Hotel ini terasa seperti di rumah sendiri..Makes Yr stay comfortable! Bilik yang luas, kebersihan di tahap teratas..satu-satunya kelemahan, lokasi agak di luar bandar dan sukar untuk mendapatkan makanan halal jalanan..namun, ia mudah diakses melalui grab jika anda bukan seorang yang cerewet.. Kakitangan mesra dan boleh memahami dan bercakap bahasa Inggeris asas, pengemasan adalah pantas. Secara keseluruhan saya menikmati penginapan saya dan pasti akan kembali ke Monkham untuk penginapan saya yang selesa

Perkhidmatan hebat daripada semua kakitangan di Centara Hotel Hatyai. Terima kasih khas kepada En Methee & En Charat atas layanan hebat yang diberikan sepanjang penginapan kami di hotel. Lokasinya bagus dengan banyak kedai makan di sekitar dan Pasar Malam Lee Gardens terletak betul-betul di bawah hotel. Bersih dan bersih, berbaloi untuk wang. Hari sudah petang dari Bangkok ke Hat Yai. Saya pergi ke Koh Lipe untuk tinggal di sini untuk satu malam yang singkat. Ini adalah kali ketiga saya menginap di sini. Penyambut tetamu dan kakitangan meja depan sangat bersemangat. Sarapan paginya ok. Pada harga ini, ia cukup baik.

We booked 2 x Deluxe room with breakfast , Hotel is located makro, shopping centre & night market . I like the location , very convenient and easy to access every where. There provide carpark too. The swimming pool is big & have gym room too. The room is big for me to put 2 big luggage .The staff can't really speak english fluently . Sometimes there don't understand what i asking or explain. The room is clean & the sound prove too. The most important for me is sound prove . i will be back again this hotel . Highly recommend my friends and family .

I booked two nights in Hat Yai traveling as a solo female. I booked the night before I arrived and everything was perfect. The location is quite good as you can walk to most places. I walked to the Central Festival shopping mall (and took a taxi back because it was raining). The room was really big and very beautiful! Everything was very clean and I even had a view over the city. Great clean and spacious bathroom. A small fridge with a good cold temperature. The pool is nice and because of low season I had it to myself. The staff was amazing. So friendly and helpful. At breakfast today the owner even walked around and introduced herself. Lovely. Only thing a little poor was the breakfast but I think it’s because it’s low season and not that many guests. Will definitely recommend!

Kebaikan - langsir gelap - pemanas air - air tekanan tinggi - penyambut tetamu boleh berbahasa Inggeris - cerek keluli tahan karat - peti ais mini Keburukan - beberapa tempat letak kereta - bantal tambahan (15 baht) dan selimut (100 baht) - hanya satu kunci bilik, tidak boleh menggunakan kunci bilik lain - mangkuk tandas bilik 601 tidak berfungsi dengan baik (tidak boleh siram)

It’s a neat & nice hotel but the staffs were not that friendly, no smiling face. The hotel don’t provide full toiletries like toothbrush and slippers. All need to request at the front desk. The wifi was not auto login and need to login every time whenever get back to the hotel. The hotel is located at a quiet end just behind the New Season hotel with spacious rooms. It’s a 10 mins walk to where Lee Garden eateries & night market are. It’s a 15 mins walk to Kim Yong market . Tuk tuk is ever ready at the doorstep waiting for a short trip elsewhere in Hatyai. A few massage shops across the hotel but I do not recommended as the fees are expensive than those close to May Flower Hotel or Lee Garden. There is a nice noodle shop opposite the hotel which is open from 6pm-330am. A tiny version of Big C supermart is located 3min walk from the hotel m trip and it was a pleasant stay! 😊 I love the hotel location very much, it's not at the busiest part of Hatyai but still a walking distance to Kim Yong market, eateries, and malls. It was a pleasant stay to me and my family! But I do hope the staffs at the front desk could have more smiling face to welcome us…

I was book Junior Suite for the hotel but once entering , there is white stain on the floor like it never clean , also some black flake around.. Reception and Housekeeping came to see and they agree to move us to a new room which is not really different but a bit better. Just only if I asked for a spare key , but she just said that is the only one keycard of this room for the whole hotel.. Okay Fine!! The next day , we need to use the room for web-meeting after lunch and ask them to make up room during 2 hours lunch outside .. I told both the reception and press the sign at the room. Once we back to set up the meeting , Room was not clean , It is really a pissed .. that we have to wait downstairs another 20 mins and have to rush back for meeting. I asked the housekeeping that how many person work as housekeeping here , she said only herself. Thats why room is dirty even it is not full. I can see how poor of the hotel's management And staff there look ignorance a lot ,, never say sorry or even offer us a drink or something , no service mind

We were assigned this hotel after signing off from our vessel. Mosquitos were buzzing around as the receptionist checked us in. This hotel have seen better days and would make an excellent choice for a ******* hotel film set. The furniture and furnishings are really really rundown. Stained carpets and yellowed wallpaper greet you at the room. Curtains looked like they were installed in the 70s and mosquitoes buzzed around as you open them. No complimentary coffee or tea but there’s an electric kettle though. Hot water only for the showers, hot enough to cook noodles kind. No fridge and the wifi connection is not stable. The receptionist were polite when I called to raise the issue with them. Said ok and asked for my room number but nobody came to rectify the problems. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. They are not doing anything to make sure the guest’s stay are comfortable and pleasant. Bad wifi connection, hot water only showers and no fridge. It’s especially bad since I have quarantine in the room for 14 days. All my other friends have similar problems in their rooms. It like the hotel is planning to shut down soon because broken things are not fixed and appliances are not replaced.

Bilik itu bersebelahan dengan kawasan perniagaan, selesa, kesesakan lalu lintas, berhampiran pasar Kim Yong. Tetapi keadaan hotel itu agak lama. Terdapat tuala besar dan tuala kecil di dalam bilik. Kakitangan selepas COVID 19 sangat kecil sehingga pembersihan bilik tidak menyeluruh. Kakitangan di bilik sarapan dan sarapan pagi sangat sedikit dan rasa sedap tidak cukup makanan Terpaksa cari makan di luar hotel.
