Fairly mixed feelings about our stay in the hotel. Upon arrival after a long journey I was surprised to learn that our 3 night stay and breakfast and parking must be paid in full (despite my credit card details being shared upon booking). That didn’t feel particularly welcoming. The hotel is in a good location for the old town. That said each nights sleep was heavily disrupted by the noise outside from traffic and people shouting etc. The breakfast is extremely average. Those looking for a hot breakfast will be disappointed to be faced with scrambled egg, boiled carrots (!), poultry sausages. No bacon, beans, fried tomatoes, mushrooms, hash browns etc. The bread rolls are cheap pre-baked. The fitness room is a tiny room not worth venturing to. Free weights up to 10kg! Room the size of an old fashioned airing cupboard. The staff at the hotel are friendly and nice. Heidelberg is beautiful. We had a lovely time. But I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again. There are much nicer hotels in Heidelberg..!

We were so glad to see this fully renovated hotel open in time for our visit to the Heidelberg Christmas Market (original opening date was projected for the end of December). The Hilton Heidelberg is an incredible facility, surpassed only by the amazing team working to provide the best possible experience! We have never been so graciously welcomed by so many on the team, including the General Manager, Remmie. Margarita and Katerina took great care of us during check in and were even able to upgrade us to a Junior Suite - what a welcome surprise! After settling in to our room, we had the pleasure of meeting Lubeth in the Executive Lounge who took care of every need and made us feel so welcome - always with a smile! The management team is definitely committed to hiring the best, but they are also clearly committed to leading by example. Vladimir (the restaurant manager) made a point of introducing himself and checking to be sure we were enjoying our stay and Sonja was so gracious when we were visiting the restaurant. Brent stopped by while we were in the Executive Lounge to be sure we were enjoying our visit and asked if there was anything he could do to help. Tim (a Heidelberg local) took time to share some of his favorite spots around town, as well as the hotel amenities and make sure we made the most of our time in town! I cannot remember another hotel stay where I could name more than 1-2 people on the staff - this team truly made us feel welcomed and valued! Thank you for a such a great experience!

Close Proximity to Heidelberg Hauptbahnhof (train station, just approximately 8 minutes walk). I am amazed at the complete furniture, even microwaves to cook our breakfast for the following day. More like an apartment than just a hotel. Nice stay

Newly Opened Hotel with great staff. Prime location, if you are travelling by train. Breakfast was really good, with a wide choice of sausages and cheeses, spreads and cereal. Beds where very good, with hard mattresses (not everyone likes it, but if you have back issues it is the best to sleep hard)! Lighting at the bedhead a bit weird. Design should be rethought. You need two switches to switch that on. Maintenance needed to come by and show me :D :D We are planning a tour along the Neckar for next year and will definetely stay over again.

The hotel was easy to reach from the Autobahn and there is enough parking space by the hotel. The parking is free and the rooms are nice, modern and big enough. The breakfast is OK and enough variety. We booked a second night, the staff is very nice and helpful. There is a tram nearby to get into town. We walked wich was a nice walk but far - therefor the old town is spread out a long woy. We took a ”lime scooter” back to the hotel - wich was fun - there a plenty room on the bikepathes. The hotel is nice and quited and the beds where good there I would recommend it. There is 24 hours check-in available.

Wir waren schon mehrmals in diesem Hotel. Trotz langer Vorausbuchung bekamen wir ein Zimmer zur Küche hin. Da es sehr heiss war, hörte man das Abluftgebläse bei offenem Fenster sehr laut. Nach Rücksprache in der Rezeption wurden wir von der Dame professionell behandelt. Trotz Vollbelegung wegen einem Konzert bekamen wir ein ruhigeres Zimmer. Das ist Kundenservice und das bei einem Hotel mit 330 Betten!👍 Das Frühstück ist überaus gut und perfekt organisiert. Bravo an das Management.

