Mainly for the location. Room is clean and quite spacious. Partial view of the lake as advertised. Just two short turns out the door and I'm on the road which surrounds the lake. The counter guy was very helpful (when checking in) and also helped arrange a 6am taxi to the airport for 270,000 dong which is a very reasonable price. Thanks young man. ( Mr Vin).

This is a boutique hotel, the building is rectangular high rise with only 2 rooms on each floor. One side faces the city, the other faces the lake except for lower floors. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. It is located close to Hoàn Kiếm Lake, a short walk to the lake, you can sit at the coffee shop Katinat and enjoy view of the lake. It is convenient to walk around and explore the city, with many food places. Based on hotel staff recommendation Bun Cha is a must try, we went to this restaurant nearby, about 8 mins walk, we walked through a corridor where the food was being prepared, entered what looks like someone's living room with very low table and chairs. Almost crouching when you sit but the food was well worth it.

酒店地理位置優越，緊鄰還劍湖，前台服務態度親切。房間大小適中，但略有黴味。洗澡水的温度不穩定，時冷時熱。選擇這家酒店主要是因為我第一晚到達較晚，加之Google的高評分，但實際體驗稍讓人失望。

ดีมาก แนะนำจ้า เจ้าของใจดี เราจองห้องพักติดระเบียงไว้แล้วเกิดข้อผิดพลาดนิดหน่อยทำให้ได้ห้องเล็กแทน เราเองก็ไม่ได้สังเกตนะ จนเจ้าของเดินมาเคาะห้องแล้วมาบอกว่าห้องไม่ได้ตามที่จองทางเราขออภัยเป็นอย่างสูง พร้อมทั้งคืนเงินส่วนต่างให้ คือแสดงถึงความซื่อสัตย์และจริงใจอ่ะ เราชอบตรงนี้ ห้องก็สะอาด ตกแต่งสวย ที่สำคัญคืออยู่ตรงจุดท่องเที่ยวหลักๆเลย เดินไปไหนก็สะดวก แนะนำเลย

河內中心地帶

Small hotel in convenient location if you want to be close to the hustle and bustle of Hoan Kiem lake. Close walk to a lot of the attractions and with a lot of food options around. The room itself was average, slightly dusty and musty, curtains kind of dirty with bugs. For the price, I think there are newer hotels around. Basic amenities were provided like shampoo and soap.

Super convenient location, clean room and comfortable bed

民房改造。晚上還是很安靜的。 位置絕佳，步行去還劍湖就是50米。去河內夜市步行4分鐘。附近就是36行街。出門各種小吃spa購物很方便。 前台2個小哥都是英語6級，其中一位會中文，有問必答，還陪聊。 熱水需要預熱10 分鐘。 總的來説性價比很高。
