Everything was absolutely perfect. It's close to the city center, and the breakfast was very good – there's something for everyone. The service was also lovely.

Walking to the hotel takes 16 min. Room is large. Swimming Pool is good but opening hours are very short (limited to afternoon from 3pm to 7pm). If weekend, the pool is opened for morning too but opening hours are very short too (7am to 11am). These are not convenient. The changing room door could not be closed

Outstanding customer service,easy to go location and excellent amenities

The facilities were OK but nothing more. The bar and restaurant were expensive. When our room was serviced in took around seven minutes, no sign of a vacuum cleaner. The beds weren't made either

Good location

The staff are friendly, they allowed for a late check out for us. The location is good, walking distance to city centre and they sell tranportation cards too.

We had a great stay at hotel, It is nearly 1.2-1.5 km from main railway station in town, you can either walk or go by bus to reach the hotel. Google maps is the best thing for bus timings and all. The hotel rooms were very good, clean and has all the facilities we need. The breakfast was good and has lot of varieties including vegetarian options. You can either go to market by walk and if it is snowing it is better to take tram. You can take day pass for all public transport which will be cheaper as well as free you from hassle of buying tickets every-time. The city is beautiful and hotel was also beautiful and comfortable.

Great breakfast

The location is a little far from the central station, but we were able to go to the main tourist spots by a single tram. The breakfast was very delicious and the room was clean.

The room has no air conditioning, and the pillow is just a stinky cushion. It was too hot and I couldn't sleep. Thank you Ctrip for handling it in time and seeking justice for our compatriots. I don't recommend staying in this hotel chain at all.

The room is very clean, small but well-equipped. Convenient transportation, opposite the lake, very quiet and comfortable. The meals are very hygienic and rich, especially the local pie is delicious.

A bit untidy room and two extra beds in the room, which were suitable for a child, too small for an adult. So the room for four people (adults) was quite small and the beds were so-so.
