We loved how close the location was to Old Quarter, it's easy to miss as it's in a little alley. However, the electricity was cut on our first day which made our stay slightly less pleasant but no fault of the hotel.

It was very fun) If you want to stay in touch with central place and history, this is definitely best choice!)

A short alley from beer street, meaning close to everything in old quarter. However, very quiet. Comfortable despite miniature area. Terrific rooftop restaurant where a tasty and quite enough breakfast is served. The stuff is great, always helpful and looking genuine:) especially at breakfast. The downside is the bed; too sturdy, more like hard sofa than bed. But apart from that is A+ :)

The place is cozy and staff is nice! The entrance is a bit hard to find but all good with the rest!

Hard to find the location initially. It’s located in a small alley right next to a club. Room was very clean but tiny. Breakfast was amazing. Overall good experience.

The hotel is located in the heart of the old town, with Ole ty of restaurants around. The room is small and simple, but it's modern and mostly clean, though there were quite a few ants. One of the best parts of the hotel is the staff. They are all so very nice and helpful.

Staffs was nice. Local was good. Bed is not so clean. When I had my breakfast on the hotel restaurant which is outdoor, bees were around me and the foods. Foods were not covered so bees could share the foods with you. Not a bad choice but there is always a better choice.

The team, John, Rosie, Tracy, Cloudy, Leo, the cook and housekeeper made me feel so welcomed. This little establishment is great value for Hanoi. It is right smack in the old quarter steps within beer street and the night market. Just a few minutes leisurely walk and you'll reach Hoan Kiem Lake. The location is great but you still get peace and quiet as it's tucked into an alley away from all the noise. Finding it can be tricky, I suggest booking an airport transfer. Or, take a grab to May De Ville Premier Hotel which is right across it and just walk into the alley. My room was basic and small but I knew that. It was all I needed. Good shower, aircon and TV. It has a fridge and kettle. But really the draw is the amazing staff that run the show. John and Rosie spoke good English so communication is seamless. Tracy is still learning but kudos to her for the effort! You'll be fluent sooner than you think. Her English definitely beats my limited grasp of Vietnamese. Cloudy, social relations manager, 🤣whom I met briefly was also a delight to chat to. All in all, you can't go wrong staying here if you want good value. It was quite hard to find the location of the hotel as it is located in the furthermost of a small alley, and there were no large signs on the road. However, the room and the hospitality was great. The receptionists and waiters at the restaurant were nice. The breakfast was delicious! You might need to come early if you want to try their pho.

Enjoyed a 2-night stay at Cosy Inn Hanoi. While the location might be a tad tricky to find, especially by taxi, I'd recommend hopping off and using the map to stroll to the hotel - it's tucked away in an alley. The evenings are vibrant, with a bit of a party vibe on the way to the hotel, and a scenic stroll by the lake. The staff consistently radiated friendliness and willingness to assist. The TV was a standout, allowing YouTube playback and screen sharing. The cook deserves applause too - meals were freshly cooked and absolutely delicious. A truly enjoyable experience overall.

Great small hotel for a short stay

This cosy hotel is situated inside an alley yet easily to look for.. breakfast so far ok, kudos to Mr John, receptionist whom very friendly and smiling all the time!! Hav a pleasant stay for 2 nights and the price is affordable and worth for money 🫰
