It was a Nice stay in Flower garden hotel old quarter Hanoi . Manager was very helpful and cooperative. Breakfast was good with many Choices

很不錯的一家酒店，聖誕前入住的，酒店佈置的非常有氣氛，地點在老街旁邊，無論是是西湖還是還劍湖都非常近，越南本地美食和咖啡到處都有，非常棒！

비교적 저렴하게 잘 이용한 베트남 체인호텔입니다 위치가 좀 조용한 곳에 있어요. 호텔 시설은 무난했고요. 여기서 베트남 연예인을 본게 기억이남이요. 개인적으러 추억이 있는 호텔이고요 호텔 직원들도 4성호텔이 버금가는 무닌한 호텔이었습니다

Nice hotel in a very convenient location for the Hanoi Old Quarter. What really stands out about the hotel is the amazing 14th floor cocktail bar (which has a happy hour). The staff in the hotel are all friendly and helpful. In particular, we had excellent service and great cocktails from the lovely Tuan in the cocktail bar!

The hotel has an open space, quite beautifully decorated and is located near the city center, tourist attractions, entertainment areas, shopping centers. The hotel staff are cheerful, friendly, sociable, and professional. The breakfast at the hotel makes me quite satisfied because the buffets are diverse and have many choices. The hotel also has a Space Viet restaurant and a Rooftop bar.

Excellent cocktail bar on level 14 with balcony seating. Enjoyed a couple of great pre-dinner cocktails sitting on the balcony looking at the Hanoi skyline at dusk. Very friendly staff who are proficient at bartending! My last night of a great Vietnam holiday ☺️

We stayed here for 3 nights,and saw all the main local sites,Hanoi has so much to offer,a week here would only scrath the surface of what it has to offer, this hotel was central,easy to locate and well served for the city centre,biggest market we have ever seen,lakes,upmarket designer shops,it has it all. The staff at this hotel were all more than helpfull,breakfast plentyfull,rooms were excellent,clean large,walk,taxi,bike,all availible.
