Ulasan Sao Mai Cosy Nest-Noi Bai Airport

Not sure how this place had such high reviews , i know it was cheap but it wasn’t good. We booked a room with king bed, private bathroom and balcony and we sort of got that . We were on the 5th floor the only room up there other than the laundry room which had the door propped open , so a long way to carry luggage. The room wasn’t what I was expecting it had a window on to the corridor and not outside the bathroom was down the corridor so separate to the room and the balcony was at the end of the corridor, going to the bathroom ment leaving your room to go down the corridor and although we were the only room you had to be dressed as it was an open corridor to anyone who climbed the stairs so not really my definition of private. The toilet pan was stained and so was the sink . We did have hot water. We were very near the airport and could hear and smell the aircraft. The place wasn’t very clean although the sheets and very thin towels were clean and white . They have a one pillow per person policy. We didn’t have a tv in the room which was on the description. We were travelling with another couple who’s room was not good . It was cheap but the reviews and photos didn’t portray what was promised. a bad and remote location.also I booked the wrong day and when I asked for the refund they refused my request would not recommend here

Very clean toilets but sadly without a faucet..

The slippers that were provided for walking around the room was too loud, where it is difficult to be quiet when walking around in them. The husband is also uptight in not letting people eat in the dining area but outside which I can understand and could go along with, because they don't want the guest to leave garbage or get their table dirty, but they need to at least leave a garbage can outside so the guest don't have to leave it on the ground. I didn't like how I couldn't find a place to throw my ice cream wrapper away when I ate it outside and had to end up throwing it in the garbage of another person's place. I also didn't like the location of how it was out of the city center where it wasn't near any grocery stores or open fruit and vegetable, and meat markets. Just by a bunch of restaurants some being a bunch of aggressive jerks sitting outside waiting for bystanders to walk by where they try to aggressively approach you to get you to eat at their restaurant. I need a place where I can use a kitchen to cook food for myself. I don't need to eat out every day. These owners are a bit shady at times in that when I did came in early where it was not time for me to check in where I was willing to wait until my room is ready, their son had the nerve to try to make a few bucks off me in that if I pay them a few bucks, I can have my room before the check in time which was a bit tacky. The husband didn't give me very good advice when he told me that staying at this place is good for going into the city center and coming back, which it isn't for me, because I have to take the bus 1 hour and 45 minutes to the city center which is a longways. What lousy advice for my situation like he was trying to convince me to stay longer just so that they can make more money off of me. This was a little tacky too. Good for them, but not good for me. I also didn't like how they send my clothing to a cleaner when I thought they were going to wash it in their washer and hang it up on their clothesline on their top floor. Not only that, but the cleaners lost my dress pants in the process or probably even stoled it and kept it for themselves and not really telling me the truth. I told them about this and they said that the cleaners who they sent it to didn't know what happen to it. The owners were even trying to try to lie a little bit by saying that I never gave them a dress pants for them to wash which is a bunch of ********. They could have just let me use their washer where I could have used my own detergent to wash my clothing and hang it up to dry on their clothesline on the rooftop of their place where I would have paid them for it. For all I know these cleaners that they sent my clothing to for them to wash could be their friend and they are trying to help give their friends the business for any of their guests that has laundry for them to use. These cleaners are probably a bunch of thieves for all I know that probably looked through guests clothing for things that are valuable which they take and pretend that they don't know anything about it when the guests inquire of it. This is another shady tactical thing that they are probably doing as well. I even asked them if they could compensate me which would not have amounted to much which they had refused. They didn't even have the nerve to apologize to me but to only lie to me by telling me ******** that the cleaners who they sent guests clothing to never lose any of their clothing which is a bunch of ********. All of this could have been avoided had they either let me use their washer or they wash it for me in their washer where I would have paid them. Do not trust these people with your clothing!!!!

Only for one night after late night plane landing. I was very pleased. With pleasure again.

The service was so good, The lady and her family treat the clients so well. The husband even helps to take people to the airport. The bed is so clean, and the washroom is equipped with everything in it. By the way, sitting at the receptionist, I saw how they treated the other client, that's what we call customer service.

Không được mang đồ ăn lên p. Phòng nhỏ nhưng sạch sẽ. Ngoài ko được mang đồ ăn lên p ra thì điểm gì cũng ok.

Комната стандартного размещения очень маленькая, окно выходит в коридор. Постель чистая, в комнате относительно свежо и нет неприятного запаха. Я бронировала этот отель на одну ночь, после длительного перелета, чтобы выспаться. Но в 7 часов утра меня разбудила дрель, ор работницы которая бродила по коридорам и ругань посетителей отеля. Поспать не удалось, покинула отель раньше времени, не могла уснуть и терпеть звук дрели который не прекращался в течении 5 часов 🙈

Хороший отель для транзита в аэропорт за такую цену .можно отдохнуть перед дорогой,. На фото видно аэропорт. Мы пребывали в нем с 13 до 23. На ужин хозяйка нам приготовила суп фо за 40 донгов. Хозяин помог нам вызвать такси в аэропорт . Доехали мы за 50 донгов до аэропорта . Рекомендуем!

飛行機の乗り継ぎで、1泊しました！ 夜中に到着しましたが、ホテルの人も快く対応してくださりありがたかったです。 シャワーはトイレとの仕切りもないのですが、ビーチサンダルが用意されており、シャンプーとボディソープも置かれていて助かりました！ ドライヤーの風量も強くて、女性にはありがたかったです！
