Ulasan Kikunoya

The hosts at this Ryoken are so welcoming, friendly and helpful! They picked us up from the ferry terminal when we arrived and dropped us back there on departure. This was crucial as we would have otherwise struggled with our suitcases up the hills and through the labyrinth of small streets! The location is a little bit away from the central area, but that is what we wanted. It was so peaceful at night, the deer wandered past our the front as we relaxed in the open air footpath. The food was nothing short of excellent. They specialise in seafood dishes so if you have an allergy it would be important to let the hosts know before you arrive. The rooms were simply and elegantly appointed: we had everything we needed. The onsen onsite was fantastic! After a long day of walking we felt very relaxed afterwards. Thank you so much to the hosts for making our stay on Miyajima unforgettable!

Nice.ryokan in Miyajima. The ryokan is located quite far up a hill from the station but they provide free transportation to and from the hotel. Both the kaiseki dinner and the breakfast were excellent. The service was impeccable. It is located about a five minute walk from Itsukushima shrine . Room was good with two single beds. Onsen has both indoor and outdoor pool. Would highly recommend this place.

這間溫泉旅館步行可到宮島大鳥居和嚴島神社位置真是太好了。旅館員工服務細心周到，設施也很棒，是一趟很滿意的住宿體驗。

밥이 정말 맛있었어요 오토리랑 가까워서 저녁에 오토리 보러 나가기 좋았어요. 오토리가 보이는 방이 있던데 그방에 묵은건 아니어서 아쉬웠지만 충분히 다른 방도 좋았습니다. 로프웨이 승강장이랑도 가까웠고 이쿠쓰시마신사랑도 가까워서 다니기 좋았습니다

大満足です。露天風呂を利用しましたがとても良かったです。朝食も落ち着いた空間でゆっくり美味しくいただけたので贅沢な時間を過ごせました。全体的にスタッフの感じも良かったです。

진짜 너무너무 만족했던 숙소입니다. 미야지마 항구에서 좀 멀긴 한데 숙소가 너무 크고 이쁩니다 일본 다다미 풍으로 꾸며져있는데 다 새가구이고 목욕탕이 너무좋았어요 그리고 지배인 분들이너무 착하고 친절하셨습니다. 셔틀있어서 미리 예약하면 셔틀 타고 오셔도되요 또가고싶습니다.

部屋はとても清潔です。ロケーションも中々良いと個人的に思います。食事も美味しいです。アメニティは貧弱かなとおもいます。

海景日式房，乾淨整潔，酒店提供豐盛的日式晚餐和早餐，非常喜歡。

We chose Kikunoya Hotel for our Japanese style room experience during our Japan trip. It was a good choice. We really enjoyed our drink in the nice footbath outside garden, we booked the "Ocean view" room which was quite expensive but it was really worth it. We also had the typical J dinner and it was really delicious even if I would say not entirely suitable for children and teenagers. But I have to say the staff were very responsive to our food allergies - much appreciated.

We stayed in a Japanese-style room, which means sitting on the floor at a table during the day. While you're at dinner, the staff comes and lays out a futon mattress for sleeping. If you don't like sitting on the floor they have regular rooms too. The included dinner was exceptional, with several courses. Supposedly if you book on their website you can pay more to get dinner served in your room; we used a 3rd party booking service and dinner was in the restaurant. When considering the value of this place, consider that your rate may include an amazing dinner. I didn't use the baths so I cannot comment there. One of main advantages of spending the night at Miyajima is that you have more time to see the "floating" gate in different tidal conditions. You could also use the extra time for a long hike to the top of the mountain.

I arrived late on my arrival day and the staff told me they are closing the door 24.00 pm. It was quite a walk from the ferry terminal to the hotel (i guess about 20 min. walk with my luggage). Later i found out they have a free shuttle service -.- . Anyway staff at the reception and in the dining room were very nice and the room was ok. Everything clean as expected and a small Miyajima souvenir are waiting to be eaten^^. The bath area was small and good, as was the air in general on that island. After chek in you get a yukata and the key to your room. One thing i felt sorry about; Staff worked until 24.00pm, just to start working again at 5 a.m. .Thats not ok. As a result, an email i send earlier about changing my room was overseen. I am not mad about it, since i arrived late anyway. But for gods sake,let the staff at least get some rest between the shifts lol.

Hôtel confortable et très agréable. Le personnel est adorable et très accueillant. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié que la navette de l'hôtel soit venu nous chercher au terminal des ferries, et nous y ramène au retour (au vu du poids de nos bagages). Les repas japonais orientés vers la mer (dîners et petits déjeuners) sont très bons. Les allergies alimentaires éventuelles sont bien prises en compte (il faut les signaler au préalable). Les bains publics internes à l'hôtel permettent un moment de détente appréciable après les visites. Limite qui ne retire rien à ce que j'ai écrit ci-dessus : La mixité de l'hôtel entre des chambres d'hôtellerie occidentale classique et des chambres de type "ryokan" rend parfois la cohabitation délicate, et a des limites par elle-même. L'hôtel, même s'il gère au mieux, ne peut pas être à la fois un vrai ryokan et un hôtel. Lors des repas par exemple, les personnes en mode "ryokan", habillée en yukata, et recherchant de l'authenticité et du calme, se retrouvent assises à côté d'autres personnes, parlant bruyamment, habillées normalement et dont les attentes sont très différentes et plus axés sur le confort d'un hôtel moderne. Il est difficile de répondre à des attentes aussi différentes dans une même structure.
