Located in Old Quarter, 400m to Dong Xuan Market. There are few halal eateries nearby within walking distance. The mosque was nearby too. There are a lot of coffee shops and convenient stores nearby hotel too. They upgraded our room to a bigger room, thank you! They provided extra blanket and pillow too. The room was clean. Breakfast was okay.

Pice of value. Perfect location in center of Old Hanoi town. Breakfast not bad for this price. Bed room so clean but front desk not clean too much.

Nice room but not so clean. There were bugs on the floor, and a lot of ants on the wall, so asked to change to another room. They upgraded to a room with a terrace and was way better. The reception staff are very nice. Breakfast not worth

Excellent services, the staff are very accommodating and always willing to help us. I forgot to leave a tip in the receptionist that's why I want to make a review. The Rooms is also big and clean and every day they clean and change the towel. I recommend this hotel for travellers.

We took the Family room which was clean and had enough space for five of us. My kid age 9 was charged extra. Best thing is the location which is only 3 minutes walk to the mosque, and similarly to two nearest halal restaurants. Breakfast is OK even for us Muslims as we could have a few selections of fruits, and cereal.

Hotel is a little old but location is quite central and counter service staff EIC is super helpful to provide very good information on place of interest. The y’day I check out, I left my passport in the room. I manage to contact the hotel counter, and EIC arranged the passport delivered to airport for me. It is really super customer service 👍🏻 I have much enjoy my stay at the hotel, and going around the Old Quarter surroundings. Thanks.

It's ok. we stayed for 2 nights. breakfast is simple, but for our taste is very good. the staff is friendly. the location is very convenient.

Amazing service and friendly receptionist! Helped book all my trips and even upgraded my room for free. Would recommend paying more for the balcony room and the one without windows was right by reception and very noisy. Such a good location for great cafes and restaurants!

The hotel Just provide stick pack shampoo and body shower not enough for 2 persons..

Basic hotel. We are at level 5 and lifts stops at level 4 only so need to lug up luggage to our room. Staffs are the best all friendly.

Great location in the old quarter we walked around most days to visit the local shops, lake and cultural sites again found the breakfast buffet was limited great staff

Spend 4 days in here, all 3 receptions where so nice and helpful, good breakfast, comfortable room. Definitely recommended
