Hotel berhampiran Floralpunk di Saigon

Noisy location. Nice rooms. We booked a premium double and we're put on the 7th (728) floor. Unfortunately we could here Karaoke (bad Karaoke) till the early hours. I asked to be moved the next morning and we were moved to a twin room 704 which was much quiter thankfully. Breakfast was good and gym OK. Pool never seemed to be in the sun but not a huge problem.

A lovely old colonial style hotel on the banks of the Saigon River comfortable and clean rooms and very friendly and helpful staff also has a restaurant and tourist information centre attached to it also has a Spa and everything is reasonably priced. I would stay here again 🙂

Generally a very good hotel indeed. A 99-year old gem in the city, which is one of the main attractions in the city. I like the lobby area. The pool area and breakfast area were also quite nice. The guys at the breakfast area should train more that they do not give other tables to other people while they are still getting their breakfast. We witnessed a few incidences like that when two groups/couples were given the same table. Late check-out could be more fair too, while 2pm is relatively normal. We requested till 2pm but said the next has already checked-in. It was 10am, and that was a very odd response. The other issue was related to view of the room. We booked the standard room, and we were told the view is obstructed. However, there was literally no views at all! The room was facing a wall 2-3m from from the window, and that's it. This is NOT an obstructed view, it is basically NO VIEW. This needs to be clarified or highlighted well in the booking time. The other facilities and services were generally good and the hotel is recommended for travellers.

Liberty Central Saigon Riverside is a convenient hotel located in Hochimin The location is quite convenient as it is in the hearth of the city's down town. It has a beautiful outdoor swimming pool at the rooftop terrace with excelent views to the river and the city. The hotel offers clean facilities, all the rooms are decorated and equipped with all the toiletries: soap, towels, comb, toothbrushes, shampoo, hairdryer, etc. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff are friendly and offers a great service. Breakfast is included and not bad for the average price of the hotel.

The hotel is in the heart of the city closed to the main touristic spots. What impressed me the most was the cleaninless of the aisle, It smells like a clinic. Spotless! The breakfast was amazing, wide selection of Asian and western options, they even served the bouche de Noel for Xmas! Really a good experience. The personnel at the front desk was happy to help us, and there was a nice art exhibition held in the lobby too.

A wonderful stay. The hotel was well located, the pool and roof top bar was clean and refreshing, the room was spacious and the breakfast was fabulous. But the best part of this hotel were the staff. They were all incredibly friendly and helpful. A fantastic experience.

Opened 1 Jan 2024, this boutique hotel is brand new with ). decor and wood trimmings. Our triple sharing room is a tad small but enough to open two 28 inch luggages. The firm bed, fluffy pillows and linen, plush towels provided a very comfortable stay. The staff are young, very friendly and helpful though their command of English is weak. Ms Dewlyn Vu speaks the best English amongst the staff and provided excellent service, helping to book water puppet show tickets with good seats and Mekong Delta day trip. The owner and Ms Trang are on site everyday with improvement works being done everyday of our 1 week stay. Ms Trang speaks very good English and is very personable and receptive to feedback and has aspirations to provide 5 star service at Hato. Location is excellent, just 2 parallel streets from The Cafe Apartments and Nguyen Hue walking street. Michelin Anan restaurant is on the same stretch. Rice Field restaurant, Saigon Skydeck and the best rate money changer is 1 parallel street away on Ho Tung Mau. Plenty of cafes, restaurants and combinis within 5 to 10 mins walking distance. Note the hotel is fronted by street /wet markets on both sides of the lane. While taxis & rìde hailing Grab can stop in front of hotel, they cannot wait as will be obstructibg traffic. Else alight at the corner of the beginning of the street which is just 2 mins walk away. Breakfast is served on 9th floor aka rooftop which needs to climb 1 floor of steps as lift stops on 8th floor. Breakfast is largely continental plus a Vietnamese noodle. Have given suggestions to improve breakfast variety for guests who are staying for more nights as well as to serve better coffee (Viet coffee is very good which unfortunately is not reflected at their breakfast). Tip : Suggest to book family room (2 double beds & accommodates 4 pax and room is double the size) if one is travelling in a party of 3 or 4 pax . Book early as there are only 2 family rooms.

So far so good.Location is centralized.Easy traveling.Many shopping mall around hotel within walking distance.Takashima shopping just opposite hotel.Room is clean.Newly renovated.Staffs is friendly and helpful. Cons ＞ Hotel wall too thin.Can hear next room *********** very loud! Cons ＞ Gym is damn lousy without aircon.Got turn on same like never on.Trying hard to breathe in the gym.Air is Very stuffy and hot.Ventilation have big issue!

I love the fact that the hotel location is in the center right next to the Opera House and walking distance to everything; nice restaurants, tourist attractions and shopping malls. The room is super clean and the view is very nice. However, the hotel should improve on their breakfast room and how they manage the guests during breakfast. You are 5 stars hotel and the breakfast place is crowded like your road. The table is so right next to each other with the strangers until we feel like we eat in the same table with the relatives that we hate. The person who asked forbour room number at the reception could have asked us right away when they show us the table of what would we like to drink. Not just like seating us down and disappear. And we have to look for someone to order our coffee. Should you manage/improve this part accordingly, your hotel would be beyond perfect.

Honestly, one of the best hotel I stayed at. Super friendly and helpful staff. Clean and minimalistic hotel. So close to alot of places. Eg. The cafe apartment. (About 3 to 5 min walk) and a shopping mall. (About 2 to 3 min walk). They even surprised me and my partner with a heartfelt letter and a celebratory drink for our anniversary. The breakfast was amazing! With an egg corner to order different types of egg you prefer and wide variety of food to choose from! Will definitely come back!!
