Reserved here through a hotel ”finding service” at the airport. Rule #1 DON'T DO THIS. Reserve places yourself. They obviously get a kick back. I was charged $50. I checked reviews and found out the hotel was only $20, so I asked to cancel. ”CANNOT CANCEL”. I was assured I'd get the best room at the best rate. They would not change my reservation to a different hotel. Hotel is near the airport. That is surely the only positive about this place. There are about 20 stairs to access the lobby from the street and no hand rail. My room was big and on the 5th floor, #504, with views of the busy highway and truck traffic, and the noise that comes with that. There was no ”decor”, just a bed (with dirty, wrinkled, grey linens), a florescent tube on the wall, a very small television, a battered tiny refrigerator on the floor in one corner, and two folding chairs with a vase of plastic flowers. The room smelled awful. The most identifiable component of the odor was urine. The bathroom was filthy. The grout was black. There was rust on the fixtures in the sink. The ”shower” was a hand held arrangement and there was no curtain. The smell of urine was overwhelming. The toilet paper roll had clearly been dropped into something wet. It was puffed up and wrinkled around one end of the roll. There was nothing else available -- and a phone number nine digitis long didn't work when I called to try to get another roll of TP. The peep hole in the door had a wad of paper stuck in it. I think the apparatus had been installed backward, allowing people outside in the hall to look into the room instead of the other way around. This was the chosen solution to the problem. At 1:30 a.m. there was a very noisy altercation in the hallway outside my room. Bumps and thumps, raised voices, shouting. Maybe even a murder? Sounded like it. The ”all tile” hallways echoed the riotous exchange throughout the entire floor. No sleep after that... I skipped breakfast which was included because everything was so dirty. If I could give this place a zero I would. Without a doubt, the worst hotel I've ever stayed in after several decades of travel. Stay here at your peril!!

Отель не дорогой, поэтому, конечно, ожиданий от него мало. Я бронировала перед заселением, другие варианты были распроданы, которые по цене/качеству лучше, по крайней мере по фото. Из минусов: нет розеток рядом с кроватью, нет чая/кофе, был выключен холодильник, пришлось его двигать, чтобы включить, а за ними пыль и мусор (не очень приятно), очень сильная слышимость автомобилей (окна выходят на автомагистраль), рваные шторы. Из плюсов: очень приятный, заботливый персонал. Встретили очень доброжелательно, мгновенно заселили. Уезжала из отеля в 4 утра, такси grab не смогла вызвать, не было машин, парень с ресепшен помог очень быстро вызвать такси и цена такси не была завышена, даже дешевле grab.

Wynajęliśmy pokój bo nie mieliśmy gdzie się podziać przed wylotem. Ogólnie masakra. W całym hotelu śmierdzi papierosami. Lodówka w pokoju oczywiście wyłączona, gdy ją otworzyłam poczułam smród pleśnią. Najgorsza była jednak łazienka. Na samym środku leżał wielki paznokieć (!!!) a pod prysznicem zalegały włosy łonowe. Obrzydlistwo. Musieliśmy poczekać bo nasz pokój był sprzątany. Nie wiem co dla nich znaczy sprzątanie. Dodatkowo zostaliśmy wmanerwowani w podwózkę pod lotnisko. Powiedzieliśmy, że się zastanowimy ale oni wybrali za nas bo wydali nam resztę pomniejszoną o kwotę podwózki (100 k, grab kosztował by 40k). Dodatkowo za dwie małe wody i kole trzeba było zapłacić 50k. Oczywiście cen w lodówce nie było. Generalnie oszuści i naciągacze, robią dobrą minę ale koniec końców chcą wyciągnąć jak najwięcej pieniędzy. NIE POLECAM

Although the receptionist had limited English speaking skills, they were amicable. Additionally, the service provided was satisfactory and our lodgings were clean; unfortunately, when I attempted to use the kettle for coffee-making purposes it contained insects. The cuisine offered on-site was ok. However, despite these drawbacks overall we received exceptional hospitality from all staff members encountered during our stay. I believe the advertisement indicates that transportation to the airport is free, but in reality you will need to pay an additional fee for this service.

I arrived after 11 pm and realized I had left a medical device on the airport shuttle. Even though it was super late, the staff made all the phone calls and helped track down my stuff! It was above and beyond and so incredibly helpful. The rooms are super nice and very comfortable, but what really made the stay memorable was the incredibly kind and helpful staff. Would come back and recommend to anyone who needs to stay near the airport!

I've lives in Vietnam for a year now and I have never had the hospitality like I've had here. Tommy, the owner who speaks great English, made sure I had everything I needed. Tôi biết hết ở Việt Nam. But he set up a car for me to my early flight to the airport so I didn't have to deal with the scummy taxi drivers. I told Tommy that I am calling him directly the next time I'm in Hanoi to arrange accommodations just because he made everything so simple. Taxi drivers will refuse to drive you to this location because they are drooling at the mouth to rip the foreigner off and drive them to the city. Ignore all of them. Book here and then call them to arrange travel directly through the hotel; so much easier I promise.
