半夜從哈爾濱國際飯店轉到新開業的希爾頓歡朋酒店，簡直是天壤之別。新酒店環境煥然一新，每一處都散發著清新與雅緻的氣息，讓人瞬間感受到高品質的住宿體驗。 房間真是寬敞又乾淨，床鋪軟得跟雲似的，晚上睡得特別香。而且，房間裏啥都有，電視清晰，網絡飛快，充電也特別方便。隔音效果也是槓槓的，外面再吵裏面也聽不到，一覺到天亮。 服務方面，那更是沒話説。工作人員態度超好，笑容滿面，有啥需要幫忙的，他們總是第一時間響應。早餐也豐富得很，各種好吃的都有。

The Hampton by Hilton hotels are really great hotel to staying. It is too clean and had a good smell. And air conditioner is too good and temperature of the room is on your hand, you can make it warm or cold. But some of other hotels in the Harbin is really warm and you can’t change the temperature. The breakfast is too delicious and have many choices. The service is great and people on the front desk are really kind. Amenities are too new and clean. The location is far from central street but it takes only 8 minutes by taxi , if was rush hours it takes 12 minutes. I stayed only one night as my last day of trip but it was great experience. For the hotel with this price is really good.

Name confuses at first. After lookup for its location, we assumed that it meant that we can easily take a metro directly to the famous street, few stops away. Breakfast was good. Fresh, variety and a lot it choices. Staff at breakfast room were friendly and always helpful. Related to staff, there is one male receptionist who spoke and understood English. With all other ladies we needed our translation application to communicate with them. Room was big, heater worked very well, too well some day, but luckily we could open our windows. Ps. Don't take a taxi without using didi app. We got cheated on the our way back to airport. A friend of us was even refuse for his ride to railway station...

The hotel is good and clean. The room is spacious. I think there’s one lady at the front desk who could speak English which is great. There’re a lot of restaurants nearby and only 5 minutes walk to Wanda Mall and the subway station. The Thai massage spa is right next door from the hotel. Breakfast is not bad. Good for business trip!

優點：早飯好（跑馬當天提前一小時開餐，很友好），房間比較乾淨/花灑水壓比較大熱水也出得很快，公共空間環境挺不錯的，點外賣會有機器人送到房門口很方便，前台有外用急救葯箱（基本的創可貼碘伏棉簽都免費提供） 不好的體驗： 1、辦理入住時，感覺前台工作人員不是太熟悉業務，反應有些遲緩。而且我們在前台等了好一會兒才有人理。 2、一共訂了兩間房。房間A的問題是一進門就有衞生間散發的濃郁異味，於是馬上打電話讓前台給更換房間，更換後的房間後來也出現了不同的異味問題。房間B的問題是淋浴間下水不暢，水全部流到了外面。 3、提前一個月在攜程訂的三天兩晚的房間並且在入住時交了全部房費。第二天晚上回房時房卡刷不開房門（可以刷電梯），於是又拖着疲憊的身體下樓到前台重新處理，問我們是不是續房了，説在系統裏查到沒放房（這難道不是你們前台工作的疏忽嗎？）。回到房間後發現房間雖然打掃了，但是衞生間沒有任何浴巾毛巾，真的過於離譜，於是又給前台打電話，過了會兒才有保潔人員送來（這難道不是你們工作人員的疏忽嗎？）。 4、電梯佈局不合理。房間A更換到新的房間後挨着電梯很方便，但是房間B位於和電梯的對角線位置，如果要乘坐電梯走過來要好半天，很不方便。我們第一天換房間就是繞着酒店走了整整一圈，無語得要死。為什麼不在兩頭都佈局電梯呢？ 5、房間wifi巨慢。時而正常，大部分時候用着用着就卡了，啥也刷不出來。 6、可能因為這邊新區，周邊配套一般。捱得近的餐廳都是大館兒，沒有什麼小館兒便飯選擇，便利店也要往西走一公里。最近的商場應該是銀泰城，走過去差不多400米。距離地鐵站1公里多。 總之，如果不是因為距離哈爾濱馬拉松起跑集合點近，而且原本想去的酒店訂滿了，絕對不會選這裏的。歡朋整體配不上一晚八九百的價格（當然平時不是這個價🙄）
