This hotel is owned by a wonderful, sweet family! If you need help, they will always help. The hotel is very clean, no insects. The rooms are cleaned. The linen is changed every few days. Thank you for a wonderful holiday! I recommend the hotel. The beach is a 5-minute walk away.

best location, 5mins drive away from the airport, and safe to walk around. no need to worry for food, jz go out and walk a little and u will find so many food establishments. also there are nearby spa. the room is clean, but i would suggest to change their towels. already old and had served their purpose. variety of meat to serve for breakfast is good.

Location is really good for early or late flight, but the room is faced by the lane and the sound proof of windows are not good enough so can hear the noise from outside during midnight. The service is good because the staff is really helpful for early check out.

Hotel is situated in District 3 of Saigon and is of close proximity to District 1. While hotel price is on the lower end, it felt pricey for what I have paid for. The check in was smooth, there is a lobby drop off which drivers will missed if they are not familiar with the place. The room was small but there is a bathtub in the room. The bathtub had some stains on it. Water pressure for shower is ok. The bed was normal, neither great or bad. But the sound proofing of the room is terrible. I could hear noises from outside when my room is not even facing the road. I could also hear voices from my neighbour in the room beside me. I had a terrible sleep. Sleep quality was poor. I would not recommend staying here. The hotel has a maybach to make it look posh but it isn’t.

This hotel room blew me away! Impeccably clean, it felt like a cozy haven. The shower was a spa-level experience – hot water on demand, fantastic pressure. Everything was in top-notch condition, making my stay incredibly comfortable. Highly recommend for a delightful and rejuvenating getaway! 👏

This hotel is about 100m away from Ben Thanh Market, 5 minutes walk to Saigon Square or Takashimaya. It is clean, almost new and customer service oriented. They offer you tea with snacks while they process your check-in. The staff will then wait for you to finish your tea and bring you go up to your room. They love showing you the rooms, as it gives you “Wow” factors. They gave us free upgrade and the toilet bowl is Japanese style. They will deliver chocolates and good night cards after dinner. They even remember my girlfriend’s birthday and left the birthday cake on the table. 👍👍👍 However, there are “not so good” to mention. They do not have wide range of TV channels. Only news channels. No Sports or other movies channels. The toilet bowl is also very close to the door, making me difficult to open the door at times. They should also not open the gym so early as some guests will throw weights on the floor while doing gym. The sound will wake you up. You also need to pray that it is not raining or you will get wet as their shelter could not prevent you being getting wet from rain. Overall, this is the best hotel by far I stayed in HCM, in terms of cleaniness, friendly & customer service oriented staff and room designs. It’s almost perfect hotel for me. Will I stay here again on my next visit? Yes I will.

I really enjoyed my stay at Kin Hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful with anything you need. The room isn't too big but its very comfortable and clean. The location is great, it's right within district 1 and everything is easy to get to. I was very comfortable during my whole stay here and would recommend it others.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view of the city from my window was stunning. The bathroom was well-equipped with high-quality toiletries, and the rainfall shower was a delightful touch. ***Dining: The hotel's dining options were fantastic. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, catering to all tastes. I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit and the local Vietnamese cuisine options. ***Amenities: The amenities at the Hilton Hotel Saigon were top-notch. The fitness center was well-equipped, and the swimming pool was an oasis of relaxation along with a gorgeous city view. ***Service: The service at this hotel was impeccable. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to assist with any request. Their recommendations for local attractions, dining options, and transportation were invaluable. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. In conclusion, the Hilton Hotel Saigon exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Saigon for business or leisure. I will certainly return on my next trip to this vibrant city.

The location is old the hotel need some much needed improvement I requested a quiet room far from elevator and they put me on the nearest 😅the hotel Chinese restaurant is local and I recommend a must try. The staffs are average and I totally stayed four nights and didn’t get much sleep coz the door closing aren’t nearing quiet mode and the pushing cleaning lolly and ladies speaking loudly at the hallway weren’t helping …. So I cut short of total six nights to four and had to argue for few hours to get what I wanted….
