The location was fabulous but more importantly the service quality I experienced was definitely deserving of 6 star!! all hotel service staff were attentive and helpful esp Rose who patiently took us through the tour options and facilitating them with tour operators .. I left a backpack on a tour bus and they also coordinated to retrieve ir..definitely coming back here to stay again

Location is easy to approach and near walking street, staff is friendly and good help for travel information. Finally, room is cleaning and suitable. I will come back again.

Excellent service from staff. Tour booking in site. Small old hotel with a few floors. Cleanliness is passable, though first room was stinky so they gave another one. Later people were allowed to eat durian and stink up 2 whole floors. Only front rooms have windows, but also street noise. Rear rooms have "window" to side buildings. Wifi tested at 300mbps?! But bad cellular. Minimal breakfast downstairs that is Indian food afterwards. Many India guests also. Annoying that breakfast ends early at 9:30am. They had no working phone number listed here or on Google, and didn't answer prior email, so no airport pickup. Tho arranged dropoff at airport. TV service is not digital so all noisy signal. Decent bed. Old key door locks, noisy doors and hall chatter. Don't clean before 9am. Showerhead and floor not very clean. Old legacy colonial round electric plugs in one odd place and doesn't hold plug weight.

A fantastic stay at the Delica Hotel. Phenomenally friendly and helpful staff. A cozy a clean room. We even got a free room upgrade. Also the restaurant in the ground floor is delicious. Cheap laundry service too. We were in a rush and had to do laundry quickly. They did an excellent job. Definitely coming back again if we go for another Hanoi trip.

Good location, rooms are a bit small and sometimes got smell from below restaurant. Joined the tour from hotel and taxi to airport with reasonable price. Overall is great.
