Hotel Quan Cau Giay di Hanoi

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The room looked exactly like the photos – beautiful, well-equipped, and with a super comfy bed. The view from the window was also lovely. The host was incredibly responsive, providing detailed check-in instructions that made the whole process seamless. The location is excellent too, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. Overall, a very satisfying stay and highly recommended!

Owner was very responsive, gave me solutions to some problems I faced, and overall polite which made me enjoy my stay with my family. Was surprised to the amount of convenience I experienced, specially the laundry, one of the best part😂. Hope to book again soon on my next trip!

The room is larger than the average hotel, the room is clean, there is a small balcony, in Cau Giay County, suitable for business, but no breakfast is provided

The balcony offers great ventilation, making it comfortable to work there. The interior design is simple with soothing colors. The staff are friendly, and check-in was quick. The central location is incredibly convenient.

Breakfast was served Alacarte menu. This thing need to be explained by Front desk upon check in. And when I also enter Restaurant for Breakfast.. no one explain proactively they are serving Ala Carte. I was embarrased with the poor basic set up and when I sit down .. staff told me i need to choose some menu. Its was a bit hard to find the check in lobby and the lobby was not really like hotel.

Apartments in Vietnam are generally a bit small, but the landlord was very nice. We drove there, but parking at the apartment building cost nearly 100 RMB, so drivers, beware! 😂 The room smelled of smoke. The view was nice, but I can't agree with the cleanliness of the corners. 👀 The curtains were difficult to pull up, no matter how hard I pulled them.😂

It's really good, centrally located so it's convenient to go to tourist attractions, 5 minutes walk to Hanoi museum. Good service, clean apartment. I will use it again if I have the next business trip.
