Ulasan Harbin Junyi Hotel (Central Street Railway Station)

There’s a mall within 200meter. When we arrived, we were served hot towel and hot lemon juice. My daughter was so happy to receive a softtoy from Miss JiaoJiao. The staffs are all very helpful and friendly. The room is very clean. I love the freeflow of afternoon tea. There is a laundryroom with free detergent at 7th floor. I just wish the dryer is more powerful because my clothes still wet after putting in the machine for hours. I appreciate the automated toilet seat in the room. Room is quite spacious. No ironing facilities in the room but you can request

This is the best hotel experience I ever had, their service is impeccable especially manager 丹丹, she contacts me prior to my arrival to prepare the room for me. I think the only down side is the location, a little far from any main attraction. Far, I mean not walking distance, if you take a DD, it only take about 15mins to central street. I definitely will stay here again if I ever come again.

The room was incredibly neat and well-maintained! Loved the amenities—from the Japanese toilet to the high-quality hair dryer. For a 3-star hotel, it was excellent. I only stayed one night, but the staff were extremely kind and friendly. However, since I prioritize location and prefer staying within walking distance of central areas, this wasn’t ideal for me.

This is a really a MUST to stay In Harbin. The reasons? First of all, the staff are really really helpful and friendly (Like 梦梦 and 小雪 and the rest). You will feel love by them. 2nd, the hotel is strategically located, to Sophia Church is only 10 minutes by cab. 3rdly, hotel has non-stop coffee, cookies, fruits and yogurt ❤️, finally the room iis cozy, beautiful and everything is boutique style room. 第一次到哈尔滨， 如何住入这个酒店， 真的真的太值了。 我不知他们如何训练， 每一位都超级好笑容， 乐于助人， 就重要照顾到我们无微不至。 我需要感谢梦梦和小雪， 你们很棒🙏🏻。 地点方便， 好多甜品，咖啡☕️，最重要免费 😘。 当然我和太太喜欢她的房间， 全部还很新。 我和太太已经决定了， 我们再过几天又要住这一家， 这就证明这一家有多好 ❤️

the location of the hotel is fairly convenient as it is at a major interaction with McDonald at the next door. while it is not in the middle of the business or tourist street, it is not far away either and compensated by very good pricing. the highlight of the stay was the front desk staff (thank you, xiao meng), as they were very cheerful, friendly and professional. I got upgraded to a suite and the front desk staff went out of their way to make sure I am happy with the room. all in all, I can recommend this hotel for value and staff.

I would like to say that the overall service of this hotel is very good. They are friendly, the afternoon tea is also perfect.

Everything about this stay was amazing for our first time in Harbin. To begin, the people were so warm and friendly - from the doorman, the front desk and the manager in charge (shoutout to Ms Jojo!!). The check-in was smooth and we were promptly brought up to our room which was all prepped and all warmed up which was a pleasant surprise! (P.S. we were in Beijing Con*** and the room was cold AF when we checked-in there.) Little things like these were well-thought out by Jojo and her team that made it feel like we were staying with family. The room was very modern and clean and there was a Japanese toilet with heated seat and bidet functions! I am very particular about toilets so I was very, very pleased about the cleanliness and modern layout in the toilet. I wish I’d taken photos of the room to show you exactly what it looks like as a tourist but you can rely on the hotel photos because it truly looks like those photos. Another selling point of this hotel is the location - it’s really convenient to get to all the tourist spots. In fact, my elderly mum and I ended up taking the public transport to places by the 2nd day because it was easy to do so and the bus stops are just down the street from the hotel. As a first-timer in China, I loved this location even more because in the same block, there’s a couple of Chinese eateries for us to choose from. Also, there’s a neighbourhood mall that’s only 10 steps away from the hotel door, that has a supermarket - perfect for buying all the snacks and souvenirs before flying home. Thank you so much to everyone at this hotel - you’ve made my mum and I’s first trip to China and Harbin even more memorable with your warm hospitality!

The room was clean, the afternoon tea was great, and the service was excellent.

Fantastic service. The staff was friendly and exceptionally helpful. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, very clean. 5 stars. Will definitely return again.

This hotel was perfect for my needs. The staff really embodied the sense of 东北 hospitality! They were attentive and remembered all of our preferences from the first day we stayed and it was so good we decided to stay an extra 2 nights!
