客服非常有耐心，服務細緻周到，還免費升級了房型。房間布置很溫馨，有陽台。樓層高，噪音小，隔音還闊以，還能看到遠處的夜景。就是衛生真的很一般😂位置有一丟丟難找，找不到可以聯繫客服人員

環境好，房間設計不錯，適合旅途休息；旁邊就是地鐵站，交通方便；靠近駱崗中央公園，自然風景與歷史人文的高度融合；整體很不錯！推薦！

酒店在合肥南站北廣場附近，交通便利，周圍各類設施一應俱全，環境也很好，有可以曬衣服的陽台，尤其要誇獎下前台的小美女，態度非常好，人也很nice，住了很多天，最後一天因為行程有變，還積極的幫我協調退房退款，下次來合肥出差，一定還會選擇這家酒店

Good location and great hotel staff. Room can be better in cleanliness and bathroom shower had a problem with the drainage as water was clogging. Service of the hotel staff was very good, extremely cordial and friendly and they went out of their way to explain any details asked for. Night staff also remembered to tell the Morning staff of my requirements to book a taxi for me early morning. Location is good with lot of nearby places to eat. and a Metro supermarket right at the side within 2 minutes of walking. Very close to the Hefei South railway station and good for people taking early morning trains as it saves time beating traffic. Subway station is 2 minutes away from the hotel and just 1 stop to the South Railway station. Overall good value for money. Rooms, cleanliness and bathroom Drainage can be better.

很滿意的入住體驗，大廳很大，早餐味道不錯。餐廳旁邊有個小花園，看着綠綠風景吃着早餐，一天的心情都變好了。進門一股薰衣草的清香，環境很好，工作人員也很敬業，前台有個白芷小姐姐服務很好，熱情效率高。房間裏的設施齊全，洗澡時還有音樂，聽着音樂洗澡很放鬆，可以緩解一天的疲憊。房間裏的洗護用品全部都是薰衣草的香味。房間裏的窗簾遮光也很強，非常滿意的一次入住體驗，在這家酒店讓我感受到了家的温馨，床鋪舒適，用品貼心，是出差和旅行的理想下榻之處。

交通：出門走路3分鐘就是地鐵站，到南站衹用3站。 設施齊全，空間大。衞生乾淨整潔 服務熱情 中間因為退過一次訂單又增加了一晚住宿，後增加的做了免費升級。

This was my first time staying at a Mercure hotel and I was not disappointed. This new hotel opened in April. I usually stay at less expensive hotels but I was attending a festival at Luogang Central Park and wanted to find accommodations nearby. It was a short walk from the hotel door to the festival gates. I could see the stages from my room. The service at the hotel was the best that I have ever encountered. I was immediately greeted by the guest services agents. Sally, the front office manager, assisted me as I checked in. She speaks excellent English. Sally assisted me by entering the hotel address and room number into Meituan. The food was delivered to my room by robot. Sally and the staff at the front desk made sure that everything about my stay was as perfect as it could be. On day two, I ordered Meituan again. The food never arrived. As I do not know any Chinese, Sally helped me by talking to the vendor and delivery driver. She spent two days (even after I had checked out and gone home) to make sure that I got a full refund from Meituan. For some reason, I could not rent a phone charger from the machine in the lobby (that is a problem on my end not a problem with the machine). One of the guest services agents on duty rented the charger for me and I paid her when I returned the charger. My room was beautiful! I had a corner room with windows on two sides. I enjoyed a long soak in the tub each day. The toilet came with a remote control that I translated. There were a few minor things about the room that could be improved. 1. The refrigerator was stocked with free beverages. However, there were no sugar free sodas. The water bottles are smaller than what I am used to and there were only two bottles of regular drinking water in the room. The maid and front desk were happy to supply me with more when asked. 2. The telephone sits on the bedside table that is in the far corner of the room. You have to walk around the bed to reach it. The phone would be more accessible on the side of the bed closer to the sitting area. I don't usually use the hotel phone but you do get a call when the robot comes to your door. 3. To open and close the curtains, you press the button next to the bed. The corner room has large windows on both walls. There is no way to only open the curtain on one side of the room. The morning sun was too strong from one window so I used a chair to prop open the curtains on the other window. 4. There is a lack of foreign programming on the television. Other hotel chains that I use have a free English movie station like HBO or Cine-Max. I travel with a USB stick that has some movies saved on it in case the hotel does not offer such programming. However, the original TV remote is not supplied in the room and there is no way to change the TV input from their satellite box to the USB port. I did not have my laptop with me. I inquired with Sally at the front desk but there was nothing that she could do. There was an option to order pay per view movies. 5. The next problem is my error. I put the paper do not disturb sign on the door. I did not realize that there was also a button on the light switch that turns on a green light outside of the door when you want the room cleaned. I accidentally turned on the light. The maid walked in on me without knocking first. She was very kind and apologetic. I did not use all hotel amenities. I did enjoy the wine, coffee, and snacks in the front lobby. I also ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant each day. There was a nice variety on the breakfast buffet that changed daily. I found the laundry room to be clean and comfortable with a small sitting area. It is located near the fitness room and restaurant. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again if I am in the area. The small issues that I mentioned above are just minor inconveniences and nothing that can't be corrected or worked around. Based on my stay here, I would also try other Mercure hotels when traveling.
