Nice clean quiet comfortable hotel with a roof top bar. Excellent location to walk around with many shops, restaurants and sightseeing places. Good English speaking staff who are very helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely little hotel very near the square, lake and old quarter. Rooms are old but clean, TV could use an upgrade. Some affordable restaurants down the street to the right and lot of spa/massage to the left. Popular Pizza place right in front, but there's always a huge line. To It's nice to be here in the weekend as they close the area for traffic and the night market opens. If you check out in the weekend and need a taxi, you'll need to walk a bit. The hotel can arrange a car for you, for 350k, but you can negotiate the price down to 250k-300k.

This was my second stayed at thia hotel. Excellent location with the best service ever. Rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable. Will defenitey back to this hotel or at leat will revel this hotel to others.

High reviews are for a reason. The value here is unbelievable. The team were exceptional and went over and beyond. Communication was excellent. Such an easy place to stay. Fantastic location to explore the Old Quarter. They also upgraded us to a balcony view, so we got to enjoy watching the thunderstorm that rolled in. We'd stay here again if we returned. Nice hotel and the main area of Hanoi

Place was very centralize with lots of shop to visit. Staff was super friendly and helped out with a lot of our enquiries. Would definitely book again when I come back to Hanoi.

I stayed twice in Vietnam and tried three hotels in Hanoi and this is the best. It’s super clean, the location couldn’t be better but above all : the staff is extremely professional and friendly. All of them are really sweet and polite which is exceptional when thinking about the mass tourism in Vietnam. The breakfast offers a good value too, they have a lot of variety and it tasted freshly cooked even when coming after 9am. I would definitely come back to this hotel next time I’m in Hanoi and suggest it to my friends. Thank you so much!