Fortunately, we're able to cancel our reservation, literally the last minute for free. The hotel staff was really unprofessional, unfriendly, and unhelpful upon our arrival. One of the ladies behind the check in counter barely spoke English. We had to wait 30min before our rooms would be ready, she did not offer us to put away our luggage (after I asked we were shown in the o the storage room, nobody helped us carry the bags..ans the room was left with the door open and without any surveillance from the staff). There was no clean glasses by the water container. As we sat on the hotel restaurants terrace to wait, nobody came to ask whether we wanted anything to dirnk. We then went to check out the roof top terrace. It was dirty, full of dried leaves... No access to wc. After these few disappointing experiences within 30min upon our arrival, we decided to give friendly feedback to the staff and see our options for cancelation, especially if we're not offered a proper excuse and/or upgrade. We were told that they're very busy and that that's the reason they can't deliver good service (note: their main job in this industry is to serve their guests, us, thus). WE WERE THE ONLY PEOPLE, BOTH AT THE CHECK IN COUNTER, AS WELL AS RESTAURANT AND ROOFTOP. Very happy with our decision to cancel this reservation and to have found a much better place to stay in the town center (Qube Bahnstadt was really far from the old town).

I was on a businesss trip in the near and booked this Hotel. Rezeption and all the stuff were very helpfull, room are spacious and clean (although Mine. was with Event instead of A/C which is a slightly minus). Breakfast is good served, choice is good (also when preferred healthier brakfast), hotel was more or less quiet, and I could sleep good. As a Small Town you will reach center in 5 finites slow walk. Hotel also hat bikes. The only minus was Quality of Wifi which was in some Moments below average.

The Leonardo at Heidelberg-Walldorf was a wonderful find in a pleasant location. (It’s the one on Roter Str., not the one nearer Heidelberg.) It has everything you need for a weekend stay or for FRA airport (90 mins away). You do need a car to get there but parking is free. The rooms are large and have a small fridge, a safe and air-conditioning. There’s a TV with many international channels. The wi-fi is good. I found the bed very comfortable. In summer there’s an outdoor pool, which has a shallow end and is very suitable for children. There’s also an indoor pool, which is 1.5m deep and has no shallow end. Children need to be closely supervised there. Near the indoor pool is a sauna. There’s a bar, which isn’t always open because of the lack of local staff. However, the restaurant will serve drinks. The staff in the restaurant are wonderful, especially the host and hostess, who take great care to make sure that all the customers are well served. Since the restaurant is very popular, dinner reservations are essential. Breakfast reservations are a good idea too. Ms Hrg on the front desk was extremely helpful with everything. I really can’t think of anything that this hotel lacks for a nice relaxed stay.

YYezi不愧是貴族家的產業，150年經營歷史。這個酒店是由幾幢房子圍起來的，因此中間有個帶噴泉的庭院，門頭很小，但裏面挺美。因為定了30平方米的雙人舒適房，比普通房型大10平米，所以特地注意了下，一開始給的是326號房間，有個陽台，但房間面積很小，及時下樓交涉，前台美女服務非常好，拿了另外二個房卡讓我自己選一個，我就挑了346，是個拐角的房間，比之前的大了很多，廁所和洗澡間是單獨分開的二間，非常好，還有一個獨立的衣帽間，房間窗户正對着小花園，非常美。因為酒店是由幾幢房子組合在一起，所以她們也解釋了一下，每個房間和户型都不同。下次辦入住的時候可以提出自的喜好。早餐非常棒，是我這次德國行最好的一次體驗，當然房間價格也是最貴的。第一次見到酒店服務生比客人都多的酒店，早餐上就有酒水免費提供，這是我唯一碰到的一個。貴族開的酒店就是不一樣，每個細節都注意到了，一入住就進來插了鮮花，送了小甜點和歡迎卡片，各種細節真的讓人從心底感受到愉悦！

PPengguna TetamuOverall a very fine hotel. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Good location if you are planning on traveling by train or FlixBus since you are very close to their stations. The breakfast buffet is very extensive and well operated. We also ate once for dinner ate at the hotel restaurant and the hamburgers and fries are exceptional. (We had young adults in our group.) The Executive Lounge has a great view of the river if you have access. One warning. If you need an accessible bathroom, this is NOT the place for you. The showers are old school in a high wall bath tub. The other caution is the location is not adjacent to the Old Town. You may need to use buses, trams, or Uber/taxicab.

Stayed here with family in May 2024. Very nice hotel, tastefully decorated. We stayed in the annexe, just 50m from the hotel in a very large room. Staff were extremely helpful and polite. Hotel is a 20 min walk to the old town but as hotel is close to the river we took our stroll that way. Highly recommended, we would stay there again.

