luggage on suspicion of hiding the laptop or backpack. Keeping our flight time in consideration, we sought assistance from the local po

We didn’t complain as we 1) were very tired from the travelling, and 2) felt that it was a case of you get what you pay for (budget room/hotel). However I felt considering the high score the property has on booking.com and on here, it was important to leave a more accurate image of the property. Overall I would recommend for budget travellers, but keep in mind that you get what you pay for

A basic hotel, very basic breakfast but location OK. Flip switch ON in room to get hot water! Lives up to a 3 star rating - old and worn hotel. I recommend Pine & Dine Sky Bar, 150metres away for a great roof top bar experience, great, affordable and tasty cocktails, happy hour 5 - 7pm, tasty food too. Exit hotel left, then left again, cross road and it’s on left, 14th floor of Bendicer Hotel & Spa. 360 degree views of the city.

Staff are so helpful, they booked everything for us. Taxis, sorted out the trip to halong bay. Right in the centre of the city, quite a hidden hotel, but was quiet and very good air conditioning to cool down from the humidity. Breakfast was nice, rooms were clean. Very good price for what it cost.
