こちらのホテルは4泊5日の日程で利用しましたが、部屋は常に清潔で、クーラーは強力、朝食ビュッフェもとてもおいしかったです。特に牛肉フォーは外の有名レストランのそれよりおいしかったし、毎朝のベトナムアイスコーヒーも外のカフェと変わらないくらい美味しく、大満足です。また旅行最終日、日本へのフライトが深夜だったのですが、チェックアウトした後もシャワーを使わせてくれてとても助かりました。（あのままだと汗をかいたまま飛行機に乗らないといけなかったため）ホテルのスタッフ皆が親切でしたが、JennyとMには特に親切にしてもらいました。素晴らしい体験をありがとう！ I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and 5 days, the room was always clean, the air conditioner was powerful, and the breakfast buffet was very good. In particular, the beef pho was better than that of the famous restaurant outside, and the Vietnamese iced coffee every morning was as delicious as the café outside, and I was very satisfied. Also, on the last day of the trip, my flight to Japan was late at night, but they let me use the shower even after checking out, which was very helpful. All the hotel staff were very nice (because I had to get on the plane sweating as it was), but Jenny and M were especially helpful. Thanks for the great experience!

This hotel is still not complete. A lot of construction still on-going. The first room we checked-in was not finished. Even the blinds/curtains on the glass wall between bedroom and bathroom was missing. Totally disappointing! But, I would give full marks to the manager and the front office team. They were very courteous, and helpful. They facilitate an early checkin without even asking! They were personally checking and helping with every small details of our stay, travel itinerary, tour bookings, food, etc. They were very cooperative and more than willing to offer complimentary cabs and drinks when we let them know about the disappointments around the room quality and facilities. To summarise, what was started off as a bad experience was turned into an memorable stay by a highly professional, friendly team!!

The hotel may be old but most importantly, the rooms are spacious, and it feels like home. And clean. Cleanliness is very important to me. The rooms are ”huge”! I love this 80+sqm size, so nice to have large rooms once & for all !! And toilets are clean & huge! Location is excellent, it's about 10 mins to the Old Quarters but the location around the hotel is good - some nice restaurants & generally much better than staying in the old quarter area which can be hap hazard.

This hotel has exceeded my expectations and was designed nicely with a 5* luxury feel service/hospitality . The hotel itself is quite new as the associate had mentioned that it’s been open for about 6 months. The bedding and room was very comfortable and decorated. I will rate this a 10/10. Great service and clean. I was welcomed with a drink voucher and the bar tender made a drink that was not on the menu and even though the rooftop bar was closing, he took the time to make a special drink that is not too sugary for me as requested. The morning breakfast at the restaurant was also great! Although I did not get to stay a longer duration as I was just flying into Hanoi to make a stop to Hai Phong. I will definitely be coming back and staying here for my future visit.

My family had a really great experience when we arrived in Hanoi. We will be returning here soon. Enjoy the scenery and atmosphere here. It's definitely going to be great. The hotel also has a restaurant serving Vietnamese and Japanese cuisine. 4. Service: The staff is frequently praised for their helpfulness and proficiency in multiple languages, including English, Japanese, and Chinese. The housekeeping service is noted for its thoroughness and attentiveness, although they were not able to understand basic English word and it becomes little difficult at times. 5. Cons: • Little far from major tourist attractions, but close to Lake and church. • The street outside can be busy and noisy, which might be a drawback for those sensitive to street noise. Stayed here for 3D2N. Noteworthy points: 1. Very professional concierge and service staffs. 2. Apartment provides full suite of amentities - lounge, breakfast area, indoor children’s play area, gym, pool, yoga/dance studio, golf simulator. Perfect for long stays 3. Rooms were spacious and fully equipped. Shout out to Somerset for providing a large bottled water to last us throughout our stay. 4. Very clean rooms. 5. Apartment is located outside of Old Quarter - approximately 20-25mins drive. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Absolutely amazing experience! The hotel is in a sky scraper from where you can see all of Hanoi. I was there during the ***** new year celebrations and one of the best locations to view the firworks was the hotel's lobby and restraunt. The hotel also organized lion dance for ***** new year. The breakfast is also really good with loads and loads of cuisine options. Also try the pecan pie at the cafe, it is absolutely delicious. The best part however is the hospitality team. Kudos to them for making me and my girlfriend feel fully taken care of. Their attention to detail to each guest's plans is immaculate. It was ***** new year night and we could not find a grab as there were none available and we had a train to catch. The staff knew where we were headed as they also helped us book. They had already ordered a cab for us as we were getting late. The team made our stay delightful and I will definitely be back.
