Ulasan New York Hotel Pham Ngu Lao

Hotel was ok to stay but no water and towel until I ask them, toilet bowl was without cover. However it is ok to stay

Nice hotel big room good location, staff helpful also near by many food, best street of Pham Ngu Lao walking street, all over is good hotel will back soon

Good hotel, with really great room size and location. Even tho it's close to the walking street it wasn't too loud at night. Furniture is on the older side, and the bathroom wasn't the cleanest. Lots of restaurants to eat just outside the hotel and the street behind with western and local options.

隣りにDISCOがあり深夜4時までうるさいです。二日目は、裏の部屋に変えてもらいました。 バルコニー付きの表の部屋は、注意してください。 又、カーテンは、しっかりと締まりませんので注意して下さい。 早起きは、三文の徳です。

房間很大，很新，緊鄰範五老街，餐飲、娛樂、交通都很方便。

다시 찾고 싶지 않습니다. 호텔의 입구를 겸한 식당 분위기가 별로 좋지 않습니다.

非常差勁，而且根本就沒有房間。

I booked using Agoda, and the condition was that I paid cash on arrival. I did this. About a week later, I received an email from Agoda saying that I was a no show, and my credit card would be charged again. I am not sure who it at fault, Agoda or the hotel. Spent a lot of time on contacting Agoda, the hotel and my bank to try an sort out.

We stayed at the hotel for the first 3 weeks of December. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the front #301 which was perfect for true length of stay. Room was well equipped with kettle, mini ridge and a large shower wet room. The location is right in the middle of the nightlife. A couple of minutes walk to the main walking street and all that that entails. Although it is on a side street it is still noisy at night with music going until early morning. Also, there is a temple opposite that also starts with the bell ringing early in the morning. That being said, the staff were friendly and helped direct us around the city and did everything they could to make our stay a good one. Perfect location, right in the middle of all the sights and action, but be aware you may need earplugs if you are a light sleeper.
