The hotel also has a restaurant serving Vietnamese and Japanese cuisine. 4. Service: The staff is frequently praised for their helpfulness and proficiency in multiple languages, including English, Japanese, and Chinese. The housekeeping service is noted for its thoroughness and attentiveness, although they were not able to understand basic English word and it becomes little difficult at times. 5. It is probably one of the best Novotel I have stayed over the past years. Most notable are the people-- from the reception to restaurant , everyone are courteous and willing to help and sincere, and English are generally sufficient which is a great help. The TV channels are very complete from CNN, HBO, BBC, CNBC, BOX which are even better than some 5 star hotels. The breakfast collection are very wide, and fruits are yummy , which is a great way to start the day. During my visit , the restaurants in the hotel are not crowded at all, and so dining is very comfortable and allow ample distancing between tables. The dinner on roof top restaurant is great value for money --- VND 499 K for a quality BBQ buffet with proper beef and seafood. Rooms and bedding are very clean. Location is on busy street but quite a number of small restaurants and coffee shops within a few minutes walk. The only aspects for improvement-- due to language , it would be great to have a doorman at the main entrance to help with giving directions to taxi drivers to ensure no miscommunication; and the room lighting can be enhanced by placing a floor lamp next to the study table to facilitate reading ; and finally the hotel name sign on the street front is too small for drivers to spot the name .

One of the best security I have seen! Even the frontdesk knows me by name! They have a good range of variety of food for the free breakfast! I was given lake view and high floor! Best hotel in Hanoi! Highly recommended! Definitely a must-go hotel!

My recent stay at Marina Hotel was generally satisfying. Its location proved ideal for exploring the Old Quarter on foot, despite some street noise, which is common in this area. While the hotel maintained satisfactory cleanliness with daily room cleaning, our accommodations showed signs of wear, slightly detracting from the experience. The reception staff's fluency in English. Overall, Marina Hotel presents a decent option for visitors to the Old Quarter.

こちらのホテルは4泊5日の日程で利用しましたが、部屋は常に清潔で、クーラーは強力、朝食ビュッフェもとてもおいしかったです。特に牛肉フォーは外の有名レストランのそれよりおいしかったし、毎朝のベトナムアイスコーヒーも外のカフェと変わらないくらい美味しく、大満足です。また旅行最終日、日本へのフライトが深夜だったのですが、チェックアウトした後もシャワーを使わせてくれてとても助かりました。（あのままだと汗をかいたまま飛行機に乗らないといけなかったため）ホテルのスタッフ皆が親切でしたが、JennyとMには特に親切にしてもらいました。素晴らしい体験をありがとう！ I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and 5 days, the room was always clean, the air conditioner was powerful, and the breakfast buffet was very good. In particular, the beef pho was better than that of the famous restaurant outside, and the Vietnamese iced coffee every morning was as delicious as the café outside, and I was very satisfied. Also, on the last day of the trip, my flight to Japan was late at night, but they let me use the shower even after checking out, which was very helpful. All the hotel staff were very nice (because I had to get on the plane sweating as it was), but Jenny and M were especially helpful. Thanks for the great experience!

I had less than 24 hours in Hanoi therefore location was crucial. This place is perfect. On a quiet little street in the heart of everything which couldn't be more perfect. Lily is amazing! So so helpful. Room was perfect with super comfy bed. So clean and cosy. Shower was lovely and hot too. At such a cheap price, insane!!! What more can you ask for!! Xx

I and some friends stayed here few years ago and we come back this year as we love this hotel a lot. Everyone works for this hotel is very helpful and hospitality. They supported us a lot during the time we stayed here with them. Hotel is clean and we love everything and of course also the breakfast. We will definitely come back and also introduce to more of our friends. Thanks again for making my trip !
