A very cost boutique hotel located right in the heart of the old quarter.
For the price of less than 70bucks a night and the distance from all the shops, restaurants and local life, what more can we ask for.

The hotel location was very good, right in the cebter of everything at old quarter! The location is perfect to enjoy Hanoi to the fullest.
Ngoc An is a really good host and helped us organising needs of the customer at any time and really appreciate An for a super supportive front desk executive throughout my stay and also helped to book airport taxi as my flight was too early in the morning without hassle
The room is not clean but big enough, hotel service could be improved but thanks to again An my stay is a pleasant one and will come back again recommend to others too!

Terrible hotel. Many issues. The shower head didn’t work properly and the light globe in one of the lamps stopped working so I requested assistance. Instead of fixing these issues I was given a room change. The shower head was still poor in the new room. The walls are thin so could hear the people in the next room very clearly. One of the reasons I selected to stay at this property was the sky bar, however, it is closed! Extremely disappointed. The bathroom was really weird, poorly designed and small. You have to step up to the bath and open these heavy thick glass doors to get into the shower. It’s not safe and clumsily designed. The door of my room wasn’t fitted properly so lots of light from the hallway came in. The hotel room was very over priced for my 2 night stay. Only one person speaks good English, the lady. The room was fitted out in a modern style but quite small and no extra pillows. The air con was good. The basin didn’t seem
clean. The water from the tap in the basin went everywhere. When my room was cleaned they didn’t make the bed properly. The lady at reception was helpful with tour suggestions and gave me a map and told me about a market. I do not recommend staying here.

This is definitely the best location for you to experience Hanoi if you choose this hotel. With its price, I don't think there is anything to complain about. The staff were super helpful and nice when I needed help.
