Location is in the center of touristy places, room is big, clean, has balcony. Breakfast is ok, got some public space to sit, many solo travelers. Reception very friendly, polite and helpful.

旅館非常別緻，一進入大廳就能欣賞到原木傢俱，年輕的女員工滿臉笑容，男員工也會請我們喝熱茶；雖然入住辦理較久，但是女員工很細心的解說入住需知；樓層的走廊很美，進入房間更驚喜，房間又大又乾淨，有許多窗戶，光線充足，有桌有椅，床舖舒服，電視有YouTube，浴室的設備很好，住得很舒服；最感動的是在退房當天，年輕又帥的的兩位櫃台男生協助我們注意小巴是否抵達旅館，還去旅館外面的馬路上，幫我們等小巴，真的是五星級的服務；員工們都很有禮貌！旅館唯一可惜的是：早餐只有一碗河粉、一些西瓜和一杯飲料！

My recent stay at Marina Hotel was generally satisfying. Its location proved ideal for exploring the Old Quarter on foot, despite some street noise, which is common in this area. While the hotel maintained satisfactory cleanliness with daily room cleaning, our accommodations showed signs of wear, slightly detracting from the experience. The reception staff's fluency in English. Overall, Marina Hotel presents a decent option for visitors to the Old Quarter.

Este hotel está muy cerca del barrio de las embajadas, mucho más tranquilo que el casco antiguo. Se ve bastante nuevo y por tanto reservamos directamente con el establecimiento a través de email (enero 2023) una suite especial del piso 9º (planta noble hasta donde llega el ascensor). Un dormitorio amplio con cama grande (bien de colchón y sábanas), armarios, perchas, ventanales a la ciudad, mesillas, a.a. y tv satélite. Al lado, una sala de estar amplia con muebles, un sofá no muy grande (en las fotos se veían 2 sofás), otro a.a. y otra tv también satélite, un espacio de cocina con frigorífico grande (agua de cortesía) y precio normales. Un buen baño, moderno, amplio, con encimera y amenities, muy buenas toallas y ducha grande con mampara, presión de agua normal y ventana exterior. Bien de limpieza (diaria) y buen wifi. Recepción y zonas comunes suficientes. (2 ascensores y piscina interior). Personal amable. Check-in a las 12 (igual que el check-out). Al principio querían darnos un ático del piso 11, pero nos negamos porque son más pequeños y el ascensor no llega a ese piso. La zona de desayunos es muy pequeña (solo 3 mesas) y tuvimos que desayunar en una de las mesas de recepción (mesas redondas muy pequeñas, pero al menos separados del resto por el tema COVID). Un bufet no muy variado (huevos/tortillas a petición) y no muy bien presentado, además de repetitivo (fruta escasa y solo pan de molde). Si algo se terminaba, había que pedirlo a la camarera, aunque no tardaba mucho en reponerlo. La calle Doi Can es algo estrecha y con tráfico intenso, llena de restaurantes y tiendas, pero el hotel se retranquea de forma que los únicos ruidos que llegan al piso 9º son los ladridos (conitnuos y muy molestos) de los perros de las cercanías. Por otro lado, en esa misma calle tiene parada el bus nº 9, que por 7.000 dongs (unos 30 céntimos de euro) te lleva directo al lago Hoan Kiem en pleno centro (y vuelve por el mismo camino) en unos 20 minutos. El hotel está a minuitos caminando del complejo del mausoleo de Ho Chi Minh, Pagoda del Pilar Único, Museo de Historia Militar, Ciudad Imperial, Palacio Presidencial y Templo de la Literatura. Transfer al aeropuerto por unos 12€. En resumen: un buen apartamento en una buena zona tranquila (mejor que en el caso antiguo), por un precio ajustado para la calidad ofertada (1.100.000 dongs por noche con desayuno, es decir, unos 43€), si bien los desayunos pueden mejorar bastante.

I and some friends stayed here few years ago and we come back this year as we love this hotel a lot. Everyone works for this hotel is very helpful and hospitality. They supported us a lot during the time we stayed here with them. Hotel is clean and we love everything and of course also the breakfast. The hotel also has a restaurant serving Vietnamese and Japanese cuisine. 4. Service: The staff is frequently praised for their helpfulness and proficiency in multiple languages, including English, Japanese, and Chinese. The housekeeping service is noted for its thoroughness and attentiveness, although they were not able to understand basic English word and it becomes little difficult at times. 5. Breakfast: The breakfast buffet receives positive feedback for its variety and quality, including local dishes like pho. Cons: • Little far from major tourist attractions, but close to Lake and church. • The street outside can be busy and noisy, which might be a drawback for those sensitive to street noise. Overall, Super Hotel Candle is a solid choice for both business and leisure travelers looking for comfortable accommodation with good facilities in a quieter part of Hanoi.

One of the best security I have seen! Even the frontdesk knows me by name! They have a good range of variety of food for the free breakfast! I was given lake view and high floor! Best hotel in Hanoi! Highly recommended! Definitely a must-go hotel!

A brand new hotel that’s been running for about 7-8 months. Staff were friendly but not too experienced in reaching out to customers for extra mile. They could be proactive enough to offer new visitors a more memorable experience. For example, they would ask you to pay more for an upgrade if you wanted. They have available rooms around but it was not that easy they could upgrade you easiest in any easygoing action. Restaurants were all closed on Chinese New Year Eve of 2024 Feb. 9. All food have to be ordered for in room service and you’d have waited for 45-60 minutes for arrival time. Nail files were not available. The door design of bathing rooms had some issues. Gym reception staff were not around and you’d have to take care of yourself. Some staff were not able to follow up for something they promised to do so for you.

The location is good, friendly staff, the studio was clean. My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay, we are happy that we had the chance to cook our breakfast. We'll come back again on the first occasion.
