Luxury Riverside Apartment Landmark 81 & Vinhomes

I booked this accommodation through Trip.com for a stay from 27 February 2025 to 2 March 2025. The first two nights were satisfactory; however, my experience on the final night was extremely disappointing. On 1 March 2025, I left the apartment early in the morning and returned later in the day, only to find that another tenant had been placed in my unit. To my shock, my belongings—including clothing, laptop, and toiletries—had been haphazardly packed into a box and stuffed into my luggage without my consent. Both the new tenant and I immediately contacted the owner to resolve the situation. As I had been out the entire day and was exhausted, I requested that the owner provide me with an alternative unit immediately so that I could rest. Upon arriving at the new unit with the owner, I found that it was still unclean and unprepared for occupancy. I then asked the owner to have it cleaned while I went out for dinner. When I returned, I was further disappointed to find that the bed sheets had visible stains and there were cockroaches crawling around the unit. This experience was truly unacceptable and disappointing. I had paid for a three-night stay in the original unit, yet I was forcibly removed on the final night due to the owner's mismanagement. I strongly advise future guests to exercise caution before booking this accommodation.

Бронировали по причине бассейна и указания нового ремонта в апартаментах. Доступа в бассейн мы не дождались в течении 4 дней. Менеджер каждый день обещала зарегистрировать. Так мы и не дождались. Апартаменты со старым ремонтом: стены грязные, штор не было, тараканы, постельное белье серого цвета, полотенца с заплатками. Поменяли апартаменты через сутки после жалоб, но качество не стало лучше( появились шторы). Если собираетесь готовить, запаситесь стаканами, ложками. Губки, тряпки приобретали сами. Очень разочарованы, что на сайте искаженная информация об этом объекте. Возврат не сделали в первые часы заезда.
