Ulasan Aira Boutique Hanoi Hotel & Spa

We booked a cheaper room and were given a free upgrade upon arrival. We were also given drinks vouchers for the bar upstairs which made us feel welcome. When we arrived, staff members came out to the taxi to help us with our belongings and carried the prams up the little steps at the entrance of the hotel which was incredibly kind. We handed our passports over and were given a refreshing beverage each while we sat in the lounge waiting on check-in. They let us check in very early as they had a room available for us which we were thankful for after a long flight with two babies. The pool is small but lovely. The room was great and had a tiny balcony for people-watching. The hotel itself is a 5 minute walk from train street and therefore an excellent location for visiting Hanoi. Staff members were unbelievably helpful when we asked for information or needed a taxi. 10/10, would recommend.

From arrival till departure such a delight. I loved the breakfast and special touches. Location perfect..service warm and wonderful. I can't wait to return. The staff really deserves a huge pat on the back ❤️

Nice hotel but cleanliness should be improved!  Staff's reaction was ok upon making remarks, but could be slightly more generous.  Staff were very kind in recommending places to visit and to help me getting around.  In general, great experience.

Excellent location near train street with eateries, circle K and an ATM nearby... Breakfast was amazing and the gym & pool helped us stay healthy while on vacation. Very friendly staff and clean room with all the amenities. Willbe back, thanks!

This hotel went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location, right in the hustle and bustle of Hanoi. Close to train street and The Note coffee shop. Comfortable and stylish rooms. I highly recommend staying at this place !!

Pros: good bedding and comfortable pillows. Cons: cleanliness could be improved found hair stuck on the shower head and pillows Overall still a pleasant stay.

Quite a few similar hotels around with better location. Slightly away from popular attractions. But the staff are very friendly and if for a short stay, I would not mind.

Aira hotel is a beautiful and outstanding hotel with a location at the border of the old quarter, next to the old train attraction to visit and few minutes walk from the other main monuments to visit. So it will depend on what you really want. Be where everything is happening so in the heart of the old district or at the border where it will be a little more peaceful. Regarding the hotel the staff was amazing and very helpful. The room was clean but unfortunately the bed was a bit small and my partner did not sleep well … having his feet literally out of the bed but this problem is not in all rooms. The breakfast was nice but will be great to add some more choices. The gym was ok but lack of some equipments to make it proper. The pool looked ok but too cold to be used right now for me. The design and the look was stunning. The staff from the restaurant, cleaning, lobby were all kind and nice. I was mainly happy about this choice.

Really pretty boutique hotel and walking distance to the train market .. just about 5 mins walk! Overall is not bad and staff are all very friendly. The element restaurant serve good food too which you can try
