Hotel di Hanoi dengan Kolam Renang

Hotel is in a great location and we had a comfortable stay. Our room was a two bedroom with a kitchen, which was nice and spacious with two kids. Bathrooms had a couple of spots where moisture was getting at the corners and paint was peeling. Also one of the beds has a whole in the headboard. We are pretty easy going so none of that bothered us or affected our stay.

Hanoi is one of my favorite cities in the world. The hotel I was accustomed to stay in closed due to pandemic and ensuing travel ban. As I prepared for my next visit to Hanoi, I asked some friends for a recommendation and I was told about a new hotel opening the Aira Boutique Hanoi Hotel & Spa. There were two of us traveling and we booked two king rooms for nine nights and paid one half of the total bill in advance. One of the staff, Hoa, went out her way to help me plan the trip from USA to Hanoi by giving me her WhatsApp number. When we were notified that our planned flight to Hanoi was cancelled, still be cause of COVID travel issues. I notified the hotel and my refund was promptly processed. I appreciate the excellent service!

Its good hotel in Hanoi. A bit old hotel. Rooms category for first 3 is same room. We have an issue with one room that they hv solve instantly. Location is good.

Had a great time here with my family, our first trip to Hanoi. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet war a big plus as part of our stay, excellent quality and food. Employees were very hospitable and professional. One stood out was Dung Le( I think that's his full name). His level of attentiveness and attention to detail was way above and beyond expectations since we have young kids that need extra help with luggage. He gave great suggestions to local palces to visit as well, seems to have great knowledge and experience in the industry. A small negative for the kids was a cold swimming pool though they swam in it anyway. Overall a great first hotel experience that sets the tone for our entire trip in HN.

Located in a quieter area of the Old Quarter, this hotel gave us the best service of the hotels we stayed at. The staff were very attentive and facilities were great. The rooftop pool was clean with great views. There were plenty of options of all different cuisines (sushi, chinese, thai, continental, hot western) at breakfast, many choices fo vegetarians, and a choice of different coffees, including decaff. The gym was basic but very well maintained and you can easily do a workout there. The airport service is expensive so we opted to organise our transfers and tours with another company who were cheaper. We had a great time and we will be staying again if we're in Hanoi.

What a lovely hotel. We landed on our first day in Hanoi at this lovely property, just overlooking the lake. Its a nice, calm, quaint area with cafes and restaurants around. The rooms are spacious, best amongst all the other hotels that we stayed in.. The room, bathroom has a luxurious and Victorian kind of feel. The staff at the reception, entrance also at the breakfast restaurant were very helpful. The breakfast is also very nice, lot of variety.. thoughtful to have a little Indian food counter for breakfast. All in all we had a great stay. Thank You.

Great location and frienly staff, but very old and very dirty. good place for people who dream about Pullman Hotel. But nothing like Pullman as hotel is very dirty and full of bugs instead. BUT I can REALLY say that STAFF ARE VERY FRIENDLY in any ways. food is not that good compare with ones whose brands read accor. This time due to lack of Accor brands hotel in Hanoi, i had to stay in Pullman Hanoi But. nextime if i can catch another Accor brand hotel, i would not pick up this hotel.

Great hotel! Good location, great and clean rooms and the pool/jacuzzi/sauna area is great. Good breakfast buffet. However, the best part of the hotel is the staff! Very friendly, helpful and accommodating. I stayed here multiple times during the trip in Vietnam, they allowed us to store the luggage we didn’t need every time until we came back as well assisting and being very friendly with anything else we needed assistance with.

Nice and clean hotel with a lot of facilities like gym, swimming pool, shared Jacuzzi, Sauna and steam room for male and female. Me and my friend really enjoying our stay. The hotel’s location is surprisingly good, as it is close to one of the tourist attractions, surrounded by shops and fast food chains. It is also a walking distance to the famous old quarter streets. Highly recommended!

Meja penyambut tetamu tidak bercakap bahasa Cina, dan keseluruhan proses daftar masuk dilakukan dengan meneka bahasa Inggeris. Terdapat perkhidmatan penghantaran makanan berjadual untuk sarapan pagi. Dua orang tu dah belajar lama baru tahu nak order. Sudah tentu, anda boleh memilih untuk makan di dalam. Kemudahan bilik agak lama, tetapi secara keseluruhannya rasanya okey.