SSyarifah NurulWe booked this hotel last minute to visit Heidelberg, we are in shock when we go to the room because the room are well prepared & its cold! have aircond in it! We love all things in the room. all well. room with balcony, aircond, smart home functions, big flat tv with nexflix, coffee machine, kitchen & utensils. its complete like a studio house. The receptionist also so friendly. there is mistakes from Trip.Com state check out time at 12 but actually is at 11. then we not ready because we think the time was at 12. then they came & gave us time to check out. all so good for sure we will come again to this hotel.

PPengguna TetamuGreat spacious room. The kids had separate beds ( always a bonus in our house) in what I would call the Living room. Good spacious wet room. The kitchenette was equipped with microwave, single induction hob, plates,bowls, cutlery & looked like a wardrobe when closed. The beds were comfy, the room clean. Dogs are welcome. Parking was 10€ but you can park on the main street for free. Breakfast was 18€ for adults & 8.50€ for kids. Located 3km (2 miles) for the old town, approx a 40 minute walk. There's an Aldi 5 minute walk way & a burger bar, which is well worth a visit. Metri stops are plentiful within a short distance. Minor down sides, we were in Block 3 facing the busy Metro Link. The trains stopped approx 11pm Saturday night & started again approx 6am Sunday morning.

PPengguna TetamuWe traveled by train so this hotel was perfect, very short walk from the main station, maybe 150 feet. We did not know check in was 3:00 so paid 15€ to check in early taking a lesser room for the same price. IBIS allows early check in / late checkout for a 90€ annual fee. Breakfast was basic so we skipped that. Unfortunately McDonalds next door closed about 4 months earlier. As for lunch, the Thai restaurant (Asia Box) in the main station was very good and there is a grocery store in the station too. Our room on the 1st floor was small but clean with 2 beds. The bathroom was very small but this is the only room we saw. Street noise was minimal. Train, tram and bus lines converge here so you cant beat the location. I suspect they have parking for a fee but because we arrived by train, I am not sure.

IT IS A REGRET TO BOOK FROM THIS HOTEL. Since I wanted to celebrate my birthday in Heidelberg, a city I really want to visit, I made a reservation at this hotel to stay for 2 nights between 7-9 March. I was going to come to Germany either by plane from outside European countries. On March 7, there was a strike in Germany and the airports were closed. It was notified by the airline company on March 6 that our flight was canceled. We immediately informed the hotel about the situation and asked them to postpone our visit to April 7-9 and transfer the fee to this date, but they stated that the strike was not their problem and took the hotel fee for 2 nights from our credit card. Strike is an essential situation. In legal terms, this is called FORCE MAJEURE – “a common clause in contracts that essentially relieves both parties of liability or liability in the event of an extraordinary event or circumstance beyond the control of the parties, such as a war, strike, riot, crime, or war.” In case of force majeure, standard procedures cannot be applied. The hotel guest is not responsible and cannot be punished. The Mille Stelle City hotel, which turned the strike into an opportunity, charging for a service it did not provide does not comply with business ethics and is a shameful situation. Although accommodation cannot be made due to force majeure, the fee collected from the guest is not a fair gain. It is against consumer rights and even human rights. My flight was canceled due to the strike in Germany, I could not enter the country, the hotel canceled my reservation and charged the fee. Moreover, despite all my communication efforts, they were treated indifferently, saying ”the strike is not my problem”. Our emails were not answered. Not only could I not celebrate my birthday, but I was also unfairly victimized. It was a birthday I will never forget in my life. If you do not want to regret it, never book this hotel, which does not have well-intentioned management. I made my complaints about the hotel through different institutions. And I will continue my complaints and articles about this hotel on every platform until I get my justice.

PPengguna TetamuDas Hotel befindet sich sehr zentral und es ist alles einfach und schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Unser Zimmer war gut ausgestattet ( Klimaanlage, Badewanne, ein Doppelbett und ein Sofa, …). Das Personal war während unseres Auffenhaltes ( 1Woche) wirklich zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Frühstück hat uns auch sehr gefallen weil die Auswahl unseren Geschmack getroffen hat, besonders das Rührei ist zu empfehlen! Dieses Hotel hat definitiv dazu beigetragen, dass unser Urlaub in Baden Baden einfach super gewesen ist!!!

PPengguna TetamuThe place called 3 star Hotel is a wreck, rather is a cheap roadside 5th category motel. Rooms are wrecked, sewage smell coming through the shower, windows won't close properly. Wifi connection is a joke also the breakfast. Elevator not working. Cheap frozen bread, coffee is free which is not for human consumption ...avoid this place with all costs.
