Very clean hotel with good tasty food, be it breakfast or lunch or dinner. There is a swimming pool and gym and spa service too. Helpful staff.

This is a brand new hotel, so it’s super super clean, and the staff are nice, I left my ring in the room after check out, and they helped me to find it and returned it back to me! Thanks a lot!

The location of this hotel is excellent at the heart of Hanoi. Well trained staff with good manner is observed. This hotel is equipped with good renovation.

Nice and new. Clean. Great service from reception and bell boys. Breakfast was good. Used the spa services and it was fine but the massueses were quite rude with their comments and said inappropriate things to my partner in front of me, quite unprofessional. It's their job to provide a service and nothing more. The wait staff in the restaurant serving breakfast were efficient but a little unprofessional as when it hit 10am (when breakfast stopped) they were celebrating amongst themselves. I can understand Vietnamese and perhaps they thought I couldn't understand. I found this to be quite unprofessional, maybe my expectation that they should do their job quietly and efficiently was too much. They also moved me to another table for their convenience as the table I chose to sit at would have been more work for them to clean. I asked why they moved me, when I came back from getting my food, and the reply was that they wanted me to enjoy the view out of the window. This was a blatant lie as my original seat had a better view and was already by the window, I could only conclude that me sitting at a four person table instead of a two person table was inconvenient for them, even though breakfast was about to end and that there was only a few people there finishing their breakfast. I also found that the cleaning staff were just chatting about their daily lives in the elevator in front of me and on corridors. Is it me or should the staff be quiet, intrusive and wait for no guests to be around to gossip and talk? Aside from these aspects of the staff, everything else was good, the food, friendliness, location and cleanliness was on point. Lastly, as the hotel is new, there's still some renovation work going on but it doesn't disturb you from a good night's sleep.

Excellent service! The staff were super helpful with all of our needs; helping to arrange a driver to get to the airport with ample time for our flight, helping to book a restaurant reservation when we didn’t have a working phone number. The spa was super relaxing and the masseuse was so attentive. The lower floor rooms are a bit noisy as they’re close to street traffic, so would advise bringing ear plugs.

Didn't expect to be good but the hotel CLASSYC has become the nicest point of this trip. Spacial size and facility is not so satisfiable, but the people here are asom3. Love to come back.

The hotel was beautiful and brand new, in a fantastic location. The staff were very friendly and attentive. As the hotel is brand new, there were a few of the floors and facilities not in function yet. Being one of the bars. In saying that, it didnt change the experience it was all in all a beautiful hotel. We did have the executive suite booked, however unfortunately the floor it was on the airconditioning wasnt working so we were downgraded in room. However, they did go over and above to compensate, with a complimentary hour massage for each of us plus they accomadted us for a very late check out so werent stranded for our evening flight.

Amazing hotel. Still starting up so very open to feedback and to adjust according to your needs. Highly recommended

신축이여서 깨끗하고 직원분들도 친절해요 근데 여기가 워낙 건물들이 다닥다닥 붙어 있어서 바로 옆 건물 공사소리가 옆방에서 나는것처럼 생생합니다 새벽 6시부터 쿵쿵거리는 공사 소리때문에 여행 3일내내 잠을 못잤어요 방도 바꿔준댔다가 다음날 바꿔준댔다가 해서 짐을 쌌다가 풀었다가 반복하고... 잠을 못자서 여행내내 컨디션에 지장을 줘서 너무 힘들었습니다 수영장은 벌레가 조금 떠다녀요

새로 생긴 호텔답게 정말 청결하고 깔끔해요. 방도 군더더기 없고요. 맥주거리랑 호안끼엠 호수가 가까워서 걸어다니기도 좋고, 무엇보다 직원들이 항상 웃으면서 반겨주셔서 좋네요.
