Hotel 4 bintang Hat Yai yang Popular

Hotel ini melebihi jangkaan.Saya tidak berani untuk menempahnya pada harga ini kerana takut terlalu murah dan tidak selamat.Saya hanya berani menempahnya selepas disyorkan oleh rakan kongsi tempatan di Thailand. Reka bentuk hotel ini sangat tempatan. Saya suka bilik dan kolam renang.

Setelah menginap di hotel ini beberapa kali, dengan yakin saya boleh mengatakan ia adalah permata. Lokasi utama, hanya bertentangan dengan Lee Garden Hotel dan pasar malam, menjadikannya mudah untuk menerokai kawasan tersebut. Perkhidmatan ini secara konsisten terkemuka, dengan kakitangan yang bekerja di atas dan di luar. Sebagai pelanggan berulang, saya menghargai konsistensi dalam kualiti, menjadikannya pilihan utama saya. Sangat disyorkan untuk mereka yang mencari gabungan lokasi dan perkhidmatan yang hebat.

hotel hebat di hatyai, Ia terletak hanya berhampiran 500m dari pasar malam Asia, pasar greenway banyak tarikan pelancong lain seperti pasar kim yong, plaza taman lee Kakitangan semua sangat ramah dan baik. Kami berasa sangat mesra dengan mereka yang menyambut kami sepanjang penginapan kami. Suhu bilik adalah baik. Tekanan air adalah baik. Tab mandi yang sangat besar!! Ia sangat bersih. Banyak parking disediakan di hotel ini. Mudah untuk meletak kenderaan. Satu-satunya kelemahan ialah tidak mempunyai sarapan pagi yang halal. We booked 2 x Deluxe room with breakfast , Hotel is located makro, shopping centre & night market . I like the location , very convenient and easy to access every where. There provide carpark too. The swimming pool is big & have gym room too. The room is big for me to put 2 big luggage .The staff can't really speak english fluently . Sometimes there don't understand what i asking or explain. The room is clean & the sound prove too. The most important for me is sound prove . i will be back again this hotel . Highly recommend my friends and family .

I booked two nights in Hat Yai traveling as a solo female. I booked the night before I arrived and everything was perfect. The location is quite good as you can walk to most places. I walked to the Central Festival shopping mall (and took a taxi back because it was raining). The room was really big and very beautiful! Everything was very clean and I even had a view over the city. Great clean and spacious bathroom. A small fridge with a good cold temperature. The pool is nice and because of low season I had it to myself. The staff was amazing. So friendly and helpful. At breakfast today the owner even walked around and introduced herself. Lovely. Only thing a little poor was the breakfast but I think it’s because it’s low season and not that many guests. Will definitely recommend!

Perkhidmatan yang sangat baik Di dalam biliknya luas dan bersih. Penghawa dingin sangat sejuk. Kad kunci mempunyai masalah untuk memasuki bilik. Berjalan ke hadapan kakitangan kaunter untuk menguruskannya. Tetapi tolong izinkan saya memperkenalkan keramahan kakitangan. Hendaklah tersenyum dan membalas bicara dengan lebih mesra. Dan ia mengenai bunyi bising. Minta kakitangan memberitahu tetamu juga. Bunyi bising sangat mengganggu orang lain pada waktu pagi.

It’s a neat & nice hotel but the staffs were not that friendly, no smiling face. The hotel don’t provide full toiletries like toothbrush and slippers. All need to request at the front desk. The wifi was not auto login and need to login every time whenever get back to the hotel. The hotel is located at a quiet end just behind the New Season hotel with spacious rooms. It’s a 10 mins walk to where Lee Garden eateries & night market are. It’s a 15 mins walk to Kim Yong market . Tuk tuk is ever ready at the doorstep waiting for a short trip elsewhere in Hatyai. A few massage shops across the hotel but I do not recommended as the fees are expensive than those close to May Flower Hotel or Lee Garden. There is a nice noodle shop opposite the hotel which is open from 6pm-330am. A tiny version of Big C supermart is located 3min walk from the hotel m trip and it was a pleasant stay! 😊 I love the hotel location very much, it's not at the busiest part of Hatyai but still a walking distance to Kim Yong market, eateries, and malls. It was a pleasant stay to me and my family! But I do hope the staffs at the front desk could have more smiling face to welcome us…

I was book Junior Suite for the hotel but once entering , there is white stain on the floor like it never clean , also some black flake around.. Reception and Housekeeping came to see and they agree to move us to a new room which is not really different but a bit better. Just only if I asked for a spare key , but she just said that is the only one keycard of this room for the whole hotel.. Okay Fine!! The next day , we need to use the room for web-meeting after lunch and ask them to make up room during 2 hours lunch outside .. I told both the reception and press the sign at the room. Once we back to set up the meeting , Room was not clean , It is really a pissed .. that we have to wait downstairs another 20 mins and have to rush back for meeting. I asked the housekeeping that how many person work as housekeeping here , she said only herself. Thats why room is dirty even it is not full. I can see how poor of the hotel's management And staff there look ignorance a lot ,, never say sorry or even offer us a drink or something , no service mind

Bilik itu bersebelahan dengan kawasan perniagaan, selesa, kesesakan lalu lintas, berhampiran pasar Kim Yong. Tetapi keadaan hotel itu agak lama. Terdapat tuala besar dan tuala kecil di dalam bilik. Kakitangan selepas COVID 19 sangat kecil sehingga pembersihan bilik tidak menyeluruh. Kakitangan di bilik sarapan dan sarapan pagi sangat sedikit dan rasa sedap tidak cukup makanan Terpaksa cari makan di luar hotel.
