I had an exceptional stay at Bespoke Trendy Hotel Hanoi! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast selection is not bad. The location was also perfect, allowing easy access to Hanoi's attractions and hotspots. Also, my friend and I had a foot scrub and massage at Hotel Wellness Spa, and it was truly value for money! The massage therapist was highly professional and skilled, delivering a truly relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The foot scrub was thorough and refreshing, leaving my feet feeling smooth and revitalized. The massage that followed was expertly done, targeting all the right pressure points to melt away tension and stress.

The service from Mr Tung and other staffs are excellent. The breakfast is super delicious and many choices. Mr Tung gave us an excellent customer service experience that let us feel very pleasant and relax with having smooth trip experience at Hanoi. Appreciate and thank you so much.

Enjoyed 3night stay at this convenient yet quieter area of the old quarters. Like it that they rotate their breakfast menu & we got to try different items each day :) Lovely service from the team :D

When you step in the hotel, you feel the high quality of all the staffs. Good management, friendly staffs always show their happy faces. Hand writing greetings card on your bed, they always fulfil your request. Room is small but clean We have a good time staying in this hotel & will recommend people to stay here when they come to Hanoi. A Vietnam restaurant few minutes from hotel is so good too, must try

Need a recharge so i booked the hotel for a night for staycation. Checked in at 10pm but the reception is very nice, served me chilled towel and welcoming drink. The room is spacious and chic. Location is central but quiet. Included breakfast is alright, not too special, comes with continental and also local food to order. Good price for value.

Excellent service by the team. Special shout out to Ms. Alice & David. Both of them are very well service oriented. Hotel room is modern & clean. Location is very near to the train street. Hotel environment super comfortable every time we return to the hotel! Definitely will return in the future!

Hotel workers are all so nice and considerate! It was definitely a lovely experience in Hanoi, and would recommend friends for staying in this hotel. The only thing that the hotel is probably not be able to do much is its room is not very sound proof, so occasionally heard sounds from other rooms, especially at late night.

The hotel is located right in old quarters but on a quieter street . So it is removed from the hustle and it gives you peace: yet it is just 1-5 mins away from shops cafes and 10 mins away from the lake. I love the buffet breakfast which also comes with daily special like crab noodle. And I received a lovely surprise upon check in. The wellness spa just next door offered me a free gel manicure ! Talk about service. The front desk and restaurant staff are so polite, professional and proficient in English . So worth a stay. Try it!

Room are comfortable , shower toilet room and separate. Staffs are polite, helpful. Location is in the city centre. Highly recommend this hotel to others. Breakfast are included , different choices of foods. It’s more than worth to paying this price for the hotel services.

I got sick after i checked in to the hotel. The receptionist (hyung) was very caring and followed up on my health condition time to time and also accommodate all my request. The receptionist from the restaurant was also very helpful by recommending nearest pharmacy and also prepared some take away food for me to eat in room. The service provided were tip top. 😊 The location of the hotel also strategic.

I recently stayed at the Bespoke Trendy Hotel and it was an absolute gem! The service was straight up incredible, especially by the receptionist Tung. I can't stress enough how accommodating and friendly they were. They made my stay feel like a home away from home, and their local recommendations were spot-on! The breakfast spread was really nice too, especially the pho. Speaking of which, the location is tucked away in a quiet corner, so you can get a peaceful night's sleep. But it's also within walking distance of all the touristy stuff. So, we get the best of both worlds! A small downside is that the lift is a little slow. If you're looking for a place that's comfortable, welcoming, and in a great location, Bespoke Trendy Hotel is a great choice.

Good location and service, good breakfast and nice staff too! Room is cozy and good, this was my third time staying in this hotel !

We switched hotels mid trip as we weren’t satisfied with our previous hotel but Bespoke Trendy Hotel was honestly perfect! One of the hotel’s staff - Amanda - was super helpful and gave us so many recommendations and truly went above and beyond. As I was travelling with an elderly, she even got the kitchen to make her porridge every morning even though it wasn’t part of the buffet. Super thankful that we found the hotel, and super thankful for Amanda’s kind help. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend you to book it! Location is superb, service is superb, rooms are beautiful!
