Excellent! New and clean! Very conveniently located hotel as the subway just right downstairs with many shops, supermarkets, and shops around. Easy to check-in/out and quiet during the night which is very important for me to sleep thru.

Everything so perfect!!! hotel staff was so nice and friendly. The room was so clean and very good location, just about 3 tram stations (5mins) to the heart of helsinki! there is lidl and 24hr supermarket closeby about 3mins walk! recommended!!

It is close to the metro and makes the trip very convenient. But it doesn't have shampoo and body wash.

The room was not too big but we didn’t have any big luggage so it was fine, and it was nice too. However, we discovered a black gel nail on the bathroom floor, but since the floor pattern was stone with black, white and grey, so it is understandable that the room attendant missed that spot.

酒店鄰近鐵路站，亦有不少民生設施。 值得一讚的是酒店地下大堂旁邊的common area，有微波爐，餐具，雪櫃，熱水提供。酒店服務及職員態度很好。 房間空間充足，洗手間很好。

酒店入住和離店都是在大堂機器上自助辦理，輸入訂單號碼就出房卡。大堂有冰箱、微波爐和電熱壺以及咖啡機。位置優越，交通便利。如有需要可以在值班室找工作人員。

到Helsinki的景點非常方便，職員非常友善

房間很大 廁所也很乾淨，非常滿意

Excellent, new, low cost hotel, ideal for exploring Helsinki. situated right by the metro and some great restaurants nearby. Clean and comfortable rooms. Very good value for money.

Sidewalks are currently under construction. Hotel itself is great. Staff is lovely. I was charged for a room night on my reservation that ******* cancelled. Can't get ******* or City Box to refund. The usual run around when booking an ******* reservation that inevitably gets complicated by communication delays between the vendor and the customer. I will never use ******* for international travel again if I can avoid it.

Good value, clean and sleak. Slight issue with checking in as no code to do so but staff helpful.
