Hotel di Hanoi

Room was very very run-down and unclean. Shower didn't work. Had to get maintenance in to fix i while we were in the room. We didn't get the roll away bed we asked for. Instead after asking multiple times a very rude lady and some young boys bought in a mattress topper and 1 sheet and put them on the floor . No pillow, no Doona. Shower was patched up but still had boiling hot water squirting out of random place's. 4 flights of stairs to get up and down with bags. Now to the church bells... The room we were given was in a separate hotel than we booked. Apparently owner has 4 hotels in close proximity. We were put in the one right beside the church. The church bells start at 6am and continue until 11pm every 30 mins with extra long ones at 6 am and 6 pm.. The noise was defining inside the room let alone on the balcony. We asked if the bell went all night and were told they finish at 5. That was a lie. This place is a nightmare. Breakfast was terrible. Not fresh. No fresh eggs or coffee. Breakfast room was in the ba*****t. Tiny and stuff. Very disappointed with this hotel. Linen was all torn and tattered. Pillows looked years old. Never again.

Mình ở căn villa rất mới và sạch sẽ, trang bị tiện nghi như 1 căn nhà ở thường xuyên, có bể bơi, bếp, wc rộng và có bồn tắm. Tuy nhiên đợt đó khách sạn không vận hành các dịch vụ đi kèm như chèo thuyền, câu cá nên không có hoạt động gì, khách sạn cũng k thông báo trước việc chưa vận hành mặc dù mình có nhắc tới các hoạt động này khi hỏi tư vấn trước khi đặt phòng. Vì vậy tuy ở không gian xinh đẹp nhưng gia đình trải nghiệm khá buồn tẻ và cảm thấy chưa xứng với chi phí, mong khách sạn có sự cải tiến và rõ ràng hơn với khách.

Hotel is in a great location and we had a comfortable stay. Our room was a two bedroom with a kitchen, which was nice and spacious with two kids. Bathrooms had a couple of spots where moisture was getting at the corners and paint was peeling. Also one of the beds has a whole in the headboard. We are pretty easy going so none of that bothered us or affected our stay.

I recently stayed at the Bespoke Trendy Hotel and it was an absolute gem! The service was straight up incredible, especially by the receptionist Tung. I can't stress enough how accommodating and friendly they were. They made my stay feel like a home away from home, and their local recommendations were spot-on! The breakfast spread was really nice too, especially the pho. Speaking of which, the location is tucked away in a quiet corner, so you can get a peaceful night's sleep. But it's also within walking distance of all the touristy stuff. So, we get the best of both worlds! A small downside is that the lift is a little slow. If you're looking for a place that's comfortable, welcoming, and in a great location, Bespoke Trendy Hotel is a great choice.

2nd night for me and still impressed with the Rooftop Bar such a nice view of Hanoi Lake
