Hotel berhampiran Quảng Tùng Sân Vườn Nhật, Hanoi

The hotel is well located, in the old town close to the main attractions, the airport bus stop is about 10 minutes walk away. The room is spacious and well furnished. Although the condition of the room is somewhat tired, it is not a particular inconvenience. Everything is in working order. But there is a problem, and extremely serious. Half of the rooms go out into the alley, which is definitely not quiet. There is a sports bar, from where the whole night, from 24.00 to 9.00 in your ears will come screaming and shouting. You won't be able to sleep. That is, the hotel does not fulfill its key function.

Very nice boutique hotel in the middle of the Old quarter near shops and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They really go out of their way to help you as needed. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Great air conditioning. Breakfast was very good and a lot of choices. It is buffet style and you can also order different foods like Pho, banana pancake, Vietnamese egg rolls and so much more.

I stay at this hotel in May with Michael who I have stay with before in Hanoi expressive in the old quarters. So I was glad to be back with Michael again after few years! He is so good with me email him to say I was coming again and had answer back over nite. This hotel excellent value for your money and their service is above anything else I have experienced in my travels! Whatever you need Michael will arrange for you whether taxi from airport luxury bus to Sapa or a trip to Halong Bay he will organise. Este hotel está muy cerca del barrio de las embajadas, mucho más tranquilo que el casco antiguo. Se ve bastante nuevo y por tanto reservamos directamente con el establecimiento a través de email (enero 2023) una suite especial del piso 9º (planta noble hasta donde llega el ascensor). Un dormitorio amplio con cama grande (bien de colchón y sábanas), armarios, perchas, ventanales a la ciudad, mesillas, a.a. y tv satélite. Al lado, una sala de estar amplia con muebles, un sofá no muy grande (en las fotos se veían 2 sofás), otro a.a. y otra tv también satélite, un espacio de cocina con frigorífico grande (agua de cortesía) y precio normales. Un buen baño, moderno, amplio, con encimera y amenities, muy buenas toallas y ducha grande con mampara, presión de agua normal y ventana exterior. Bien de limpieza (diaria) y buen wifi. Recepción y zonas comunes suficientes. (2 ascensores y piscina interior). Personal amable. Check-in a las 12 (igual que el check-out). Al principio querían darnos un ático del piso 11, pero nos negamos porque son más pequeños y el ascensor no llega a ese piso. La zona de desayunos es muy pequeña (solo 3 mesas) y tuvimos que desayunar en una de las mesas de recepción (mesas redondas muy pequeñas, pero al menos separados del resto por el tema COVID). Un bufet no muy variado (huevos/tortillas a petición) y no muy bien presentado, además de repetitivo (fruta escasa y solo pan de molde). Si algo se terminaba, había que pedirlo a la camarera, aunque no tardaba mucho en reponerlo. La calle Doi Can es algo estrecha y con tráfico intenso, llena de restaurantes y tiendas, pero el hotel se retranquea de forma que los únicos ruidos que llegan al piso 9º son los ladridos (conitnuos y muy molestos) de los perros de las cercanías. Por otro lado, en esa misma calle tiene parada el bus nº 9, que por 7.000 dongs (unos 30 céntimos de euro) te lleva directo al lago Hoan Kiem en pleno centro (y vuelve por el mismo camino) en unos 20 minutos. El hotel está a minuitos caminando del complejo del mausoleo de Ho Chi Minh, Pagoda del Pilar Único, Museo de Historia Militar, Ciudad Imperial, Palacio Presidencial y Templo de la Literatura. Transfer al aeropuerto por unos 12€. En resumen: un buen apartamento en una buena zona tranquila (mejor que en el caso antiguo), por un precio ajustado para la calidad ofertada (1.100.000 dongs por noche con desayuno, es decir, unos 43€), si bien los desayunos pueden mejorar bastante.

Wonderful welcoming atmosphere. The receptionists and hotel manager accommodated our needs. The manager offered to look after our bags securely enabling us to travel lightly whilst exploring Hanoi. Would recommend it to anyone.

Solo Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. It is a small hotel and brand new. Good Location. Reception staff is a gem. Kate at front office is one of nicest lady I have ever met, she guided me about Hanoi for my short trip and she is very polite and has a beautiful smile everytime you pass front desk. They have good breakfast in the morning, Fiona in the restaurant provided excellent service and definately an asset to this hotel. They have a rooftop bar to enjoy Beer in the evening. Lot of shopping and good options around the hotel within 10 mins walk. I will definately stay here during my next visit and would like to recommend it to everyone.

The hotel was located on the main street, so there were many restaurants, marts, and coffee shops. The exterior was decorated splendidly. The hotel room was clean, and the bathroom was clean. Breakfast was buffet style, and lots of food was served. If you are food lover then i just suggest only this hotel in Hanoi. The staff were kind, too

The staff are very nice, the room is clean and comfotable. I have great time in this hotel. Very convenient location in old quarter....budget friendly...receptionist ms.lieu and owner mr. Tung were allways there n very helpful....maids also very very accomodative....highly recommend this property....

I stayed here 6 nights in Hanoi first in the standard room then the belcony room. The service of staff is friendly enough. The rooms are quite nice although alittle old. The belcony room gets alittle street noise in the mornings early. The location is quite good a 20 minute walk to the old quarter. There is plenty of nice food around. I would stay again happily.

I and some friends stayed here few years ago and we come back this year as we love this hotel a lot. Everyone works for this hotel is very helpful and hospitality. They supported us a lot during the time we stayed here with them. Hotel is clean and we love everything and of course also the breakfast. We will definitely come back and also introduce to more of our friends. Thanks again for making my trip !
