Its okey and compare to price its seems higher than surround hotel

The location is very good - you can reach all the main sights quickly. The breakfast buffet had a good selection, especially the fruit. But the staff were just fabulous! So friendly and always willing to help. A special thank you to Ms. Lee who arranged all my tours and was always so friendly and accommodating. One thing to note is that the windows are quite thin, which is common in hotels in this price range. If you are a light sleeper, I would recommend bringing earplugs just in case.

Stayed here recently for 6 nights. Location is good, rooms are a bit dated but as it’s only a base this can be overlooked. Staff are fabulous, very helpful and so friendly. Breakfast is basic but enough to start the day for exploring. Good priced hotel.

Lovely staff, they are very helpful and always have some good tips for you! The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was nice too. Thank you so much for having us and always taking care of us. We felt like we got the best recommendations of places to visit; best food and of course best EGG COFFEE ☕️

My recent trip to Vietnam was made memorable by my stay at The Sono Hanoi Hotel. The hotel's impeccable service and amazing staff (cheers to Mrs Lee and Alex) provided us with such an incredible and welcoming stay! The Hotel is well located, a short walk to the centre of Hanoi, and the bedrooms are so spacious, they also provide a fridge so you can buy drinks such as water bottles, cola and more. The Western breakfast is yumi! We also ended up booking day tours with the Hotel, to Ninh Binh and Halong Bay, highly recommend booking with them in person, and they also provided pickup and drop at the airport.

The rooms were lovely and had Netflix on the tv, the staff were amazing and would deal with everything you needed. The breakfast was the best we had in Vietnam, it was a buffet breakfast with a wide range of fruits, pastries and Asian food. Definitely recommend.

This hotel is great from start to finish! It is in an ideal spot which is within walking distance of most attractions including the night market, train street and the note cafe ect. As soon as we arrived the staff offered us tea and got us checked in quickly- this attentive service from the staff was kept up throughout our 4 day stay. The room was spotless, spacious and was cleaned daily. Breakfast has a wide variety including fresh fruit which was topped up regularly. From start to finish we very much enjoyed our stay!! Would recommend to anyone visiting Hanoi

Sono is located in the middle of the old quarter of Hanoi, within walking distance to most tourist attractions and the night market. the service from booking until checkout was exceptional. When we checked in the reception team were super friendly and helpful giving us fruit and tea and a place to relax while we waited for the room. The lady at reception offered recommendations of where to go and eat while in the area which was a personal touch we loved! The room was spacious and came with a mini fridge and smart tv, the bed was SO comfortable! We had a very early checkout (5:30am) and we both received a packed breakfast to take with us to the airport!

Well, I had a better option I would definitely go for that however we did book last minute and haven’t had much option, the overall experience was OK, the staff was great they did their best to help us out and assisted us with the tour and etc, the hotel it self located close to market and to famous Hanoi street Train, you can just walk around safely, however hotel need a better explanation on their website about the room etc, the room which we got was average, there was no view at all, you will open the window and will see some store with bunch of old furniture and other windows shows the stairs and was so close to lift that everyone morning we could just wake up from people communication who stands next to the lift, it was pretty mush small and old, they would definitely need a touch up in every corner of the hotel. It was extremely noisy all the time we could not really get rest after long days so please have a look for the details before you will book.
