Don't Stay Here! We arrived at Luxury Apartments Voyager House at about 16:30 for a one night stay -confirmed booking via *********** and parked ou rental car in the lot - the listing promised FREE PARKING. We had received a strange e-mail about check-in : go to an apartment in the building and find a key to an apartment on a table oin the specified apartment. To get in to the building, we had to wait for a resident to arrive who could open the main door. We then went to the specified aparment; however, the door to the apartment where we were to find the key was locked. I called the contact numer - no answer - left a message. I called again a few minutes later and was assigned an apartment where the door was open and a key was on the table. Howevee, the apartment hadn't been cleaned so I called again and was directed to another apartment - this one was clean and was quite a nice apartment. All then went well until we arrived home a few weeks later and found two 100 GBP parking voiolations in the mail and $110 in extra charges from Hertz for providing my information to the parking agency. I began a lengthy campaign to get the violations cancelled - I e-mailed and called *********** and Luxiry Apoartments several times expecting them to work with the parking agency to cancel the violations. To date I am still getting violation notices/bills from the parkoing agency and only recently received a telephone response from Luxury Apartments about a website to personnaly appeal the charges - no assistance whatsoever from Luxury Apartments to deal with the parking agency that handles their parking lot. I suggest that you find a reputable hotel near Heathrow and avoid the hassles associated with this unresponsive, disorganized company.
