Hotel berhampiran CapitaMalls (Aidemengdun Road), Harbin

首先從門口進入大廳就非常乾淨，其次前台接待的人員也是非常熱情，最後進入房間給人感覺非常具有性價比。尤其是前台的閆碩小夥子服務態度極好，真是應了一句花徑不曾緣客掃，蓬門今始為君開。

The Hampton by Hilton hotels are really great hotel to staying. It is too clean and had a good smell. And air conditioner is too good and temperature of the room is on your hand, you can make it warm or cold. But some of other hotels in the Harbin is really warm and you can’t change the temperature. The breakfast is too delicious and have many choices. The service is great and people on the front desk are really kind. Amenities are too new and clean. The location is far from central street but it takes only 8 minutes by taxi , if was rush hours it takes 12 minutes. I stayed only one night as my last day of trip but it was great experience. For the hotel with this price is really good.

說一下酒店位置，距離師大夜市很近，一路聞着丁香花的香味，步行十幾分鐘就到了。酒店附近有公園，去溜達一下也特別好。 交通，從火車站或者中央大街打車大約 15 塊錢。公交車也比較方便，可以到達斯大林公園。 房間打掃得很乾凈，床也很舒服，整體不錯！大讚

商務雙床房乾淨整潔，乾濕分離，裝修設施就經濟型酒店的配置，門口有行李箱架，一個床頭有插座，一個床頭無插座，另一人手機充電很不方便，必須要到寫字枱那邊才能充。酒店早餐7點開始，18元／位，早餐品種不多較簡單，門口單行線，但網約車好打。附近早市步行約13分鐘，但點心攤不是很多，以賣菜為主。每層2個商務雙床房，我家訂的2個商務雙床房分在了不同樓層，且每個房間衹有一個房卡，加房卡要另外付按金。

地理位置：距離地鐵站非常近，出門右轉紅綠燈就是地鐵站，直達新疆大街731（5元）。距離哈工大非常近。但是距離哈工大科技館，最好打車去，不需要到哈工大排長隊乘坐1元大巴。門口111路公交直達中央大街。還有省博都有直達車。從機場出來乘坐到理工大學下車，打車10元就到了。 服務：前廳有位帥氣的大哥，每次出門都會諮詢他，大哥總是很熱情的告訴我們如何乘車，該怎麼走，非常豪邁。房間每天都會按時打掃衞生、檢查。 餐飲：不需要去早市。酒店早餐很北方，鹹味豆腐腦、油條豆漿都有的。我去這幾天，一羣浙江叔叔阿姨瘋搶。而且哈爾濱紅腸敞開了吃。樓下就有賣紅腸的。 住宿：我們住的是樓層第一間1號房。説實話。心裏有點反感。一般酒店不會把這房間售出的，除非特殊情況或是旺季。門口有鋪草車，還好白天基本不在，下午才回來，鋪草車也收拾歸位。很安靜，沒有進進出出吵鬧。據説給我們升級了房間。 外賣一樓大廳，自取 附近有個超市，我們上火車當天去的，酒店出門左手步行10分鐘路程。 個人覺得，這家酒店值得推薦。至於其他的評論好與壞，仁者見仁智者見智吧。 我們入住時，也發現了問題。客房阿姨勉為其難的解決問題，我們已經很感激了。 畢竟客人不一定是天使或上帝 但，客人永遠是客人 圖一是我們入住酒店的窗外 圖二早餐 缺點，爾濱的司機大哥們喇叭按的太勤快了，低樓層多少有點影響。

晚上很晚（接近凌晨）到酒店，前台耐心細緻的接待。因原房型客滿，還貼心的幫忙免費升級了房型。 房間整潔寬敞，高樓層早起能見江景，離江沿兒也不遠，可以早起到松花江邊散步跑步！ 美中不足的是早餐略顯簡單，希望未來更好……

My friend and I had the pleasure of staying at Grand Mercure hotel in Harbin, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we entered, I was struck by the spotlessly clean surroundings and the comfortable feeling that enveloped us. The high ceiling added a touch of grandeur to the ambiance, making it feel a luxury 5-star accommodation, all at a budget-friendly price. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the comfortable bed and fresh linens. I had the best sleep and woke up feeling refreshed, as if I had slept like a baby. The attention to detail in ensuring a comfortable sleep experience was truly commendable. The hotel staff deserves special mention for their exceptional service. Despite some language barriers, they went above and beyond to assist me with anything I needed and provide accurate information. I vividly remember ALAN CHEN or Chan, although I'm unsure of the exact spelling of his name. He was always attentive to our concerns and questions, taking the time to communicate and ensure we received the correct directions. Their dedication and willingness to assist made a lasting impression on me. In terms of location, the hotel was conveniently located near a bus stop, making it easily accessible from the airport which is around 45mins or less. The ride took less than 10 minutes to reach the high-speed railway station from the hotel. However, I must mention that there weren't many convenient shops in the immediate vicinity, which might be a minor inconvenience for some travelers. Our only issue during our stay was the room temperature, which was quite warm. Despite adjusting the thermostat, we couldn't achieve a comfortable coolness. We resorted to opening the window slightly to let in some fresh air, but leaving it open throughout the night posed the risk of catching a cold. It would be highly beneficial if the hotel could consider providing a humidifier, as the air in the room felt excessively dry. Overall, my stay at this hotel was truly amazing. The cleanliness of the hotel, the exceptional staff, and the convenient location all contributed to a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Harbin and would absolutely choose to stay here again on my next visit. The management may want to look into improving the room temperature control and addressing the dryness in the air to ensure an even more pleasant stay for future guests.

Good breakfast. Nice service. The room is very clean. I appreciate the extra offer 3rd free breakfast and I continue to book another 4 days in this hotel. I will come back again in the future.

Saya sangat berpuas hati dengan suite keluarga (3 katil, 2 bilik air). Apabila keluar dari hotel, kakitangan hotel mengambil inisiatif untuk membantu membawa bagasi ke kereta. Biliknya cukup besar, lokasi yang sangat baik, dan sarapan pagi kaya. Walaupun untuk warga tua dengan pergerakan terhad, sarapan pagi boleh dibungkus. Untuk menyebut beberapa kawasan yang boleh diperbaiki, sila tambah suis berasingan untuk lampu sorot atas berhampiran dua katil bujang dalam suite keluarga. Pada masa ini, suis lampu di seluruh kawasan katil bujang semuanya dalam satu, yang menyusahkan.

久違的哈爾濱，終於開了一家希爾頓惠庭酒店！朋友出行，極其方便！進門前台服務周到，提醒我們注意添加衣物保暖。房間設施齊全，東北菜碼真的大，不想浪費，打包回來的食物可以自己在房間裏用微波爐加熱！牀頭櫃是無線充電，大堂隨處可見無線充電的地方，簡直不要太方便！ 哦對了！他們家還有提供了免費洗衣房和烘乾機！這一點超讚的啊！愛了愛了！順帶一提前台的Phoebe服務很好，非常熱情，每次都很耐心的回答我們的問題，並進行推薦。 交通出行便捷，我乘坐地鐵2號線後，發現酒店就在尚志大街地鐵口100m處！（記得要選擇1號出站口哦），在老城區容易堵車步行就能到達索菲亞教堂和中央大街，隨處可見的鐵鍋燉。希望店家生意越來越好，有機會再來體驗
