Appreciated the great location, which made it easy to explore the city. The staff were attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room; it was quite dusty, and the bathroom did not meet my expectations in terms of hygiene. Additionally, I noticed inconsistencies in room layout and amenities, even among rooms in the same category. Overall, while the hotel has its strengths, there's room for improvement in cleanliness and consistency.

The staff members were extremely kind and made every effort to assist with any requests. They gave us a very warm welcome by providing a complimentary welcome tea and offering information about nearby attractions.

I had a great stay! Very accessible location, nice spacious room and the staff are really friendly and accommodating. As it was my first time in Hanoi, Grace helped me a lot even before I reached the hotel. The map she gave me was really helpful in walking around the area.The souvenir coffee set added a sweet touch to my stay, too! I will surely come back again at Imperial Hotel and Spa! 😊

New hotel in town

立地は街中ですごく便利なところにあります。 近隣の観光地は歩いて回れて便利。ただし、オプションツアーなど申し込むと、ホテルの入り口が細い道なので、前までは迎えや送りは無い。 少し古い建屋なので、灯りが暗めで目立たないようにしてそう。 あと、どこもそうかもしれないが、お風呂の温度調整が難しい。温度のところをどちらに回してもめちゃめちゃ熱いお湯しか出ない。 湯船は無く、シャワーのみ。 お風呂我慢できるなら、アリだと思います。

我在imperial hotel 住了4個晚上，感覺非常溫馨，尤其大廳的工作人員每一位都親切又熱心，早餐很精緻又每味，最後一天因趕飛機來不及吃早餐，還幫我們準備早餐盒，好貼心。

酒店位置很好，出門5分鐘就是鬧市區和湖，門口的街也有很多小吃，酒店房間內部設施也還可以，差不多國內三星這樣水平，就是房間的隔音比較差，隔壁或者走廊一點點動靜都聽的清清楚楚

위치가 정말 정말 최고 입니다. 웬만한 곳은 다 걸어서 다닐수 있어요. 직원들도 정말 친절하고 조식도 정말 맛있어요. 부모님은 두번째 갔던 5성급 리조트보다 여기 조식이 더 맛있었다고 아직도 이야기 하시네요! 다음에 하노이 간다면 재방문 의사 있습니다

服務確實很到位，酒店的位置離還劍湖很近，周邊特色店鋪、按摩店、飯店都很多，早餐衹體驗了一天但種類也很豐富

예전에 다른 숙소를 리모델링한 건지~ 전체적인 느낌이 좀 오래되고 올드한 분위기지만 뭔가, 새것 같은 반짝거림도함께 있어요 ㅋㅋ 로비와 레스토랑의 분위기가 아주 훌륭함 객실 내부는 크기는 넓지만, 고급스러움은 부촉하다는 느 낌은 조금 있는 것이 사실입니다. 그럼에도 불구하고~ 모든 것은 다 가격 대비 아니겠어요? 이정도면 솔직히 괜참지 뭐
