Hotel berhampiran 2nd Street di Hiroshima

It was my first time staying at this kind of chain hotel. Love it. Amenities provided, there is coin laundry, ice dispenser. As a family of 4, we booked a connecting room. Having 2 toilets is so good. Love it. Location was good, near hiroshima station and downstair has a lawson, opposite right side has seven eleven and left side is familymart. Quiet environment.

Facilities I rated as 3 because: What was available was very good. Resturant was not operating for dinner. Bar was open for a very limited time. I think this might be a hang over from Covid and trouble getting staff like everywhere.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to Chudenmae monorail station at the center of hiroshima and is within walking distance to Peace memorial park. The room and walkway are a bit old but reasonably maintained. Toilet maintenance could use a bit more care. Breakfast buffet is very cheap at 500¥ and tastes good which is worth every yen. Coffee and tea are available at lobby for free. Additional amenities such as razors, shower sponge, etc. can be purchased from vending machine at lobby. Special pillows available at lobby can be taken and use for free. You can also buy a day pass for hiroshima-wide monorail+ferry to Miyajima island at lobby. Overall this is a reasonable and affordable place.

The hotel has a good view for the restaurant in the 25th floor, you can start a brand new day with a good mood. In addition, the service of front office staff is superior quality. It is a good experience for this trip.

Not worth the price. Really unclean, hair and the carpet was filthy and full of stains. Bathroom was covered in hair, which wasn’t ours. On the walls on the floor etc 🤮 Room smelt damp, everything felt damp. Maybe the humidifier should be turned on 24/7 not just up to the guests choice. Really confusing bar coin situation?! No idea how to use it. Nice touch they give you free coins to use though. Staff good, changed our first room with no fuss as it smelt like foist/damp. Second room wasn’t much better. Stayed 2 nights, no cleaning service, no fresh towels, garbage wasn’t took out of the room. The usual is available such as coffee, creamer, razors etc. So that is good. Location is good. Wouldn’t stay again though, would rather stay in a different location & have a clean room.

Walaupun saya tiba lebih awal daripada waktu daftar masuk, kerana perkhidmatan hotel, saya boleh mendaftar masuk tanpa menunggu. terima kasih banyak - banyak. Namun, saya agak risau dengan bunyi di sebelah saya kerana dinding biliknya sangat nipis.

The location is really good being right beside Hiroshima Station which allows for easy exploration of the city. They allowed us to store our bags upon arrival and they moved them into our room while we were out sightseeing. Check in was quick and easy and they had a few extra toiletries available at the counter like a face wash, body lotion and milk lotion which were all nice. The room is a bit bigger than most hotel rooms we stayed in during our time in Japan with access to the bed from both sides. The room was well appointed and had a coffee/tea station, mini fridge, safe, closet, ironing board and quite the alarm clock. The bathroom was nice with a Japanese style toilet and a shower that could get very strong pressure. The bathroom could have used a better cleaning as there was hair from previous guests and the room could use with more thorough dusting as there was quite a bit around the edges like the headboard. The bed was comfy but the pillows were not and we felt our sleep was affected due to this. We were on a high floor and got a good view of the city. Our floor also had a vending and ice machine. The hotel has a number of onsite restaurants and a very nice lobby area. We didn't try any but would be tempted to try the sky restaurants or rooftop beer terrace if we stayed in Hiroshima longer. The rooftop beer terrace was the most tempting but it is only open during the summer months. After looking at previous reviews we felt the breakfast buffet was a bit pricey and skipped it. There is no shortage of good and cheaper options nearby the hotel.

Location is near JR station and the service is good. The breakfast is 3 pieces of bread or scone or muffin, it is a bit starchy. The main concern is the water supply, it occasionally changing between cold and hot every second, it is the most off.

Great location by the Inland Sea, and for departures to Miyajima Island, but 30 minutes from the city highlights. Club Lounge food choices were poor - little variety, and very plain. No Japanese choices. Buffet was great, in a top floor location with an amazing view.

ホテルの近くには広島お好み焼きなどのお店があり、原爆ドーム付近にも徒歩20分弱で歩いて行ける立地で、路面電車の駅も近くて街歩きにも良かった。 部屋のベッドメイキングは綺麗で、ベッドも硬過ぎず柔らか過ぎず主観ですがバランスの取れたベッドだった。バスルームに、紙ゴミが放置されたままで少し残念だった。 ホテル受付スタッフは、全体的に若い。 私がエントランスに入ってもフロントスタッフの3人は座ったままでした。とてもカジュアルな対応で、Wi-Fiは案内がなかったのがテレビを付けることで発見できた。 ルームカードも返却BOXで受付の時間掛からなかった。 １Fエントランスに朝食のパンとコーヒーが用意してあり、パンは3つ袋に詰められて準備されてあったのがよかったです。 (写真1、2) ありがとうございました。
