Ulasan Xueli Hotel (Harbin West High-speed Railway Station Wanda Plaza)

The location is very good. There is a big shopping mall in same building where you can find restaurants, supermarkets even drug store easily. Good staff, polite and helpful.

Best Hotel, Very convenience

Service wise was good, not many conversations made because of language barrier but both parties tried best to delivered messages. Room was spacious for 3 people, they refresh our amenities each day but not vacuum the room though. Toilet has this unpleasant smell but overall was decent as it should be.

Room is spacious, the 2 double beds can fit 4 pax! The shower room is awesome and the soap smells very good. The front desk agents are friendly and helped us to keep our room even when we were checking in the next day after the booking. Afternoon tea has quite a big spread and all staff are friendly!

Appreciate the free snack and drinks provided by the hotel. Room is also big and bed is also comfortable

Run down & shabby state Of The hotel - very discomforting - carpet In The room is dirty and Lightning is dilapidated. For such high rise bldg there should be more Lifts instead Of Only 2. Its nothing like what is shown on TRIP.com - never again

The location was above a large mall with surrounding night life. The Wanda Square, the Meteo Station and the west train station are all within walking distance. The service was very helpful, friendly and most of all professional. A welcome snack had also been provided. The breakfast was Chinese style, the food offered varied every day. It was enjoyable. A few things however, were old and worn. This gave the room the impression of former luxury. Everything, including the elevators, was very clean, however. Overall, an enjoyable stay.

We stayed this hotel 5 days. This is really very good hotel. All personnal very good and professionnal. If we visit Harbin again, we stay this hotel.

The location is not bad. The hotel is on top of a shopping mall. About 20mins ride to main attractions such as zhong yang da jie. They gave us a free room upgrade which is big. The only minus point is that shower area was flooded after bathing, and there is a drainage smell coming from the washing area. Have to close the door when sleeping. Overall it is still a pleasant stay.

Very nice and accommodating, was able to help book a taxi at 4am for me to catch my morning flight.

The location is perfect! Shopping mall downstairs, Starbucks. Shopping mall in front of and billions restaurants around. In the room everything was okay except dirty carpet, dirty walls and curtains.

Super convenient location! right above a mall that is super big. Lots of food options right across the streets too.
