This beautifully situated hotel offers outstanding customer service, with excellent dining options, and magnificent views of the Neckar River. Everything is immaculate and there is great attention to detail. The walk into town is lovely, or you can take a short taxi ride. Make sure to visit the breakfast buffet, it has options for everyone and is the best I have experienced during my forty years of travel.

Mega Hotel mit einer unglaublich schönen Ausstattung und sehr netten zuvorkommenden Personal. Jedes Mal einen Besuch wert, deswegen die Bewertung mit 10/10! Vorallem die Aussicht alleine ist wirklich so gut, dass es sich jedes Mal lohnt dahin zu gehen!

Meiden Sie dieses Hotel und suchen Sie sich eine schöne Unterkunft in der Innenstadt! Die Umgebung des Hotels ist absurd. Der Weg in die Innenstadt ist nicht fußläufig. Das Hotel hatte bei meiner Ankunft (nachmittags) keine Rezeption geöffnet. Die Zutritt erfolgte über einen Automaten. Da ich mit meinem Erdgeschoss – Zimmer nicht einverstanden war, hätte ich gernee meinen Raum gewechselt. Aber: ich hatte keinen Ansprechpartner. Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer dröhnte so laut, dass ich kaum schlafen konnte. Telefonisch konnte mir die verschlafene Mitarbeiterin keine Hilfe leisten. Am nächsten Morgen stellte ich bedauerlicherweise erst in der Dusche fest, dass kein Haarshampoo vorhanden war. Abtrocknen, anrufen, abwarten. Nachdem ich mir mit dem Wasserkocher den vorgehalten Instant- Kaffee zubereitet hatte, musste ich feststellen, dass auch keine Löffel im Zimmer waren. In Zukunft werde ich wieder eines der anständigen Hotels in der Innenstadt Heidelbergs buchen.

Auf Empfehlung habe ich telefonisch das Rollstuhlzimmer für eine Nacht gebucht. Am Rand des Industriegebietes ein Hotel, ein kleines Zimmerchen mit einem Doppelbett, 40 cm links zu Fenster & Heizkörper und 40 cm rechts zur Wand und einem großen Bad, himmlisch Rollifreundlich. Wenn auch mit der Toilettenrolle unerreichbar im Rücken aber sonst prima. Wie mit dem Rollstuhl an und ins Bett kommen? 20:00 Uhr Sonntags anderes Hotel finden? Die Empörung verpuffte an einer überforderten Spätdienst Studentin, die sich dann telefonisch beim Chef den Rat holte, die Betten doch einfach auseinander zu schieben, das große Laken gegen 2x neue auszutauschen. Wir haben dann Betten bezogen. In der Nacht brauche ich Unterstützung beim Umlagern, ein Doppelbett deshalb eigentlich alternativlos. Uneigentlich dann 4 Stunden Schlaf mit der Nase am Heizkörper. Das negative Feedback am nächsten Morgen irritierte; die Betten könne man doch problemlos auseinander schieben. Würde auch immer so gemacht. Und das Badezimmer so groß und wirklich toll barrierefrei. Getop mit dem Hinweis, dass man sich vorher auf jeden Fall die Zimmer anschauen sollte, ob der Platz auch passt. Ob der Empfehlende das Zimmer kennt? Aber ja und Probleme hätte es noch nie gegeben. Sogar e-Rollis passen. Man schiebt die Betten einfach problemlos auseinander. Und das Badezimmer ist doch so groß und wirklich toll barrierefrei. Seit her überlege ich: Wo ist das Problem, das Problem problemlos zu lösen wünschenswerter Weise vor Ankunft der Gäste und des Problems? Würde ich aus Bonn zum duschen nach Heidelberg fahren wollen, wäre das Neuheidelberg Wohlfühlhotel meine erste Adresse. Und zum Frühstücken auch, das Buffet läßt keine Wünsche offen. Oder es lag an mir, weil zu müde, zu unkreativ, zu unflexibel 😉 ?

We visited Heidelberg in juni 2022, and was originally only booked in at Qube hotel for 2 nights. As our travels to Heidelberg went alot smoother than expected, we called the hotel to see if we could book an extra night, so we had longer time to explore the City of Heidelberg. The guy i spoke to in the phone was very friendly and helpful, and spoke perfect english. He made a reservation for an extra night, in the same room as the following night. Check-in went smoothly, and the room was just perfect! As it was really hot when we visited Heidelbeg (+ 30 *C), we really appriciated the arcondition and the possibility to open af window. The room was very spacious, and so was the Bathroom. i think it is the first hotel i have stayed at, were it was possible to open the Bathroom window, which was really nice. We did not eat any meals at the hotel, but we visited the Bar a couple of times, and had the most fabulous cocktails. The Bartender( bar mamager) was very friendly! We had most of our cocktails at the Rooftop bar, and it was just perfect! Bahnstedt is a very unique area, and we enjoyed staying here. We would hihgly recommend this hotel for other guests.

Great spacious room. The kids had separate beds ( always a bonus in our house) in what I would call the Living room. Good spacious wet room. The kitchenette was equipped with microwave, single induction hob, plates,bowls, cutlery & looked like a wardrobe when closed. The beds were comfy, the room clean. Dogs are welcome. Parking was 10€ but you can park on the main street for free. Breakfast was 18€ for adults & 8.50€ for kids. Located 3km (2 miles) for the old town, approx a 40 minute walk. There's an Aldi 5 minute walk way & a burger bar, which is well worth a visit. Metri stops are plentiful within a short distance. Minor down sides, we were in Block 3 facing the busy Metro Link. The trains stopped approx 11pm Saturday night & started again approx 6am Sunday morning.

Top parking access and great location. Within a few minutes from the tram. Hotel wise the bedrooms are confortable, clean and specious enough. Bathroom comes with the regular amenities and even more (earplugs for example). Breakfast is in point, great choice of sweet and savory. Bar serves great cocktails and the atmosphere feels pretty cozy!
